Banana OG

Week 1 D1! Yes, ill name that day, day 1 for my banana OG seedling . 15-01-2021😎 Nothing really changed from germination conditions. Lights 24hrs temp 21,5 C 65+%RH 😉 Haven't watered them again, there still fine in the dome. Will water when is needed and again with only Rhizotonic and a little bit of Cal mag to be sure.💪 Ph 5,8 EC ~600ppm * to be updated tomorrow ! D2 Evening pictures update for today ,day 2 of life for BananaOG looking great and tall ,developing its first real leaves! I had a drop of humidity for some reason in my dome so sprayed all over the dome for lifting it up again, it worked . Im gonna try stick with VPD charts for this grow since I realised how much sense those proportions matters for plant life 🙌 Update in couple days !! D4 Girls grow tall, assume is cause of the spectrum of those lights , promotes big and a bit stretchy plants.I don't mind, last grow ended up great and with this ill have a bit extra space to flower so...💪 D6 Banana is growing great fat shiny leaves .Shes a day ahead from the other plant I have germinated together and already developing her second true leaf .👌 Got her some fresh water with just Rhizotonic cause I noticed high EC at the roots. Next time water will be with small dose of nutrients and let the grow begins for real 💪

Week2 D1 New week for Banana OG starts today and I changed the lights to 20-4 for the rest of the vegetative phase .Also dimmed them up to 50% That caused the temperatures to climb a bit higher and decreased humidity. Problem fixed, lowered the host room temperature a bit and the tent is going back to normal 22-23 C Today I will prepare for them new water mix with 1ml/lt Canna A&B, Rhizotonic and a bit CalMag Agent . Thats it for today , will come back with more picture updates in couple days !! D3 First time nutes at low ppm , around 600 (hard water aprox 300ppm after dechlorination ) Conditions changed a bit more as they grow. Lights raised a bit higher and dimmed up to 75% already!! She's growing fat and sturdy with no problems so far. 💪👌 D5 Transplanted her into her final 11lt pot in pure coco , yesterday D4 . Her roots were all over out at the bottom of the pot and thought giving her some more space ! She slowed down her growth cause of transplant but I think she’s coming back stronger again soon 🔜 💪 D7 End of that second week for my Banana OG and I’m really happy with her ! Color is normal with no discolorations at all so we stay at the same levels of nutrients for the moment !

Week 3 D1 Development is going great with great side branching already ! Too bad I have to chop those branches down soon . 🍃🍃 So , my plan is to top at third node and manifold as long as she grow 5-6 of them 👌 Nutrients for this week will be like 1,5m/lt of Canna Coco Base nutes 0,5ml/lt Canna CalMag Agent 3ml/lt Rhizotonic 💪💪 Ph 5,8 (run off is a bit higher but I’ll fix it ) Environment is adjusted according to my VPD chart at 23-23,5 C and 60-65 %RH I still haven’t got the proper saucers for my pots and the whole floor of the tent was flooded and nasty which I’m really not happy with ... Supposed to arrive today so I’m gonna feel better soon 😅😅 D4 Doing great , a bit strange looking leaves but I suppose there gonna be fine soon! got them some saucers, there a bit smaller but they work and keep my floor clean so its okey.. D5 Topped today at third node ! Intense training will follow soon 💪👌🌱

Week 4 D2 She’s doing great , fully recovered from topping and growing nice and thick new stems . I’m gonna start training them today or tomorrow, to spread them a bit for an even canopy I’m really happy in general with those genetics so far , healthy and sturdy plant🌱 💪👌 D3 performed LST training and the results seems promising ! great plant structure for training, nice and even growth from all sides. D6 Banana tree growing well and bushy AF 👿👌 She was strong enough to escape the training but no problem, will pull her out again in couple days. Defoliated some leaves were covering bud sites and a bit better airflow underneath the canopy.

Week5 D3 Another week for this grow! Its going amazing and everything as wished to be. Great structure , really bushy plant.Ive LSTed her today to spread her a bit and defoliated some leaves again for better air circulation down there. will continue another defoliation session later on this week and maybe some slight lolipoping at the bottom branches ,keeping some clones at the same time cause I have no more seeds and a great feeling about this strain.💪 Nutrients stay the same as last week, plant looks really healthy and thick branches are growing everywhere. Im watering her every other day for the moment and she's loving it , I suppose soon ill need daily , or an automation, will see... This is gonna be last week for vegetating her probably , it all has to do with the todays and the next training sessions recovery time! New tent is on the way and will flower her in there ! D6 Just got some more leaves out today cause the situation there got really bushy and the humidity goes sky high. Also some small branches had no luck going through the tight leaves and stems there ,plant structure New tent still not here so I have to wait a bit more before throw that girl in flower. Noticed the one side was obviously less developed cause of the heavy foliage covering that side, so I just turned her around to boost the other side a bit under the lights Watered again today right after defoliation with fresh almost 700ppm water and she's loving it ! Week 6 Another week for that diary, tent had arrived and set up already! Plenty of new space for my plants to thrive! Banana OG moved into her new place and she liked it a lot. More space for her to spread and produce big buds. Unfortunately or not , lights haven't arrived yet so I have to wait a bit more in vegetation mode until I have proper lighting to flower. Growing wise now, she's just amazing. Aromas already started to appear and her leaves are beautiful and more fingers than my usual plants! Will perform another defoliation session this week cause it needed already again! Yes Defoliation promotes new leaves growth and boosts the appetite of my plants! Raised nutrients to 2,5ml/ lt Canna COCO A&B and stopped giving her Rhizotonic 750-800 ppm and ofc Ph 5,8 No complains yet , shiny green leaves and no signs of burn ! Cant wait to see her flowering!! D3 Last day for vegetating mode today! Almost 6 weeks of veg was enough and straight to flower!

So, Week 1 Flowering Mode D1 Lights have finally arrived so I couldn't wait any more and already changed the light schedule to 12-12 Ive placed each light underneath each plant and seems to work well! Banana OG will be flowering under my new Mars Hydro TS600 Lets start this journey then , Flowers are coming soon !! D5 She’s still growing nice and steady , she’s getting really bushy again so today I adjusted her ties a bit to spread her a bit more . She’s reacting good to training in general so no fear for stress or anything. I added some more nutes and CalMag to her diet and we are at 850-900 ppm for now with no complains and great growth !

Week 2 Flowering Another week down and we getting there ! she is growing super bushy so decided to give another haircut today. only 35-40 per cent of the leaves are down and some light can finally reach the bottom parts of the plant. Another and last defoliation session will happen at end of third week F. Take a look at that Massive leaf 💪 D5 She's growing great, really bushy and that's a bit annoying but I can't do anything , I should have done more intense defoliation or lolipoping till one point , will probably do in couple days . I just saw the first pistils at some nodes, she's getting into flowering a bit slow but steady so far. Im expecting her to stretch a bit tho...lets see ! Introduced Canna Boost Accelerator to her diet at 2ml/lt and lets get it started Her smell is already so nice and chemical ,leaves beautiful pale green but I suppose is due to genetics cause she's super healthy in general Till next Update

Week 3 Flowering D1 Another week down, still growing bushy but not so tall yet im expecting her to stretch a bit more during this , third week of flowering ! She's already grown massive stem and branches and I suppose she will end up like a big tree with big buds Noticed some pistils on some tops but not so many yet...dont know why , maybe genetics but the other plant growing together , is already more developed. No problem tho, every plant has its times so... Still looks healthy so nutrients staying the same for now, might add an extra ml this or next week to see reaction. Consuming about 2,5 litres of water every other day D4 She's getting into flowering phase after couple weeks, maybe she was a bit stressed from defoliation but who knows ..More an more pistils are showin every day and stretch just began Lets see how big she will be ! She's still growing great and healthy thanks to CANNA nutrients 💪😍 Watering still every other day with 2,5 lt of water 😉 D7 still going on stretching and getting taller and taller every day ,I suppose im gonna need an extra week with her considering how she is moving into flowering but no problem, I have all the time she will need ! till next update!

Week 4 Flowering D1-3 Not so many happened except that plant getting bushier and bushier 😂 She's flowering still slow and seems like she lost a week compared to my other plant but if that's just genetics , no problem. I m a bit worried if there's light leaking or something and shes stressed ...who knows, ill wait and see what will happen skipped defoliation at d21 of flowering with her and will do it as long as she finish stretching ! Same nutrients as she looks really healthy! till next update 💪🙏

Week 5F D1 Shes going on great , no more delays and great response to waterings, so I decided to defoliate her last time at day 28 and let her go! Got out almost all big fan leaves and some more smaller ones that seemed to be on the way of light to smaller buds. Responded good and already grew more leaves all over her branches and big buds started to show up every day all over her! Noticed some burnt tips on some tops and so decided to separate her tank from the other plants tank and give her a bit less nutrients this week and no Cal Mag. D3 Shes doing amazing and I really like that bud formation shes developing every day . two days after defoliation and she got taller , bushier and soooo smelly again. Defoliation helped overall the environment of the grow , raising down humidity a bit more and plants loved it ! decided to postpone PK booster for her this week and feed her with that next week maybe, depends on the development she will have !

Week 6 D3 Shes getting there slowly slowly, she will definitely gonna need 3-4 weeks more since she just finished stretching for couple days . Developed really long buds , fulfilled in her own great way and the smell go her so sweet already. Trichomes are everywhere , even on fan leaves and im so happy she bounced back and producing flowers nicely, I was a bit afraid she will show up more problems Same old problem with this fabric pots which are full of salts on the bottom and plants showing toxicities, im happy that im almost at flushing stage so not so many fucks given this time but ill probably switch to plastic my next grows D7 She getting weight and loving the PK spike I gave her, she will go on with it next week and then I slowly will start giving her less nutrients till the end. I already mentioned that she gonna need some extra weeks than expected but no worries...she looks so nice and the smell soooo amazing and sweet , overripe bananas , already ! PS Im having significantly less time during last weeks but of ill stay updating my account , weekly ! New diaries are also coming with new strains getting ready for my new adventure after this one! Hello everyone , For some reason I was not able to login on my account here for a while and considering the significant less time I have for a while now, had to stop updating my diaries. Seems like I found some more time recently again so I will try to keep up with those diaries I left unfinished with some pictures I have made. So decided to finish this diary, later > never 😆 I leave some pictures of week 8 flowering here and my next week will be the harvest of that strain with some pictures I have made.

Easy to grow plant, took some more time initiating flowering but could be related with stress while training. Super dense buds loaded with trichomes , medium size .💪
