Week 3... She was still gooning but growth started to EXPLODE!! So I decided to LST her a bit and see what that’s all about. I may or may not have week 2-3 photos mixed a bit. I’m putting this together in week 4 so I don’t have the best documentation from back then 😅

2018.12.07 - Clone Day 68 - Flowering Day 16 I'm struggling with how to address the significant difference in height between #5 and the rest of them. I much prefer growing from seeds, where I know how to top, manifold, and LST to create an even canopy layer.

I switched to a flowing light cycle mid week and they all took it on pretty well. The first lingering smell is developing while they strech and gained almost 5cm in only 3 days. I removed a couple of large fan leaves, mostly the bottom ones and a pair of top leaves to give light a chance to penetrate further don the canop

Pollenated for three days, took a funny photo shoot of the donor plant and tossed it. Let the plants marinate for a day, gutted the bloom room, scrubbed every inch of it down and moved the photos over there to finish, they were getting to tall for my 4x4. Put the Auto ultimates in their new home and they seem to be loving the spider farmer. Using the paper towel method, my girl's taproot starting showing after 24 hours. I also buffered my medium with Multi Total and Calmag, before flushing with pH 6 water to a low EC. Once the taproot was 3/4 inch long, I planted her into the coco and watered her with RO water at PH 6.2 for a few days. I also switched my light on (first at 20% power and 30 inches away from seedling, gradually up to 40% at 25 inches). Until the first leaves unfurled, I kept the light on for 24 hours. After the first cotyledons opened I switched my light to 18/6 at 60% power and have given her the first dose of nutes at EC 400. Think we can say germination was a success so on with week one! 🌱 💡

end week 8. ------------ this week only water from all Gorillas the buds look very sticky and frosty. when I open the tent, it smells very strong. The 1 and 2 smelled pretty strong, chemically, the 3. more like citrus. I will harvest Gorilla 1 20.10. Gorilla 2 22.10 Gorilla 3 23.10 I made videos and pictures of the trichomes.

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-

Hey fellow growers! Week 3 of Bloom is completed, and everything has gone smoothly so far. The plants are well taken care of and haven’t shown any signs of deficiency. 11/12: day 35 of flower. final defoliation - just on autopilot now. These ladies should now be moving on to that last stretch of maturity. And so I did a final defoliation. The dramatic differences between all 4 of these is interesting to say the least. #4 is probably my favorite pf the group. It is so frosty compared to the other 3 and its not even close. #1 is the monster of the bunch with #3 close behind it. Both of those plants have grown monster buds considering I'm only in week 5-6. #2 is just a disappointment all together. It is small, has produced only small popcorn nugs. They all now smell very strongly of sweet lemon chemicals/fuel. The smells dramatically changed this week and im hoping it gets even more smelly. I am still very frustrated with the lack of purple. So much so that i am considering tossing all of the clones i have for these cause i dont yet see a reason to keep a mother. I was after the purple and lemon. I have lots of green lemon smelling seeds that i already know love the bud from. I am looking forward to the next week as these start to finish up.

LST'd all of my plants this week. The growth is getting quite amazing! I also trimmed a lot of fan leaves to give the lower growth more light. I'm not really concerned about extending the timeline as I'm going more for quantity more than speed. In total the LST, Trimming and watering took about an hour each, I really enjoyed it though. The third plant that dried out last week seems to have bounced back quickly. I trimmed the leaves that were dried out since they were only going to be a drain.
