So as you can see I now have four flowering which I guess were the autos and I have one gelato that is still vegging and is doing damn good. There are two that have lighter color leaves, I’m trying to focus on on these and see if I can get better production. As for the tall GG in the back, leaves are waxy and have resin production starting. A lot better, overall I’m learning more and more every week! Hope everyone is enjoying my grow and stick around, ask questions. Happy New Year!

----------------------------------------------- HydroLab – Week 0: Initiating Bloom Protocol ā€œPlease fasten your lab coats — the test subjects have entered reproductive mode.ā€ Welcome back to the HydroLab, where plants are trained with more precision than Olympic athletes and the line between botany and madness gets thinner by the day. This week marks a major milestone: the final veg week, the light flip, a water revolution, microbial spa treatments, and preparations for the incoming stretch. šŸŒž Lighting Update: Goodbye Blue, Hello Bloom Mode As of Thursday, the system is officially running 12/12 — bloom phase initiated. The blue add-on lights have been politely removed from service, replaced with red spectrum units. Also new: IR AddLites, running during the final 15 minutes of the day to simulate a luxurious sunset for plants that take their circadian rhythm very seriously. In short: šŸ‘‰ The ladies are now being tucked in like royalty. šŸ’§ Water Chemistry Upgrade: The Deionization Unit Is Online This week, the HydroLab achieved a new level of hydration enlightenment: The deionized water system is fully installed and operational. It now feeds the entire RDWC with: EC-neutral lab-grade water perfectly predictable pH behavior zero unwanted minerals zero drift chaos The HydroLab is now officially certified for water purity that would make a barista weep. Nutrient Program Enhanced — Bloom Mode Engaged The EC was raised moderately to 1.5, just enough to fuel the stretch without cooking the roots. On top of the standard AN trio (Micro / Grow / Bloom) plus B52, Bud Candy, and Great White, the lineup now includes: šŸ”„ Advanced Nutrients – Bud Blood A bloom initiator designed to say: ā€œStop messing around and start flowering.ā€ Laboratory interpretation: šŸ‘‰ ā€œEarly-phase hormonal persuasion via potassium-rich diplomacy.ā€ Early pistils are already in preflight mode. 🌱 Root Status Report – Mykos Doing Myko Things The roots look glorious: fluffy creamy vigorous thoroughly colonized by mycorrhiza Living RDWC in full effect — the symbiotic crew is thriving. šŸ•øļø Training Update: Second Scrog Net Installed The second screen is now in place. Given how sativa-dominant this strain is, the stretch is expected to fill the remaining space very quickly. The tops are already pushing upward with purpose. It looks less like a canopy and more like we’re preparing a botanical trampoline. šŸŽ¬ Weekly Conclusion Veg phase complete Bloom officially initiated Lighting optimized Water chemistry perfected Nutrients upgraded Roots looking elite Stretch incoming The HydroLab is entering one of the most exciting phases of the run. If this Super Lemon Haze keeps going like this, the scrog will look like an exploding herbal carpet within days.

Week 4 was actually pretty smooth. she was showing nitrogen and potassium deficiencies because she was being terribly underfed and because i had weened her off the veg nutes WAY too soon. I found the dyna gro nutrient schedule and ive been following that. i will definitely be following the schedule much better next round as i wasnt actually aware they had a schedule out. Shes currently week 5 day 1 and shes already fat af and super trichomey.s he still got at least 2 weeks left. she might be ready by week 7 honestly tho who knows guess well see. Ive been giving her 1 gal each time of dechlorinated tap water just straight water. it has been phd to 6.6 ph. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. will probably flush one last time before continuing the bloom feed.

At this point she was drinking more then 4L a day and due to the root mass that was about all i could fit in the res at the time so I had to mock up a external res and convert the system to RDWC K.I.S.S.

03/01 Wow, I’m honestly blown away by how this grow is progressing! In the last 24 hours alone, they’ve guzzled an incredible 45 liters of water. 😲 I mean, seriously, that’s insane! The stretch is probably just about wrapping up, so I’m keeping busy tying them down for now. Once the stretch is over, I’ll be going in for some selective pruning—there are just so many new shoots popping up. I’ve got to say, I’ve never seen growth like this before. It’s exhausting, though, and I’ve already run out of zip ties again! šŸ˜‚ So, tomorrow’s mission: stock up on more. I’ve noticed a few slightly discolored leaf tips here and there, but it’s really minimal. That’s exactly what I’m aiming for—pushing them right to the edge without overfeeding. šŸŽÆ Also, I just realized it’s been over a week since I added any CO2. Maybe that’s why I’m seeing these tiny signs? šŸ¤” Something to experiment with moving forward. Honestly, I’m so curious to see where this grow takes me—there’s so much potential in these plants! Stay tuned, folks. šŸŒæšŸ’Ŗ 06/01: Last night, I started defoliating, and I really went at it with a ruthless approach. I didn’t worry about branches snapping while scrogging—my philosophy is simple: the strongest will survive, and the weakest will wither away. Survival of the fittest in action! I also noticed that one plant seems to be either too wet or too dry. I’ll need to keep an eye on this one because there’s quite a bit of dying foliage at the bottom. My gut tells me it’s slightly overwatered, although that shouldn’t really be an issue with coco. Still, better safe than sorry! šŸŒ±šŸ’Ŗ

Hello. This is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going good in here. Still want to harvest around the 2nd week of Aug. Found a few ladybugs this week on the anise, and brought them in the greenhouse, to help. Smells wonderful in here. There's RainBow melon in here too and it smells tropical, sweet, with citrus and pineapple in the air OK. Take Care. Chuck.

🌸 Week 5 Flower – Frost on the Horizon We’ve reached the midway mark of flower, and the Mango Kush sisters are entering their true production phase. What started as white hairs and clusters is now becoming recognizable bud sites, with calyx swelling, pistils stacking, and resin glands beginning to form. Even though the two phenos are still at slightly different paces, both are showing the strength of Mango Ɨ Hindu Kush genetics: dense flower set, uniform branching, and a promise of rich aromas to come. āø» šŸ’§ Feeding Update – Adjusting for Signs & Demands This week we observed minor leaf spotting, likely an early sign of calcium/magnesium imbalance. With the canopy pushing hard into bloom, demand for structural nutrients rises. To address this, we adjusted the recipe: Updated Feeding Mix (per liter): • 🌿 Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • 🌿 Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.35 ml (slight increase for leaf support) • 🌿 Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml (reintroduced for balanced NPK support) • 🌿 Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • 🌿 Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml Why this change? • All-In-One Liquid provides a steady base of NPK to complement the super soil and ensure no hidden deficiencies appear as flowers bulk. • CalMag Boost increased slightly to help counter early spotting and reinforce leaf health. • Sugar Royal & Green Sensation remain to push terpene, resin, and bud density. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: At mid-flower, nutrition must shift slightly from ā€œsteeringā€ to supporting. The plant is now a high-demand engine, and small deficiencies show quickly. Adding back a balanced NPK base (All-In-One) ensures pistil and calyx production doesn’t stall. āø» šŸŒ”ļø Environment – Riding the Heat The room remains lively but challenging: • šŸŒ”ļø Temps: peaking at 31–34°C • šŸ’§ RH: 50–60% • šŸ“Š VPD: ~1.8–2.0 kPa While slightly hotter than ideal, the Mango Kush girls are holding strong thanks to airflow and the resilience provided by biostimulants like Sugar Royal and Regulator. An AC unit is on the way, which will stabilize the climate moving forward. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: High VPD increases water demand, plants drink more, transpire faster, and pull nutrients quicker. This can be beneficial if balanced correctly, but also risky: deficiencies show up faster, and stress can slow bud formation. Monitoring and adjusting is the key. āø» šŸ’” Lighting – Mid-Canopy Power Boost Our lighting orchestra is now running at higher intensity to fuel flower bulking: • ThinkGrow Model One – deep penetration into the canopy • 2Ɨ ThinkGrow ICL-300 bars – mid-canopy support, ensuring no shadowed sites • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full-spectrum coverage • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro – evening out the footprint PPFD is averaging 750–800 µmol/m²/s, which is perfect for mid-flower. The canopy is even, with bud sites developing from top to bottom. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Mid-canopy lighting like the ICL-300 prevents ā€œpopcorn budsā€ by ensuring lower sites receive enough light intensity to develop properly. The result: fuller plants, less larf, more usable flower. āø» 🌱 Genetics in Action – Mango Kush Week 5 • Pheno #1 – Still ahead, stacking pistils into early bulking buds, beginning to sparkle under macro view. • Pheno #2 – Catching up fast, with strong pistil growth and early calyx development. Though she started later, her structure is filling in beautifully. Both phenos are showing that classic Mango Kush balance: fruit-forward aromas beginning to rise when you brush the flowers, with the Kush backbone promising earthy depth in the final cure. āø» šŸ”® What to Expect & What Not to Expect āœ… Expect this week and next: • Rapid calyx swelling → buds begin ā€œrounding outā€ • Trichome initiation across sugar leaves • First noticeable sticky texture • Stronger aroma when handling āŒ Not yet: • Full frost coverage (peaks Weeks 6–7) • True terpene explosion (Weeks 7–8) • Final density (Weeks 7–9) 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Week 5 is often where growers get impatient. Resist the urge to overfeed or over-adjust. Buds are setting their foundation now, the bulk and frost come with time. āø» šŸ”„ Recap – The Journey So Far • Weeks 0–2: Seedlings established, Aptus Start Booster support • Weeks 3–4 Veg: Rapid branching, transplant into super soil + Aptus Mycor-Mix & Buffer • Week 5 (Flip): 12/12, stretch begins • Flower Weeks 1–2: Power Buds introduced, lighting expanded • Flower Week 3: Flower set established, pistils everywhere • Flower Week 4: Bulking begins, feeding simplified • 🌸 Flower Week 5 (Now): Buds swelling, trichomes emerging, All-In-One Liquid reintroduced, environment monitored closely āø» šŸ™ Gratitude To everyone following along, thank you. Each week is a balance of science, art, and patience, and it means a lot to share this journey together. The Mango Kush sisters are teaching us once again: growth happens in stages, and trust in the process brings the best results. āø» šŸ’ Grower’s Note: ā€œThis week felt like the garden finally started to sparkle. The first trichomes are here, pistils are building like fireworks, and even with the heat waves, the girls stand tall. Welcome back to another thrilling update on our Lego Ninja Tropical Tangie Run. Week 7 has been an exhilarating journey of rapid growth and breathtaking canopy development. Our Tangie is proving to be an extraordinary ninja superstar! Last week, we embarked on an exciting transplant adventure. Our fearless Tangie had outgrown her previous home, so we bravely transferred her to a spacious 25-liter fabric pot. With the assistance of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix, we ensured a smooth transition, providing her with beneficial mycorrhizal fungi. These underground helpers are like her very own ninja squad, supporting her root system and establishing a strong foundation. To continue supporting her growth and development, we incorporated the incredible Aptus All-in-One Pellets into the soil. These pellets act as potent ninja power capsules, packed with essential nutrients. Each watering session delivers the perfect dose of nourishment, fueling our Tangie's journey to greatness. She's thriving with optimal health and vitality. And let's not forget our loyal companions, the trusty Lego Ninja buddies. They have remained steadfast by our side throughout this green adventure, offering both moral support and an unwavering display of ninja vibes in the grow room. Who would have guessed that little plastic warriors could be such fantastic companions? After the successful transplant, it was time to introduce our Tangie to the art of scrogging. We skillfully installed a scrog net, creating a framework for her to weave her way through. This setup resembles a challenging ninja obstacle course, encouraging her to grow horizontally and maximize her bud production. It's truly remarkable to witness her impressive moves as she gracefully and sexily fills up the space. Of course, proper nutrition remains crucial for our Tangie's ninja training. Instead of using Aptus Holland Veg Watering Mix and All-in-One Liquid separately, we have now transitioned to solely relying on the pellets. These convenient premixed pellets integrated into the soil eliminate the need for additional liquid NPK. This simplification allows us to focus on other essential aspects of her training. To ensure she remains pest-free, we have been diligently conducting leaf picking sessions, which also serve as an opportunity to check for any unwanted visitors. So far, our Tangie has passed with flying colors, and her vibrant 9-fingered leaves are a fantastic sign of her overall health. As our Tangie continues her epic ninja journey, she basks in a PPFD of 600. These photons act as her loyal ninja training partners, stimulating robust photosynthesis and fostering explosive growth. With each photon absorbed, she becomes increasingly formidable, ready to take on any challenge that lies ahead. In summary, Week 7 has been an absolutely exhilarating chapter in our Lego Ninja Tropical Tangie Run. The successful transplant, the magic of Aptus products, the support of our Lego Ninja buddies, and the installation of the scrog net have all played vital roles in our Tangie's remarkable progress. We owe a tremendous SHOUT OUT to Aptus Holland, Dutch Passion, and Grow Diaries for their continued support and exceptional products for the love and for it all, without them nothing we see here wold be possible. Join us for the next update, where we will delve deeper into the fascinating world of ninja training techniques and witness the unfolding of our Tangie's extraordinary ninja powers. Until then, continue cultivating with joy, embrace the indomitable ninja spirit, and remember that every plant has the potential to become a botanical ninja superstar! As always thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all , this journey of mine wold just not be the same without you guys, the love and support is very much appreciated and i fell honored and blessed with you all in my life<3 <3 <3 #aptus #aptusplanttech #aptusgang #aptusfamily #aptustrueplantscience #inbalancewithnature #trueplantscience #dutchpassion #dogdoctorofficial #legoninjago #growerslove
