I shouldn't have started the lst training on her because she started flower very fast and early so she ended uo being very small, which I hate because It has a very skunk citric aroma very powerful, I had a little harvest of 10g counting the little flowers which I used to make cannabutter to make some edibles.I wish I could have a huge harvest of this amazing strain, looking forward to grow her again. 🤞💚🌱💎

This week she got the works.😎👍 going for max buds. Had to put sand in so i could kill of the little black fly's that lived in her soil...and the soil of the other plants. Got rid of them for 80%! I water her from the bottom now. The sand gives it a nice looking pot😎👍. This week will LST the tops too. Going for big!😉😎 9/5/21 : new LST for the queen.😎👍

Everything after germination has been pretty smooth. The plants in veg had a couple small brown spots due to under watering but no extreme signs or any abnormalities.

I am creating a good root ball by watering close to the plant base for the first week.

Stopped using the Rapid Start during week 3. Flipped into 12/12 at end of this week (week 5).

This is the week of thanksgiving. Due to me being gone, my heat was a little high around 89 and got higher as the day got brighter. I messed up and think I have caused Northern lights to have heat stress on the roots. I'm hoping that she'll bounce back in a week or two. Resolution is crappy on my video and I apologize for that.

Her first week above ground! I didn't do a very good job with this strain last time 😏 Lets see what happens this time.

First day of week 6, I will be adding content as the week progresses, have a look at week 5 as that is now complete. Status: Candy Kush #1 d36 - Looking awesome, some pistils showing. Was too bushy so did some LST and slight defoliation today with supercrop on 1 branch. Candy Kush #2 d36 - Looks like nitrogen deficiency is sorted, now I have excess? :D see the clawing tips? Gonna stick with the current feed, hopefully she'll overcome otherwise I'll flush her once if things get worse. Bubble Kush d32 - Amazing, nothing to report, some tucking done Fastberry d32 - Looking as weird as ever, some tucking done Sugar Mama d36 - growing and getting really bushy, shame about the mess I did with the roots/stem but she is doing ok now. ---- Fed 2nd day of weeks 6 (day 37), 3ml biogrow 2ml calmag. pH was at 6.5 Ec was at 1.5. New leaves are really yellow in candy Kush 2, iron deficiency? Not sure what is happening, will be monitoring. ---- Day 38, Removed the yellow leaves and a little defoliation on all the plants ---- Day 39, Raised the shorter plants so they get some more lights. All of them have finished 35 days (5 weeks from seedling today) and are looking great. Feed the same, although they still look very bright, brighter than I am used to. ---- Day 41, Feeding time, started giving them bloom at 5ml/l and the other normal dosages as in diary. ---- Day 42, End of week 6 The girls are all looking great, there is is so much hair on the buds, haven't seen so much with outdoor grows. Exciting :D Sugar mama is way too bushy and not getting taller. The new blades are too thin, maybe I'm overfeeding her (only biogrow+calmag)? defoliated her, lots of fan leaves removes, she is asking for some training, I've ordered plant tie and will do some LST when delivered. Starting to see some of the burning I've seen in previous grows and, due to this, I've been paying special attention to the pH in the trays themselves. I've noticed pH in the trays has been about 6.5 and, when I've found this, I've been pulling nutes out of the trays and replacing with fresh nutrients (trying to keep the nutrient level the same when replacing as to not drown the plants). Upward growth has slowed to a halt at this point and the flowers on this /very/ compact plant are starting to mature. The flower size is looking fairly unimpressive but should prove as a good place to improve from. The Sour Diesel next to it is another story! ha.

Almost 2 weeks into flower and I’ve been busy tucking and trimming. Stuffs exploding in growth. Did a second defoliation at day 13 into flower and this time I decided to switch it up and try going opposite of what I normally do. This time I removed a very large amount of foliage and really opened up everything instead of just removing what I absolutely had to. Hopefully I didn’t stress them to much but they didn’t even seem to mind it anyway. Couple days later and didn’t even look like I did anything, except fill more screen out... lol going strong still anyway! Cheers 💨

They have started to stop their stretch and started to work on the flowers! You can already see trichromes starting to show some cover! You can smell the terpenes getting stronger by the day! It’s another level of excitement from here! Stay tuned.

Grow Diaries Report: A Challenging Week 🌱✈️ Week 6 – Plant Update This week brought a mix of growth and setbacks. While the plant continued to thrive with her characteristic stretch and bushiness, there were a couple of hiccups to navigate—one caused by me and the other by circumstance. Challenges This Week Limited LST: Unfortunately, I accidentally half-snapped a branch during training. While the branch is still attached and seems to be recovering, it limited my ability to continue LST effectively this week. No Photos: I was on vacation during most of the week, so I wasn’t able to document her progress with pictures this time around. Progress Despite Setbacks Despite these challenges, she’s looking healthy and continues to grow vigorously. The snapped branch has been gently supported, and I’ll be keeping a close eye on its recovery. What’s Next? Allow the damaged branch to heal naturally—no more training on it for now. Resume LST cautiously next week to manage her height and improve the canopy structure. Prepare to monitor her closely as I settle back in and ensure she hasn’t faced any additional issues during my absence. Conclusion This week had its ups and downs, but overall, she’s pushing through like a champ.
