They're really starting to bush out, I think I'm liking the topping of all tops on the whole plant 1 time. Makes it easy to train as well. We'll see how they compare in harvest amount to my LST long veg plants.

I use face clean cotton to germinate the seeds , After 3 days the roots came out 3 cm and then I place it in my own mixed soil.

The first in breaking the shield was the pheno number 2 on this pair of jack orange! Let's see how they keep developing!! Out of the 2 seeds that I started only one was good and I decided to discard the #1 because of a deformation or a genetic fail. So I just kept #2, hope you like this strain!

Week 14 from Seed – Week 3 of Flower – Full Bloom Ahead The garden is shifting, and so are the vibes — we’re now stepping into the serious stages of the Eternity Grow Cup. Week 3 of flower, and what a beautiful time it is. The girls are officially locked into bloom mode and starting to show their power, stretching with grace and stacking flowers that promise magic. They’ve filled up the SCROG like it was meant for them — one look, and you can feel the energy radiating off the canopy. We started this week a little on the chilly side, with temps dropping down to 16°C, but we found the rhythm. By the end of the week, we had it all dialed in: 24°C with 60% humidity, giving us a clean and steady VPD of 1.22 kPa. CO₂ is rolling at 1107 ppm, and let me tell you, the girls are loving every part of it. They’re responding like pros — strong, healthy, compact, with early signs of dense flower sites setting in all over the canopy. The ICL 300s are fully in play now, and they’re doing a spectacular job. Light penetration is even, and the plants are soaking it up. We’re still holding off on UV, just letting the full spectrum and reds do their thing for now. We’ve updated our feeding too — we’re now into Week 4 of the Aptus Holland Clean Program, and we are about to introduce Plagron Green Sensation into the mix. A little booster to spice up the bloom and get those flower stacks rising to the challenge. The water temps were a struggle — stuck at 14°C — so we dropped in a classic aquarium water heater, and now we’re sitting at a comfy 20°C. Small changes, big impacts. You can see it in the leaves, in the way they pray up toward the light. This week’s visuals? Good stretch this week, I haven’t lollipopped at all, not even in veg. It’s fairly leafy everywhere and I want to get in there and defoliate bottom 1/3 soon. A lot of dead leaves I imagine, just been so busy and been neglecting the grow. Funny, how when you first start out and you’re overly micro-managing and then as the months go by, it starts to become a chore. I ordered a light from China, a Meijiu (HLG)550 V3. HLG Canada didn’t want to give me a decent discount so, unfortunately had to ship my money outside the country. Saved 50% for a quality light though. Might take a bit to get here, been processing in Hong Kong for 4 days. So far the leaves are healthy but last run they started to turn deficient after the stretch. In my defence, with the last grow, I was just starting on the dry nutrient regimen and made mistakes. Hopefully it stays healthy throughout bloom cycle with new changes and knowledge. New reservoir this week as follows: Partial drain, most of it gone, but 100mL RO added and; 40 gram cal nit 30 jacks 30 mag sulph. 100mL mighty bloom enhancer 100mL head masta 300 mL h2o2 25 mL Fulvic 40mL Humic pH ended up high with addition of bloom enhancer, added pH down to 5.8. PPM 1360. Wednesday-Day 10 Added water and some nutes. PPM 1200 pH 6.0 Started a small section of lower 1/3 defoliation Day 11 Did some more defoliation, added a video to show progress. Day 12 Finished lollipop on right plant. Moved some branches around. Added 20 liters and 20g cal nit, 10g of both jacks and magnesium sulphate.

This is a disappointment. I got 1 out of 10!!!

Germinated tonight, will update progress throughout the week. Paper towel with RO water. PH 6.9 Update: 16hrs and 3 we’re showing tap roots And at 26 hours the final one started to open. 100% germination success. Transplant tomorrow. Update day 3: transplanted into solo cups. 80% living soil from Gaia Green and 20% local worm castings, 30ml of Gaia Green 4-4-4, 15ml of Gaia Green Kelp meal, and mycorrhizae sprinkled into the holes. Watered in with more RO water. Update day 6: uploaded a short time lapse of the seeds losing their shells (testas) still just using RO will be switching to tap in a day or two. My water has chloramine though, and since I’m planning a full organic grow, I’m going to treat with ascorbic acid powder (vitamin c) since chloramine cannot be gassed off. I will use 0.1g of unflavored pure powder to 15L of water as the city reports 1.9mg/L A common practical guideline is: 1 mg chloramine to 2.5–3 mg ascorbic acid I am using a tad extra just to be on the safe side as a little extra doesn’t harm the girls at all! I’ll aerate for 15-20 mins just to gas off and free ammonia that doesn’t bind. I’m currently watering about 25-30ml a day. As long as I don’t see run off yet I’ll continue at this rate. I will probably leach a bit but not just yet.

week 4 bloom started! stable pH, always around 6 The girls are well asking for a lot of nutes, every day the EC level drops by 0.2 but even more, cleaned the tank and filled it with new nutes Now I follow the ADV table with an addition🤣 Sensi Bloom A and B 5mL instead of 4mL💣📈 last slight defoliation, I did not want to do it but they are really tight in there, I only take off the minimum, hope the girls explode this week🍀🍀🍀 Any feedback is welcome, criticism, advice, everything is needed here 💥 Update: 3 days later EC from 3.0 to 2.6 pH 6.0 Seems all good 🤞🍀

I've dropped to weekly updates on Bertha as a stunted plant she doesn't hold much interest for me, she is only alive because I am not desperate for the space. Here she is on day 49 end of week 7. I will take multiple photos and a video once a week until she is chopped.

Very variable weather, summer is at the end, temperature drops quickly, even 60 °F. I was out for 3 days, on my return I found the three girls who were starting to wither but they were promptly watered. No damage to report. The yellowing of the lower canopy has started. Acceptable weather forecast until 10 September. I bought 5 transparent PCV tarps to protect them extemporaneously from the rain. My beloved Gorilla rocks! Buds are forming and filling very well, super sticky and frosty. Strong citron/bubblegum scent. This sativa-like pheno is funtastic, she is not very leafy, leaves are narrow so the sun penetrate very well through the whole plant. It remains to be seen how the buds will fill up and if my girl can disprove the reputation for "quality buds but low yields" . Let's see. Expected harvest September 3rd week.

Vegetation Week 16: Heatwave Endurance & Growth Surge Update: 03.07.2025 | Day 118 Hey Growmies, Week 16 tested limits with scorching temps, but the ladies laughed at 37°C. Growth went into hyperdrive – here’s the breakdown: Heat Response - Survived 37°C peaks without stress signs (no wilting, no leaf curl). - Vertical explosion: ~20cm growth across both plants this week. New feeding mix: - 1 Biotab dissolved in 1.5L water → 50ml of this concentrate per 10L water + Bokashi juice. Result: Deep green vigor, zero deficiencies. Strain-Specific Updates Durban Poison: - Now towering with explosive branching (new shoots from every main stem). - Still vegging – no flowers yet. Easily clearing 170cm, on track for 2m+. - Low odor (neighbor-friendly for now). Bud potential looks massive. Blueberry: - Healthy at 170cm but less dense than Durban. - No pistils yet, no heat stress. Hopes high for autumn purples. - Structure balanced and robust. Pest & Health Check - Zero issues. Leaves pristine top to bottom. Next Steps - Monitor flowering triggers (daylight still 15 hours). - Continue Biotab/Bokashi mix weekly. - Prepare taller supports for Durban’s final stretch. So far so good. Frost Banger is showing some purple hues and the Purple Haze is full on developing purple buds. The FBA2504 is my fav in this run shes tall and still growing, looking healthy except she has a lil Phosphorus deficiency at her top leaves but other than that they all are doing good. We are already on day 43 with this run!
