This is about half way through the bloom cycle. The top leaves are burning and it is not from nutrients. The plants are too tall and the light is too close. I am going to practice some HST to make room for the lamp. I snapped the 2 or 3 tallest colas on each plant. They grew back stronger than before and loved it.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Harvest day 71 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. The thrips are gone. It is taking more nutrients it’s more hungry these days still cutting off lots of defoliation lots of buds growing in so I’m having to keep her close eye and make sure I take out anything that’s not worth spending energy on buds are getting huge but it’s not growing any taller it’s going to be a short stocky plan

What's good in the hood growmies🤟🏽 Week 7 in the books Hello week 8🙌🏾🙌🏾. They are in their 3 week of flower and the colas are starting to really fatten. It's a jungle in the tent right now so very difficult to take good quality pictures or each plant individually. I waited to water them 1 day to long this week, which caused White LSD #2 to start drooping over, I had to tie her up in order to keep the colas somewhat up right. Other than that it is business as usual, I am still keeping a close eye on Caramelicious making sure she doesn't Hermie, I think she will be alright however she worries me because I had her pollinate an entire tent of 4 plants that were in 10 gallons ruining my whole run before. However I think it was due to my grow room flooding causing the temps and humidity to be out of wack. Since I was late watering I fed them a little extra this week about 1.5 liters (instead of 1)of plain water p.h.'d to 6.6 in the 2 gallon pot it takes about that amount to see run-of. All in all everything is going smoothly I can notice a visible difference in White LSD #1 and 2. Number 2 has some red undertones while #1 is white. How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. This is true of seed starts or clones made from seed starts. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. End of week 10 and so close to harvest! I have finally decided to chop the Purple Lemonade because she has been ready for a few days now literally oozing out sweet sticky sugars and the trichomes were about 70/30 cloudy to amber ratio. The other plants are about 90/10 and will be chopping the ladies soon. Smoothest grow I’ve had. Also only the 2nd (Indoor) grow. It’s nice to see some progress and will always try pushing to grow better and frostier flowers. One love!

Today is Karen Kush day. Zamnesia has created this crazy strain with truly exceptional aromas and we have tried it. Very beautiful at the top, many buds but let's move on to our plant which lacks nothing, grown straight with an important main cola and a crazy appearance that makes it impossible not to love it. The outside part of this plant is the only thing I can't show you: the smell, guys it's an absolute wonder and it is combined with that fantastic oily effect that resinous plants have, pulensola was all a cream. The plant requires some skills in controlling fertilizers, it is very voracious even of nitrogen at the beginning it discolors, but we know how to look at what the plant tells us and we have always kept it under control with a slightly higher dose of fertilizer than the others. In flowering it also seemed to tend to go into deficiency but Plagron does not allow this, if you use Plagron and you know how to recognize the deficiencies in the initial stage you can forget about seeing yellow leaves before time. Especially in flowering Alga Bloom is perfect for reconstituting a plant with deficiencies then the enzymes, amino acids and many other bio elements present in the additives do the rest. Guys I recommend not to underestimate the additives it is true we can grow even with only the basic fertilizers but the additives give a pimp that you do not expect, I have used a significant series now and I have had immortal results I must say. Although I am not a Super grower, I have not grown many plants, but for this girl, there were definitely bigger ones, but were there any more beautiful ones than this one?, I highly doubt it :) she looks fantastic, the finish is very close :)))) @FastBuds gorilla cookies auto. with small space, high temperature, high humidity, it copes without major problems :) which makes me very happy :) good luck to everyone :)
