* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. Bonus material- my cannabutter pics. No smoke report for a while but I can give you an edibles report in a few hours 😂 Plant #1 suffered gravely and thus was harvested early, dried, and turned into beaaautiful butter/edibles hehe. The rest of it is box drying and I'll be doing the same with that. The top of the plant (first harvest of sorts, after bud rot discovered) was 49g dry, not inc ofc what was binned. I'll let you know the dry weight of the rest but no point giving you a smoke report. She was cut early and suffered a looooot The purple lemonade began as the underdog and quickly took over as my #1 babe. It was far more resilient to environmental conditions and changes- and let's not forget that they went through a hurricane with me and power out for a few days! I don't find her strong on the nose at all despite how big some of her buds are, and how frosty. Very piney, and that dominates everything else. Very excited to see what terps come out more in the cure though- I hear great things about this strain. She was cut today and is hanging in a dark closet with small fan, RH 65% and temp 22c. I did not take a wet weight, but she's heavy. Super looking forward to smoking this one, after a few more weeks of TLC... Sigh. Always we try to wait haha. I will report back when I have more for you all. Thanks to everyone that answered my questions and supported me through my first grow. I've definitely got the bug now and there'll be no stopping me haha Will be back with smoke report and dry weights laterrr 🇨🇦 --- Nov 12 - Plant dried for 6 days. It is a lot airier than I thought it was going to be, so most of it ended up as shake for edibles or something. I ended up with 38g of big bud, 33 of smaller, and over 40g of larf and shake. Even the big buds are airy though, not dense at all. A little disappointing for sure, but I made a lot of mistakes so it isn't a surprise. It is now in jars with humidity packs and I'll report back in a couple of weeks or so with a smoke report :)

Dia 20: la planta siguen creciendo se ven mas anchas con hojas mas grandes, algunas de las plantas se han quedado pequeñas en tamaño otras están creciendo muy bien pero todas con un desarrollo bastante bueno, en su mayoría ya todas alcanzan el 7mo nudo a pesar de algunas tener un tamaño apenas de 15cm. Dia 23: ya después de pensarlo bastante he decido realizar el corte apical, algunas plantas todavía no alcanzan un gran tamaño pero si ya el 8vo nudo, también le realice una defoliación solo a las hojas abanicos de la parte baja hasta el 3er nudo. espero la recuperación pronta de las plantas para realizar el ultimo trasplante a macetas de 18 litros. Dia 25: Las plantas van creciendo muy bien con un buen desarrollo he decidido trasplantarlas de macetas, en algunas de las fotos se ve el desarrollo radicular que tienen ya este siendo el ultimo trasplante, también he colocado la malla scrog veremos que tal va. Dia 26: ya algunas de las ramas y hojas se han acomodado, he entretejido algunas ramas que ya buscaron espacio en al malla, también realizare el preventivo de todos las semanas con aceite de neem y jabón potásico.

Flowering day 37 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) . The whole plant itself looks perfect 👍. The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. This week it was watered 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank 👍. Day 64 - Started off week 10 with 2 gallons of water and nutes today. I’ll be chopping my Cherry Cookies in about 2 weeks so she’ll have a little more room in the tent to stretch and get some light. She’s fine right now but a little cramped. Had a few of the lower leaves that were died off and just hanging on so removed them as well. Day 66 - Nothing much new going on today. Removed a few more dying fan leaves again. Gave her a bit more water than I normally do so she should be good for another couple days. She’s definitely budding up nicely and just waiting for her to really start frosting up. Day 67 - All looking good and coming along nicely. She’s budding up and just waiting for the frost to start. She’s gonna need some water and nutes tomorrow. Day 68 - Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today and she’s doing really well. Buds are forming nicely but still not seeing any trich development yet but I’m sure that’ll come soon enough. She is putting off a little bit of a smell right now and it’s almost like straight lemon. Not sure if that’s how this strain is supposed to smell but I’m liking it. She’ll have a bit more room to stretch out next weekend when I chop my Cherry Cookies. Day 69 - She’s still budding up nicely and hopefully this coming weekend she’ll be less constricted when I chop the Cherry Cookies. She’s drinking quite a bit and will probably need water and nutes again on Tuesday. Still not seeing much trich development so not sure what’s causing that but we’ll see what happens in the end. Day 70 - The end of week 10 today and looking through my jewelers loupe, I finally see some trichs starting to develop. So hopefully in the next week or so, I’ll be able to get a good smell coming from her. She’s going to be needing some water and nutes tomorrow.
