We’re back! 💨 Finally was able to get some picks and do an update on these girls. Pushed them 11 weeks into flowering and we cut them down. Took 4 days for me to trim it all! She’s drying in my rack now so I will update the harvest info shortly. I pulled 1 of these already about a month ago that I was growing alongside my peyote cookies and it was some decent buds, not spectacular at first but after a few weeks cutting its coming along better. Ended up with about 11 oz off that one girl and we cut her at the 9 week flowering mark and she had about 2 weeks less veg time as well. So we pushed these 2 girls to the extreme the other way(partially because I just didn’t have the time to cut them…lol) and hopefully we will get some more intense highs from it. I kinda just let these girls do their own thing and really only bent them down over my screen once and tucked a little to fill the screen but other then that she was just blowing up all over and I had a hard time actually containing these 2 girls In my 4’x8’ tent. We also got a good heat wave again that pushed my temps way up in the 10th week of flowering and these girls grew closer to my light then I wanted or could keep from happening. Lol so we got some major foxtails in the center of my tent but we still ended up with some huge buds. Cheers 💨

Okay, here we are on day 7 officially done with the first week, and so far so good.. Last attempt I use reused soil, which is why this diary is called redemption runtz .. i just gave a very minimal feeding and only went around the edge of the pot so the roots have to go searching.. todo muy bien! esperando paciente el desarrollo de los cogollos, conociendo y viendo los puntos de maduracion asi como la fertilizacion ajustando a su maximo que creemos posible para incentivar que los cogollos engorden, ahora en adelante les hare segumiento de la grande principalmente, que es la que cumple con la edad del diario, ya que las otras como se explico en un principio venian recien cultivadas por eso tienen un par de semanas de retraso , tambien hay una hermafrodita, que al detectar como comentamos semanas anteriores aplicamos al tecnica vista de un cultivador mexicano, consistia en romper los brotes de machos las pelotas con el fin de que no vuelvan a salir, dejando solo los pelos estigmas de las hermbras, si bien el cogollo queda maltratado, al parecer se detiene el crecimiento, asi que estamos viendo como rinde ese experimento.

Hey now, this week was a little rough for the Cream Mandarine auto, but it was my fault. I went out of town for 6 days and by the time I got back this morning, the EC had risen way too high due to evaporation in my reservoirs, and some of her leaves had little brown spots from the EC being too high. I could even see the spots on my live feed, but nothing I could do until I got back as I was seeing Phish down south. I flushed her this morning with about 2 gallons of water which dropped the EC of the runoff way back down to about .8, so I will resume normal feeding and see what happens. Other than than that she seems to be stacking buds very nicely and is developing a very nice smell. I believe she has another week or two to stack before she starts ripening. Next time I go away I'm going to start with the EC about .3 lower to compensate for evaporation. Thanks for stopping by, I hope everyone has a great weekend, be safe and blaze on!

Week 3 for the watermelons 😁 time goes fast when you have fun! The buds are slowly starting to get bigger and more tricomes are observed, it seems that the girls liked the easy bloom tabs

17 weeks! A long run for an auto, but this session has been exciting and instructive, and I hope productive! I'm cutting tomorrow, followed by the wet trim; I've been soaking it for a week, the buds have already settled a bit and the leaves are coming off easily. next week, wet and dry results 👌

My girls are going perfect they took about 10cm in height and become more bushy. 500-700 ml water per plant every day watering About 3-4 times i water with nutrients and 3-4 times with water, depends on how many nutrients they want

Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot.
