Hi all.. Lady's are very happy..still stretching a bit..looks like the push is almost over. Very faint sweet smell starting to come form them. Im going to do another light defoliation soon. Humidity is a bit high and i want to avoid WPM. Sorry for all the wierd couler photos , i try take picks as the lights come on.. I will upload some more picks on friday. Finales de la semana 8 en cultivo ecológico. El proceso ha sido relativamente fácil y sin problemas de no ser por el exceso de nutrientes en la mezcla del supersoil casero, culpa mia por probar cosas nuevas, aunque me ha valido para aprender y he conseguido rectificar a tiempo sacando una gran cosecha. La calidad de las flores se puede apreciar en las fotos, la pena es que no se pueda apreciar el olor, afrutado y muy potente, huele a pura vida. La cantidad de tricomas es considerable como para hacer buenas extracciones. En resumen una gran productora de flores de muy alta calidad, Totalmente recomendable.

Day 21 Veg: Hi all. Hope we are all free and healthy in the grow diaries community this week. It has been a very enjoyable and productive week this week. The purple monkey are gaining a nice size and taking to training really well. Their bases are getting thicker and i am now seeing small white female hairs at their bracts. I think flowering is very close now on these ladies. All three are looking very healthy and green with no signs of any issues to worry about so far. They are all reaching the pots edges with their side branches now so should make a decent sized canopy and bush after the stretch has finished. I did strip lower, small tips out too so that air can reach all of their budsites from underneath too. Banana Mash is a little behind the monkey so far and has no real gender signs yet. The mutant is growing out a little better now but is still looking odd. I have included 3 seeds that came from my last exotic run and where in some of thenbuds that I harvested. I suspect a lemon mimosa xhicked some pollen before I took her/he down and it hit all of the strains except 1. I now have about 100 seeds crossed with the mimosa lemon amd have kept each seed batch separate so I can have some idea of at least the mothers genetics if mimosa isn't daddy !!. They are also doing really well with the Mango cream X being the best looking so far. be interesting to see if they remain autos of just keep growing as photoperiod. I am adding the Megacrop to feeds now as I approach flowering and plan to germinate the next exotic goodies to join the second harvest. ( to follow...) They are all being trained now amd have taken to the idea quite well. I did have a snap on one of the Purple monkey ladies but tape should rescue the buds on that limb hopefully. So there we have it , another good week with plenty to do and the next week should hopefully see the start of some flowering stretch to wrestle with as they explode with growth. lol be well growmies.

This strain was everything the breeders promised. All the buds were purple and some fan leaves turned pink. She isn’t really dripping in resin but I still needed gloves during trim.

Welcome to the beginning of week 10! She’s ended her 9th week with a little nutrient burn on the leaf tips, which is still okay in her 10th week not I think. The buds still getting bigger and the trichomes are still not there yet where I wanted them to be. It takes some more time than expected to have a nice ratio between milky and amber trichomes. It seems that the buds still gaining weight and you can also see some additional calyx at the biggest main colas.

3/23: I flushed the shortie for the first time today with about 10 gallons of warm filtered water and Sledgehammer. I'll flush her again in several days, let her dry back out a bit and stick her in the dark for a day before I sneak up on her with my lopping shears. I had let them go totally dry for a few days, so I fed the taller one with about 3/4 gallon including terpinator, signal, sweet & sticky, cal-mag, armor si, cha ching, tiger bloom, big bloom, and humic acid. This was her last feeding with any nutes, but I'll probably water her with some sweet & sticky and terpinator once more before flushing. 3/27: She wasn't completely dry yet, but I went ahead and flushed the shortie again today with about 8 gallons of warm filtered water. That's it for her....I'll give her another few days in the 'sun', and I've put a 12w MiracleLED blue bulb about 4 inches away from her, along with a 22w blue panel above her and the other shortie to make her think it's wintertime and maybe get her to put on a thicker coat of trichomes before she finishes. I gave the bigger one about 3/4 gallon including sweet & sticky, signal, terpinator, cal-mag and a little bit of cha ching. She'll get flushed for the first time once she's dry. This strain smells amazing!

I harvested at 65 days. Dried for about a week and a half at 55% - 60% humidity and about a constant 61 degrees. barely it in the tent to dry and it was just one plant. It made about 200g trimmed , it was way more than I expected. Easily got over 1 gram per watt since I only could keep the light at 75% because it was too close to the plant. Trimming was the easiest Ive had so far and only took a day with a friend.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!! We have had some crazy cold weather here the last 4 days and for the first time in 13 years had snow on Christmas day. So with the cold and snow came grow room issues. My grow space is outside and not attached to the house so maintaining a proper temperature and humidity has been a bit on the difficult side. Even with the lights running 24 hours, it's had a few drops down to 19c and the humidity has gone up to 68% a few times. Now luckly I'm still in veg and the humidity isn't a issue yet but the temperature has been making me worried. Going to put togther a heater with its own temperature switch increase it drops below 20c. Did some training over the last week with some LST and FIMing. With the LST every 3nd day I've been adjusting them and pulling the plants back a bit more and more. Since I don't think I'll be able to set up a SCRog net this go around (spent to much for Christmas and wont be able to affordthe PVC tubing) ive got to figure out something else and fast. Plants are getting big and it's going to get hard to bend then properly without braking stuff. Because I was showing some issues with 2 of my plants I started adding a bit of Revive to my res to see if they get better and they have. But because of the cold that's been hitting us my tank has had a hard time staying warm. Even with my 50w tank heater it's been fighting a up hill battle because the area outside the main room where the tank is, has been sitting around 14-17c. So with that the air pump I use to circulate the tank, it is pulling in cold air and thats been fighting the tank heater in getting it up to what I like it at. I tried using my water pump instead of the air pump for circulation and the res went up to 25.6c soooo I would much rather have 19c res then water that could kill my plants. So let's talk about the plants themselves. Both Special Queen plants are doing great but as you can see from the picture, one is doing absolutely amazing. Great growth (understatement) and has bounced back from training like a pro. The other plant is still doing really good when compared to all the other plants in the room but still could be a little bit better. Depending on what I'm going to do for supporting the plants this might be the last week of veg. Well see. So this plant was doing great and then about 2 days ago I started to notice issues. Almost looks like leaf rust or a Ph problem but ive tried my best to keep them correct and I'm hopping that like my Ripper badazz plants that they well just grow out of it. Doing a big clean up today in the room so I'm going to keep my eyes open for any pests just incase that's the issue but fingers crossed it isn't. Well that's everything for now. The thrips infection is gone but there’re still a lot of damaged leafs as you can see in the photos/videos, but the growth hasn’t slowed down which is good. Anyway after I did some research into the big bang strain I found out that the company that sells this strain recommends “flushing” for a few days every other week starting from day 16 of flowering. This is meant to speed up bud development and I think it really did something here as the buds got twice as big. But I didn’t exactly follow their recommendations as it calls for watering the plants with large amounts of water and letting the soil dry for a few days and I don’t feel comfortable with that, so I watered them every day but made sure the soil was dry.
