Week 18

🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃
This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩.
Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity.
September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars.
Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano)
I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil.
For the moment the flowering continues.
-Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged.
-Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch.
-GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way.
-Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. Late flowering, Sativa.

The plant has continued to stretch into this week and I don't think it's going to stretch anymore it looks like it's starting to build up their flowers.
The plant does not need a lot of nutrients in fact it's not one of those very hungry just a standard diet will be sufficient thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

Hello Growmies,
As we round up week 5 with our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, the growth has been nothing short of impressive. The choice to employ low-stress training (LST) rather than topping has paid dividends, with the plants responding well to the gentle guidance of their growth, seamlessly integrating into the SCROG setup. This method has allowed for an even canopy spread, optimal light penetration, and air flow, which is critical for the health of the plants and ultimately the yield.
Observing the Watermelon Candy's development, we see a testament to our cultivation methods. The vibrant green leaves reaching skywards, the sturdy stems, and the strategic placement of each branch in the SCROG—every detail points towards a successful vegetative phase.
In terms of environmental control, we've applied the lessons learned from our other strains, maintaining a stable and ideal VPD during the day with the Tent-X system. The nights, however, have brought forth the same challenges we've faced with other strains, showing fluctuations in VPD levels. The integration of the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is anticipated to solve this, and we are optimistic that this change will bring about the consistent conditions needed for the Watermelon Candy's continual thriving.
Even with the small hiccup in the nighttime environmental control, the plants are flourishing. The robust health they exhibit is a sign they're ready for the flowering phase, and we expect nothing less than a bountiful harvest.
And while we've experienced a bit of frustration with Secret Jardin and Mars Hydro for the integration challenges, we appreciate TrolMaster's efforts to assist. We are hopeful for a resolution soon, or we may revert to the reliable Prima Klima setup.
As we move forward, the focus remains on the consistent monitoring and adjusting of their environment to ensure these Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrids realize their full potential.

07/07/2025, beginning of week 8, a few issues have reared their head, done as many checks as I can on conditions and soil conditions and have come to the conclusion that I need to carry on sensibly feeding as these issues were probably present weeks ago but just not showing until now.
Bud development seems ok and they are lengthening/stacking ok, she's becoming more and more frosty and starting to smell a bit, I think she will carry on lengthening this week before starting to flatten up from next week and will feed accordingly.
Fingers crossed it doesn't fall apart haha.

This one has me confused, she seems to be stuck on the first week of flowering, while she revegs she seems to love defoliation or like Monday’s Blue she is in good grow medium, because Blue and Unknown share the same grow medium, she really surprised me how far she has grown, she is one of my tallest lady with less soil 2nd to Blue. The crazy part is she got a heavy trim before leaving for a month, then I defoliated again and a High Stress one, when I got back, she recovered and forced me again to give her another defoliating session a heavy one to add,and had to do it because she was depriving Mexican Peach Punch with light, resulting in her having an even bud development, one side grows faster than the other. I hope this trim will force her to focus on bud development.

Semana 7🤩
Esta semana ya bajamos la dosis de ferti, sacamos el sensi bloom definitivamente asi empieza a bajar la carga de nutrientes. Tambien saque la lampara de calor para que cambien de color y para no motivar a las pocas arañitas que quedan en carpa ya que bajamos bastante la humedad, tratamos de mantener entre 55 y 58.
Muy contenta con este segundo cultivo de la oreoz, hermosa genetica productora resinosa y muuy rica

Now the pics are getting better cause its up to date. Its the last week for her in veggie, ill put her in flower tomorrow because i dont want her to explode my tent.
Also 5 skunks in a 60x60 tent is kinda scary but we wiiiill seee.

So this is day three of pre vegetation that means the seeds have not yet broken the soil completely and grown their first true leaves. Not much to really say at this point they all are growing roots and doing very well so far. I'm just using tap water at this point. An important note to make these are seeds from a company called 7 East genetics here in Ontario Canada they shipped me my seeds in good time although Canada Post was slacking LOL. Can't wait to see how these babies grow and I very much hope they live up to their name.

She is swelling fast and is at the end of flowering week 8.
Weather was to hot this week. Average daytime was 30C.
Didnt feed her with nitrogen this week. Only Compactor Boom which is 0-0-60, enzyme and
sugars.
But Zero fade yet.
Coming week only water with Enzyme.

Nice plant structure I think I made a slight mistake but have seen others grow the same strain with better results
But other then that great smell and look , can’t wait to smoke these trees

Hello mate growers 👨🌾🌲,
All was fine this week,
Humidity continu to down a bit, in this end week we are 50%, weather are hot, so 27*C average day and 22*C night.
Buds continue to be more fat ❤️🌲👨🌾,
I think harvest will be in 2 weeks around, plants start to drink less water, that's one of maturity sign.
So I'll give nutrients again one week, after I'll start my flush.

Buena semana para todos!! Esta planta también surgió de un esqueje que intercambié. Al momento de recibirlo tenia 1 mes de vida y lo pasé a una maceta "Air Pots" de 10L. Tuvo 40 días de vegetación en esta maceta, se le hizo podas apicales y Supercrooping para regular su altura. Al día de la fecha (29/5) lleva 17 días florando. Está hermosa. Calculo que en 3 semanas más estará para corte. Saludos y buenos humos.

Beginn achte Woche.
Schaut alles recht gut aus. Die Blueberry hinten links ist bisher die schwächste im Bunde.
Die nächste Hitze steht die nächsten Tage an, bin aber zuversichtlich dass sie es gut überstehen werden. Besonders zufrieden bin ich mit der Hulkberry auto von rqs sowie von der Tropicanna poison xl auto von sweet seeds.
