Week 3, as you can see i did top them all and started a little bit of training to open them up. For the Training i bend and twist the Stem, so that the plant holds the position a bit before returning back. I do this daily to keep them a little shorter. This is it for Week 3. Keep growing.

Hey guys, allot happened this week. Mid week on Wednesday I did a major heavy defoliation, she was very bush and allot of internode growth. I clean up everything and allowed more light pen. Also nipped any undesired off growths. Shaping how I want the plant to grow. Basically lollipoping. As you can see I also started to install 4x 1/2 bamboo sticks to help support the plant once she gets bigger. I had problems last year late into flower and don't want to repeat same mistake. I also amended the pots with 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284 @ 2tbs/gal. Iv only water once in the past 7 days with the Aquabak. Not enough data to review the product. We will see. Other than that we have had plentiful thunderstorms and have not required to water. Thanks to the felt pots, they did not get flooded with the amount of rain we got. Prolly 50-100mm worth of rain. She's almost ready for harvest. Right now, she will be on plain water for six days. Next, I'll give her one final big flush, let the coco dry out, and then it’s chop time. This strain is looking very dense and is covered in a nice amount of trichomes. Most of them are cloudy now, with a few amber ones starting to appear.

We are a couple who decided to plant cannabis for the first time during the covid-19 quarantine, and it helped us get through it, during and after grow =] Before deciding to plant, we studied a lot and saw many diaries here, so we didn't have many surprises during the cycle, also because we were able to see, compare and know what to expect from our plant. It was really cool to see the result of what we had studied happening in practice, we learned a lot from Grow Diaries. Definitely we will do a lot of different things next time, but overall we were satisfied to be able to smoke our own weed. Grow diaries helped and motivated us a lot, both to learn new things and to organize and register our grow. Our intention is to continue growing and sharing our experience here. Here we are starting week 5 with this beautiful plant (the big one, I should give her a name...) who went through all her vegetation weeks showing great strength, thriving like a boss and making me so very happy! What a therapeutic experience 😎 On day 32 I decided to introduced a 1000W LED monstrosity light to the grow environment, hoping to give a nice boost on her first week of flower, than a rookie mistake happened...of course. I forgot to raise the lamp further up, that caused a slight burn on the tip of a hand-full of leaves. The good news is: she is doing just fine as beautiful as ever. :)) The little girl got another defoliation session and she is recovering well after mainlining last week, but man.... she slow...she very slow. There Is strength on her, I noticed her little branches curving against the mainline ties, she is sassy Im telling you. I am going to insist to see what happens. Overall the girls are doing just fine, my two other seedlings are coming up sweet'n fast, I should've have planted all 4 at the same time! *FutureNote* Now a quick question, what is the lifespan of a Chinese 4'' carbon filter from Amazon? Apparently 5 weeks LOL. Added some potassium sulfate and they seemed to bounce back but now they want calcium and I’m pretty sure the potassium I put in is antagonistic to calcium. I might harvest early to prevent any trichome degradation due to photosynthesis being halted, trichomes are looking milky too.

these plant keeps on giving us surprises look at the forest it has become in such a short time we are now in week 5 and switched to 12/12 lighting schedule in the beginning of this week and no trouble what so ever and we are very satisfied with the nutrients from Hy-Pro very easy to use and cheap aswell nothing much to add for this week Talk next week Cheers, Nibameca
