Week 7

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has finished the first week of flowering, the flowers are forming nicely all over the plant and it has been 28 days since the beginning of the vegetation. Purple Lemonade has continued its rapid growth, this week it has grown 20 cm and is now slightly taller than 50 cm. The main cola has risen more dominantly above the other branches, it is forming nicely. The leaves are a healthy dark green color and do not show any signs that the plant is missing anything. Summer temperatures are slowly falling, nothing significant but every degree of lower temperature makes me happy. This week the average was 29 degrees and rarely exceeded. The humidity in the grow box is around 50% which is ok. Watering is a little more frequent, every three days, and sometimes every other day. I still add CalMg but this week I started adding BIO-BLOOM Fertilizer. I prepare 9 liters of water, add the listed nutrients and lower the p.H. to 6.0. I water all three plants on the Farm with this amount. A few days before the end of the week, I cleaned the bottom of the plant to allow better air flow and to make it easier for me to water. I also turned up the LED lights to 80% at the beginning of the week. Here's what the past week looked like. 15/08/2024 - Day 22. Watering. The soil was very dry and the leaves were slightly drooping. I watered each plant with 3 liters of water. I put 1ml/liter CalMg and 1.5 ml/liter Bio-Bloom Fertilizer in the water. 18/08/2024 - Day 25. Watering. Again the soil is very dry and the leaves are slightly drooping. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 21/08/2024 - Day 28. Official end of the first week of flowering. Hola, como podéis ver en las fotos han dado un buen estirón tres de los ejemplares pero el resto aún sigue con un ritmo de crecimiento muy lento, para solucionar esto voy a subir la dosis de Fish Mix de Biobizz hasta 1.2 de EC y agregaré micorrizas, también le haré a algunas una poda apical para aumentar la producción, así como a las más pequeñas les quitaré lo que pueda de la parte inferior a fin de estimular el desarrollo vertical, como mínimo deben estar un par de semanas más en crecimiento. También estoy considerando hacer otro trasplante a 11l, pues son pocas plantas y necesito sacar producción para cubrir mis necesidades. Como siempre voy pulverizando con productos preventivos para evitar la aparición de hongos o insectos, yo siempre utilizo Leaf Coat de Biobizz y va a las mil maravillas.

I flushed the pots once this week. And use once with enhancer and a very small dose of shrot flowering fertilizer. And I tried very hard to lower the humidity and make the daytime temperature not more than 25 degrees 💐🛸👽💥1

Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

Bonjour à tous, le 8 septembre jour 51 pour mes 8 Royal AK. La semaine dernière mes plantes ont bien aimé la lumière Led et elles y répondent positivement. Je ne change aucun des paramètres précédents. J'attend que les plantes ont fait de bonnes branches secondaires pour lancer la floraison. Voilà c'est tout pour l'instant mes amis. Hey growers. This week I decided to water with a heavier ppm as the plants didn’t seem too happy. They were showing some yellowing on the lower leaf tips. Guess I was right bc they exploded up to about 12” +-. Then I decided to top and LST the main stem. Today I just adjusted the ties, removed 1-2 leaves from each plant depending if there was any in the mud or not. Yesterday I watered with 525 ppm, but unfortunately the water was a bit on the cold side and they’re having trouble soaking it up. I have since created a rez in my grow room just to hold RO water at approx 70 degrees. So that problem should be rectified. I think I’m right on the cusp of preflower as I’ve seen one or 2 pistils. Regardless they’re doing their thing and I’m trying to do as little as possible to keep them vegging as long as possible and end up beastly!!! Happy Growing 🌱

Blue gelato 41 took a little work to figure out her likes and dislikes but it was definitely worth the wait , the smoke is smooth and potent as hell, She seems to need a lot of light, the tops by far and away blow the lower growth out the water, I won't make the mistake of having her in a corner of the tent again knowing her potency and flavour 😎👌💪👍 Enjoy this girl if you give her a try growmies 😎

We’ve rolled into Week 9, and the first half of this week was absolutely brutal. The thermometer shot up to a crazy 39°C during the day, and even the nights didn't offer much relief, staying at a minimum of 26°C. Because of this intense heatwave, a daily watering routine was mandatory to keep them from drying out completely. Surprisingly, she has shown absolutely no noticeable issues so far. Her overall development is going incredibly well, though I'm still crossing my fingers that there won't be any delayed consequences from the severe heat stress. For her diet, I am currently feeding her at about 75% of the recommended BioBizz nutrient schedule, which seems to be the sweet spot right now for this Auto flower. Appearance & Aroma: She continues to look absolutely spectacular with her signature dark foliage. But the real highlight this week is the smell—she is already scenting the outdoor air with an extremely good, strong aroma. This is a wonderful week of flowering. This week I had to reduce the dosage of my main flowering nutrient, because I started to give them green sensation. I will increase the dose later on step by step back to normal as I see that the girls are okay with it. I had to increase the light distance again, because some of the leaves started to bleach as the lights were too close. That's it for now, I am hoping to see a nice progress in the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

Buenos días familia, hoy traemos la 3 semana de floración de nuestras crazy cookies, zambezaseeds. Es una cepa bastante vigorosa con un tallo robusto 6mm, exactamente a mitad altura. Su cultivo es fácil, apenas se ve bloqueo alguno, traga muy bien en lo que se refiere a nutrientes. Ph en 6,5 y humedad por debajo de los 45 % . 48h entre riego y riego, no olvidemos que están en tiestos de 7L. Su floración está siendo bastante rápida estas semanas se verá como engordan nuestras flores, sin duda este es el momento para meter caña a big bud y bud candy.

Well, that's the end of the story. Finally she's been chopped and dried, buds are in the jar for curing period. As it was my first plant, there was so many mistakes on my side that cost me a yield ( only 30g dry) and size of the plant, was 22 cm tall only. So the main mistake was a bad water pH especially on the start of flowering but at least I found the problem on time and didn't kill the plant. All in all I'm happy with all the lessons I got, happy with quality of the blackberry. Yield is low but I'm glad that I have something to taste at the end.

The aroma is definitely fully developing now, I'm getting more green apple smell with a creamy sweetness, it's hard to describe 😂 I've started to taper off the nutrients in the past few days, in the next couple of days I'm going to start watering with plain water until the end. Trichomes are getting cloudy. She is fattening up nicely and she seems to just keep piling on the weight, buds are looking dense. Not long now, probably about 2 weeks give or take 👌🏻🏻💚 have a good weekend, stay high ...

31.10. - Finally entering the flower stage, really excited about my first auto yield. Adjusted and added a few new ties on the biggest one. Removed ties from middle one to let her stretch out a bit. Watered. 2.10. - Added one more ml/l of Bio Bloom to the mix. I can already see some sugar one the leaves and many new bud sites. Watered. 6.10. - Just wow. All three plants are showing nice progress. The smallest one, which was stunted by overwatering in seedling stage shot out new branches and I'm not sure if it's good in almost 7th week. Plucked out few leaves on all three to expose the bud sites. 31.10. - 6.11.2023

Really bad weather this week no sun and rained everyday including storms so had to get a big tomato tent , the ladies really stopped growing for few days worried me but last 36 hours they have started to shoot up Edit : the weather is great now plants are living it
