These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

Zamnesia's Girl Scout Cookies is definitely the queen of this round. It was already understood but the beginning of flowering did nothing but confirm the speed, power and beauty of this truly successful specimen. If all autoflowers were like this we would probably only do this type of plant. We do a good defoliation to give power to the many tops created. Lovey strain, lovely smell we cant wait.

Week 4 update! 🌱 Week 3 is done, and the ladies are now three weeks into their flowering phase. So far, everything has gone really well. However, one bud and the plants in the front showed slight signs of potassium overfertilization, which likely caused a calcium uptake issue and led to minor necrosis. No worries, though – today I completely flushed the entire system and replaced it with a fresh solution. With this reset, everything should be back on track 💪💧. On top of that, I decided to bring out an old Cree& Osram LED lamp as a booster. This will provide the two smaller front plants with more light intensity so they can metabolize the higher nutrient levels more effectively 💡🌿. Everything is looking great so far! Hey yall! Another week down. A lot has happened. To start, we up-potted from the red solos into my living soil blend that I have been working on for almost a year. It's so full on living creatures and beneficials. I used to have fungus gnats a lot when working with living soil, it's almost impossible to avoid. .. Then enters beneficials; we have black soldier Flys, persimillis predatory mites, definitely earth worms, most likely a mix of night crawlers. No more fungus gnats, I highly recommend using beneficial nematodes, cucumeris and persimillis predatory mites are excellent (swirski predatory mites are expensive). Just look at the Soil Food Web and identify what pest you have, then purchase their predators from a trusted insectary. Anyways I added another 200watt LED and spread out the plants in a 2' X 4' tent. It's extremely dry in my location and having the heat on makes the air even drier. So getting my VPD stable has been an immense challenge. Right now Also we need to be able to add VPD or at least GD needs a built in calculator to help folks with VPD, Vapor Pressure Deficite. As of right now I am sitting at 0.85 VPD, so pretty good for today. I have 4 humidifiers and have had to hang moistened towels on the doors of the room I am growing in. It literally has been a huge challenge to keep the humidity high enough for my VPD to be in range for the young plants I have now. Good thing is my current humidity without running any humidifiers is perfect for the flowering stage, so I can't wait to move this along. As for topping and training; like I said I really want to move these ladies into flowering sooner than later. I have several reasons to do limited training so I can limit my veg time, also getting this crop done as fast as possible is best for my set up. Until I can get a larger house 🏠 😩 because we got a baby on the way 👶 so need to make space. I have made compost tea twice this past week, wetting the soil and also spraying the leaves. My sprayer broke so I ended up pouring the tea on the plants gently, I got worm castings on the leaves lol. Gently rubbing that off once they dried. Also I applied the tea at night. My tea recipe: Reverse Osmosis water, 2 to 4 gallons I bubble that with added minerals for a day Add 2-3 cups of Activated worm castings (To activate the castings I added about 3 gallons of high quality castings with what I consider to be nutrient amendments, SO I add = kelp meal, neem cake, organic coconut flour, organic corn meal, organic wheat flour, and organic cold milled flax seeds and let that sit for a week then add about 2 to 3 cups of that mix to the tea) I also add biology from about a cup of 2 different soil mixes I have around my compost bin, just trying to get a more diverse biology by adding those two different soil sources. And mind you the grow beds I took the soil from has been organic for many years and has a large amount of beneficials and tons of excellent biology. Other than that I bubble that for 12 to 24 hours, with as much air as I can get. I use air stones but you really need to clean them off once you are done brewing. I also have an Air Lift with a large air pump that really works great, K.I.S. Organics sells one that works great or you can build one easily with with PVC pipe and a few adapters from any Home Depot or Lowes. Also I do add DynoMyco to my roots when up-potting. They are an amazing brand that has backed up research, I think they have more propagules per gram of two strains they identified to work great with cannabis. Now having said that, each individual phenotype out of each individual and specific strain/cultivar is going to have different bacteria/fungal strains that it prefers and by growing the same strain, hopefully the same exact cut, and grow 3 to 4 cycles before you truly have the mycelium networks built and fully functional. What I am saying is stop throwing out "used" soil and go over 7 gallons, bigger the better for biodiversity. Stop buying "new" soil, amend your previous beds and pots. You will see a huge difference. Hopefully I can show you all of this with my Grow. Anyways please feel free to ask away any questions! This grow is about saving money 💰 🤑 and growing the best clean medicine as possible.

My first indoor grow, some plants are more than 6 weeks in but 6 weeks ago I got the light. There are a lot of plants but some might be male, I already pulled a male and a hermie. Im Kinda hoping they're all female but I wouldn't know what to do with so many. I want to flip to 12-12 but I still don't have an inline fan or carbón filter and I'm scared itll smell strong. Will try to and more pics.

This week the humidity and temperature are better now than last week. We flushed and the water at pH 6.6. The flowers have also gained weight and the trichomes are becoming cloudy and it is already possible to find some amber. In the mornings we are trying to let her receive sunlight every day.

Harvest in week 12. But I screwed up, I didn't have enough room to separate each variety, so I would put an average weight when everything was dry... I had done everything well, I had to mistake on the place of the drying bag Last pictures, mixed buds

I'm very happy about how the buds have developed in this 2nd week of flower! The girls stretched a lot this week, about 15cm. The bud sites are a bit too close to each other, but I can't do much about it now, I will have to put up to the extra work when harvesting. They get fed 6 times a day and they drink a looot, about 2,8l per day 😮 I'm doing a flush today, the first one, to get the roots rinsed out of any accumulated salts.

Still watching trichomes. 90% crystal clear so far. But she's getting closer to the end.

This girl has had a great week. She has put on some good leaf growth, and has rebounded from the light stress. I had been doing bending her top over to expose the lower branches, no ties just repeating the process. She got transplanted near the end of the week into a 2 gallon pot, and got her first real dose of nutrients. RH has been steady at about 65% and temps are consistent at 78-79 degrees. The 2x4 tent is super easy to manage with the AC in-line fan/controller and a small 250 watt heater outside the tent at the fresh air draw. 😊 I think my plan for this one is to veg it out long enough, to do a single plant SCROG in my 2x4 tent. Wonderful harvest! Plants were very dense and frosty and smell was super strong. I made sure to wear gloves so my hands weren't sticky the rest of the day. Very happy with this strain, it seemed to produce quite a bit of dense frosty bud. Nice deep purple leaves at the end. Will update with a smoke report after a 6 day dry, 30 day cure in my Cannatrol.

I was too lazy to photograph and record each plant separately, so I took a picture and recorded everything together... this grass has grown too much, in some places it is half way up the plant and you can't see how big the plants actually are, these days I will mow it under them and around them and in the next update I will post individual pictures where everything will look nice...day before yesterday I watered them with clean water, the next watering also with clean water and then I will most likely switch to food for the flower, I will see from the situation. Three days ago it was the end of their fourteenth week, the pictures and videos are from day before yesterday. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!
