Hello Diary! This time on the "Farm" there are two new strains from Royal Queen Seeds, Watermelon Auto and Purple Punch Auto. In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. The speedy autoflowering strain managed to inherit all of the tasty terpenes from her ancestors. These are the characteristics, we will now see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Soil is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with soil. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the soil and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to Watermelon, there are two more Purple Punch Auto on the Farm to keep him company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put humidifier to raise humidity. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/01/2021 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. 17/01/2021 Watermelon Automatic sprouted. There was a seed coat left on the stalk so I had to remove it by hand, but a nice photo motif. 22/01/2021 I watered the plants with a small amount of water to which I only regulated p.H at 6.4. Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely. ok so i totally forget to keep track of the dates for this website..lol the plant is well on its way to being done. buds are taking forever to get any weight to them ... but the smell is wonderful. i dont know if its the light that is not lettin them get as fat as i want or not ... we shall see

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Besonderheiten: Die Linsen wurden entfernt und wir haben mir dem LST begonnen -Tag 15 Heute haben wir mit dem LST Begonnen und sie hat sich sehr gut vom Toppen erholt. -Tag 16 heute wurde sie Entlaubt. -Tag 17 heute wurde sie Entlaubt damit die Triebe mehr kraft bekommen und schön im Licht stehen. -Tag 18 heute wurden wieder die LST Sticks angepasst damit sie in form bleibt. -Tag 21 heute wurde sie entlaubt und wurde wieder nachunten gebunden, sie wächst wie beim letzten mal extrem gut, das wird sicher wieder ein Monster 💪💪💪

Defoliation again, as you will see, gave the girls plenty of room for air to circulate.

HERE WE GOOOOOO!!! On time and looking great these Gotti O.G's was a 8 week indoor veg and now I'm kicking them outdoor for there flowering stage. Cali weather is great, daylight is at 13-14 ☀️. First week of flowering for the girls. We started with some master bloom from Xpert nutrients and continue with master root also from xpert nutrients. We placed a net above the poants to guide some of the taller branches and create a more equal canopy. We defoliated some lower leaves and for the rest it looks quite good, some plants showed a little sign of overfeeding so we lower the dosis this week.

5.8.25. 1st week of flower just started! I had some issues during 3rd week of veg. I was doing the tie down method but wasn’t going so good seemed to be stressing plant out to much. I stopped tying down took all ties off and now is putting on nice healthy growth! Full steam ahead! Thanks for checking out grow! Have great week! !

Nice week. Transition to center mass continues - the frost builds and the aromas are incredible. Purple berry kush - slight touch and the blast of berry kush. I showed it to a non smoker - he smelt it and said - smells like I shouldn’t be here 😂😂😂. Upcoming week will be weening off the finisher and phasing in for a full flush. Divergence on two plants in the tent as they were planted later so will keep the blooming fed.

I fell everything goes slower since I changed into 12/12 period, I guess it's more a patience problem.. I can see how 3-4 of them are showing the 1st pistils and start showing my future flowers There is a humidity of an 80% during the nights so I guess I need to regulate that soon Looking forward to see all the girls pre-flowering , I don't know if I need to some more defoliation since I don't feel very confident with it My plan now its to try and bring as much future flowers to the top and let em get as much light as they can ( i made a net out of some yellow cord I had around) So far I'm very happy, keep growing!!

Cooling off at night, lots of dew, but being underneath my big Cherry Tree provides some relief. Did a big defoliation to help with airflow, removed quite a few inner branches that weren't keeping up with the canopy, but overall happy with the shape and structure, will probably just ride the rest out as it. Just water this week, spray of LCPT and a spray of BT for caterpillars. Will alternated LCPT / BT ever 3-4 days. Flowering is looking great, very aggressive TONS of pistils, trichomes developing as well, going to be 6 weeks at least, if the weather can hold out that long that is!

Major issues with calcium def for no reason and a weird re veg, and the utter lack of mould resistance. Plant was tall and buds are huge and dense, let's hope the taste is phenomenal.
