Bonjour guys, so from the moment I popped this seed up until now, I've had no issues with this strain at all, no deficiencies, very easy to grow, and she is piling on the weight now, the buds are the whole length of the main colas (x4) and are over half a metre in length, I must say I'm very, VERY impressed with this pheno, I just wish I'd taken a cutting, I have got one more seed left tho 🙏🏼. Casey's Rollex OG is making progress. I did treat her 4 days ago with neem oil. I did again today after some defoliation and canopy maintenance. The spotting on the leaves appears to have stopped. Hopefully it stays stopped is the intent. Everything else is looking good, and hopefully any pest are exterminated after treatment of the grow room today. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Week 6 of flowering cookies Gelato by RQS Hallo again brother and sister Growmies and homies . I will be making the diaries somewhat individual per strain. 🌱Day 36 - Second Week of Flowering 🌱 Hello growing friends! 🌿 Today marks the beginning of the second week of the flowering phase, and I’m very happy with how the buds are developing so far. 🌸✨ Since this is my first grow, I’m truly amazed by how fascinating these plants are. It’s an exciting journey! 🌱🤩 Last week, I struggled with yellow leaves and a calcium & magnesium deficiency. Fortunately, with the help of BioBizz Calmag, things are slowly improving. 🍃💪 Currently, I’ve set the humidity to 45%—according to my research, this is ideal for minimizing the risk of mold. 💧🚫🌿 🌱 Day 42 - Last Day of the Second Flowering Week 🌱 Hello everyone! 🌿 Today marks the last day of the second week of flowering, and I’ve made some updates to my routine. I’ve increased the nutrients to BioBizz Grow (3ml), BioBizz Bloom (2ml), and BioBizz TopMax (1.5ml). The plants are growing well and have recovered from the calcium deficiency. 🍃💪 I’m continuing to add a bit of BioBizz CalMag to prevent any future deficiencies. 🌱✨ This week, I also added some soil to the pots, as the soil level had flattened out quite a bit. I topped up each pot with about 1.5 liters of soil.

all nutrients are in ger section. now we start with week two on flower stage. no big problems slow and steady grow, little leafes needet to go here and there to open the top already. )

Only had a 7 day dry. Lots of fluctuations in humidity as setup was not complete during time of harvest.

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of veg. I meant to top these girls last week... but I've been a day behind all week. I'll do it tomorrow. They look a little wilty because I turned the light on to take the pics and they were sleeping. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Added a top layer of soil with added nutes so that only needed to water normally and let the top mix do the work down below. Will mix in more compost tea every other day and towards the end of the week, hit it with my normal organic nutes mix. The plant is looking healthy and continues to flower out and each cola is starting to thicken nicely. I have a few leaves here and there showing some discoloration so will watch closely to ensure I don’t have a light or nute issue. Will move the light intensity to 80% on the LED panels after this next week and as long as the leaves still look good. The grow room is fairly warm (80F) and rH is high (75 – 80rH) but my CO2 levels are fairly high as well so the plants should be fine. Running 2 x HO Solarcure UVBs for 2 hours about an hour after the LED lights turn on at the beginning of the 12 hour set and for 2 hours about an hour before the LEDs turn off at the end of the set. Plant #1 – Really starting to get colorful, very purple and frosty. Sorry for all of the bud shots but can’t help it! Super excited to see how she starts to fill out.
