Timing seems about right. The current flowering plants are finishing so these will be in flower within two weeks. From all that I've learned this grow (being my first DWC), I plan on carrying on with a combination of organics and synthetics. Along with GHE products below, I'll be using the organics right along side. Mainly for the microbes and fungi. I plan on keeping my water about 1-2" below the basket with heavier pumps. Will be using the EcoPlus Eco Air 4 Four Outlet air pump divided into 2 buckets/2 air stones and using the 2 Marina 200 Air pumps for clones. That will more than double the airflow to the roots. When I change the res and even when I transfer over to the larger flower DWC bucket (3 gal - 5 gal) I'll be keeping a litre of the veg solution to add to the fresh new res, thus 'inoculating' it with the already stable microbial and fungal environment that it's been used to. As well, I'll continue with Hygrozyme on a 'maintenance' dosage when changing the res and adding a liter of the microbial and fungal tea listed below as well as a dose of Tarantula from Advanced Nutrients. Adding organic Alaskan veg and bloom fertilizer (some 'Fulvic acid' as well, like seaweed liquid. Plants uptake Fulvic better than Humic. Root fungi eat the Humic and poop out Fulvic!) in 'moderation' to help bring PH back down and feed microbes and fungi. Once the plants start really stacking, I'll add more synthetics to compensate and to lower PH. The organics can really mess with the EC so I'm not going to be freaking about high levels. Found that it didn't effect the plants health that much if at all. На этой неделе растения стабильно получали 20 часов света, это очень помогло им стать больше и сильнее. Я продолжаю тренировки LST. На этой неделе была обрезка веерных листьев, я часто практикую дефолиацию автоцветов. Надеюсь проблем со светом не будет, растения уже показали "усы" свой пол, значит стадия предцвета будет примерно через неделю, хочу что бы они стали ещё больше и набрали "мяса" массу. Looks like the girl recovered after the last fan crash. My medical splint helped her, she stands alone without help 😍. In addition, the stress apparently helped her induce large amounts of resin. It is completely white, the resin is even on large leaves. They are affected by burning nutrients, so the girl does not look so pretty. Anyway, I'm proud of her, she managed twice as much stress and she will definitely be tasty and potent 😘 💪

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Hi Growmies , I am going to journal thisblady as she is my 1st ever self made seed I have grown. I have dropped bagseed into cups and watched them sprout thenblet them keep over and die off in the past but never an actual Cross i produced. Her father is from a previous grow here , Barneys Farm Blue Gelato 41 who threw out some pollen at 3 weeks flowering and also gave some perfect seeds and pods at 3 weeks flower !!!! Very odd but didnt hermie the whole plant but the pollen hit the lowers of the other 8 strains so I have some very promising cross seeds that look very striped and chubby. This cross is Him and a Barneys Gorilla Skittelz Mother who only dropped about 20bseeds all together. I managed to seperate around 8 more of this batch and here we have #1. There is another cross growingnwithba friend that is killing it so I am hopeful now. So far she has been topped at her 5th and stripped her #1 node only. I plan to 6 way her mains and thicken them with tip spreading . I lived the mother strain for her dense buds and the gelato was going beautiful till I culled her for the pollen worries. The very early harvest( 4 week flowering) had me gutted and shockingly the smokable buds from it had a hit to them that was way better than their age should have had them at. I do think the crosses will be a great combo

Semana del 26 de abril al 2 de mayo Semana de mucha lluvia así que está costando mantener baja la humedad del indoor, ya que en el ambiente ya está alta. Pensé que algunas plantitas se pondrían más moradas o rojizas pero que va, están con un toquecito de color y nada más. Última semana usando el AK47 (1 ml por litro) Volvieron los bichos, así que hoy 1 de mayo volví a aplicar el Tec Fort. Además tuve un accidente. Se me cayó el TGL60 cuando lo estaba subiendo para fumigar. Lo bueno es que el foco no dio contra el suelo, pero cayó sobre la malla y adiós a una ramita de cogollos. No era mucho pero igual dolio. La corté y la puse a secar, no tendrá mucho thc ahora pero entre que se pierda y fumarla igual, pues me la fumo.

Girls are starting to flower, we’re on a 12/12 light schedule now, I let the girls dry out at the beginning of the week. I’ve been watering them with 1/2 gal per day per 5 gal pot. Will start checking soil and weight twice a day now that they are flowering

Hey guys/gals welcome to my first grow diary! Well it's week nine and it's still 🔥 in my tent. So I decided to change my light from the philizon 600w to a Viparspectra vs1000 to try to help the flowering and see if it would cool my tent down some. It helped by a degree or two but anything helps! The 🌸 were responding to the Viparspectra very well until I missed a watering day and she got to dry from my blazing tent. So when I came home and checked on my girls I noticed my Northern lights is lime green and the bottom leaves are yellow and falling off. So did some research and it's nitrogen and a lack of other nutrients that cause the loss of color. So gave a heavy feeding. The only problem with that is the top layer of soil absorbed water and then it all ran to the bottom of the pot and into the runoff tray so I let them soak for 10 mins and then drained runoff. So the top and bottom are moist and I can push on the side of pot and u can feel it's dry soil but the pot feels heavy. So I will wait it out and feed again. I have noticed the color coming back to the Northern lights so their is improvement! No issues with pineapple auto! UNTIL..... Don't use neem oil on your plants in flower!!! Before u wonder yes! I sprayed them in dark cycle. They soaked over 11 hrs before lights on. It literally says on the bottle u can use up till harvest day! So I drenched them in neem oil lastnight because I believe the bugs are causing a lot of my deficiency problems. Got up this morning and bugs are still flying all around. The neem oil is a bust! Also checked the plants as soon as lights on this morning to make sure oil was absorbed and noticed all the pistols on both plants are fried. They were white and plump yesterday so that's all I can think it could be. I did read an article that also says that neem oil shouldn't be used in flower because it has chemicals toxic to humans. Here I copied the article: Neem Oil will leave an unpleasant taste/smell on buds when used to treat flowering plants, so don’t let this stuff get near your buds! There’s also some evidence Neem oil may be harmful to humans so use with care! That being said, Neem oil is an all-natural remedy that is very effective against many different types of bugs and mold. You will need a mister (also called a “One-Hand Pressure Sprayer”) to spray all the leaves evenly since neem oil and water can separate easily. *Bugs* so I've said this before but in case your just reading this week of my diary I bought some cheap potting soil from Walmart for this grow. I spray my sapling with a spray bottle for the first 7 days for water and on day 2 spraying the soil I noticed little tiny white bugs crawling all over the soil and from then on it's been a battle that I'm losing. I have now ordered some dematious earth sure I didn't spell that right! Hoping this will help. We shall see. Well till next week! She is really short she is getting ready to start her stretch I'm seeing signs of pre flowering. She is starting to grow more had to take a few of the inner branches off to thin her out some but she is still thick.

Yay! video is back up again.. Day 22 flowering: Well what a week this has been for the Amnesia Haze. She began the week intact and showed the many bud sets throughout her frame. I have been waiting until day 19 to defoliate her and get as much of the light down lownas I can she has some perfect stacking developing now and all of her quadded limbs are top to base with flowering sites. Her speed and progress has been excellent from the off and I am now preparing to run 3 Sweet Seeds Autos of this strain with their Amnesia Haze XL alongside 3 Gorilla Girl XL and 3 Sweet Cheese XL , I cannot wait to see what these genetics can throw up. The amnesia has got a nice fruity smell starting to be noticeable as i open the tent. She is 3ft across inn parts and has a lot of mains vying for top spot . I am hoping she will be a great yielder with the way I have trained her out. She is feeding well and not showing signs of any issues at all so its a head for the finish line now in about 5 weeks time. S.a.d is alive but not looking the best still , she is in flower but her initial poor start has effected her too much. power toner for keeping going though, same with the red hot cookie really. gutted to have lost so many in the heatwave issue and be left with so few to show this breeders genetics. OMG! So happy i finally harvested! Shakira and Gertrudes are two fat girls! The whole growing process was smooth. Both plants had nutrient deficiencies late flowering but it was my fault because I wasn't feeding them :p the problem stopped when I started using calmag and the bloom/micro. They were string from the begining: i drowned them when they were seedlings, one of them had some mold in the root at that time. But, as soon as I changed pits and corrected my watering there was nothing to worry about. I struggled to observe the trichomes with my cellphone camera hahahahhaha, i still think they're 30% clear but when I noticed a couple of amber ones it was my cue to turn off the lights! I'm not a fan of couch lock effect, so let's see how it went. I'm sure the amber trichomes were not even 10%, so I guess I'm good. Also, i chopped my plants when they completed exactly 77 days from the moment they showed up above the ground. Humidity was a bitch and with a small tent I had no alternative but to use a small dehumidifier from Amazon. It did NOT help that much. I hope they can dry with humidity around 75%, I'm having one small fan blowing on too of them (i know I'm not supposed to but it's 100% outside). Reaching 55 seems like an intangible dream :( I enjoyed the while process of growing, it was easy but i got paranoid far too many times. On the other hand I DETESTED to trim it. Im exhausted, my shoulders hurt and I have NO IDEA if I did it too much or not enough. Hoping drying and curing to be smooth as well. If anyone is reading this, thank you for hanging on with me :) Ps. it's too potent and the smoke is soft, almost too easy to be smoke

The buds are fattening up now. Still no amber trichomes. Weather is hot here. Tent seeing 30+c at it's peak. I'm wondering if the heat is stressing her.

Day 14 for the frozen diesel and she is doing her thing. Topped her on day 11 and she's branching out. Upped the maxigro a little.

Flowering started on day 28. I applied a topdressing once with Green House Feeding BioBloom at 1.5 grams per liter Soil. I’ll repeat that in the third week to reach the full dose of 3 grams per liter. I also discovered some thrips, so I reacted immediately by using small nematode sachetsboth on the plant and in the watering solution.
