Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Everything going smoothly! Last bit of tea was Wednesday, was diluted a bit more. Nothing but water from here out. Still hoping I get a stronger smell.

Sticky rice is another plant that has been behind most of the other plants th. Whole time. It seems to be coming around now. I hate when all my plants end up having to be harvested at different times. Hopefully this ends up being another fire lit farms plant.

Temp, Humidity & VPD are all controlled by a Mycodo System to reach a VPD Range of 0.5 - 0.7. Light is at its lowest setting 04.04. I started to add nutrients to the water. 2.5ml of Plagron Terra Grow per 1L.

RSQ Wedding Cake has just start producing hairs but still not in flower yet. FB Cherry Cola has already started producing some Icy . SS Bruce Banner has an issue going on, I've got mixed reviews on what it could be. Added about 8ml of Athena IPM to the water for that one. Hopefully she snaps back and grows strong

Preparing to flip

February 14, 2019 update: I rearranged the plants to get better airflow. In the video I mentioned that I thought I saw what might be spider mites. First off, I never saw any indications of this on the Cream & Cheese specifically, she looks awesome. Anyway, after closer inspection, I don't think its spider mites but more likely a combination of left over damage from the fungus gnats that came in with my wife's plant a few weeks ago (now gone) as well as ph fluctuations. But I like getting airflow on the plants themselves anyway, I just wish the oscillation worked on the fan I have now. I'll buy a new fan or two with oscillation soon. Also I failed to mention it in the video but there is also a ceiling fan blowing down on the plants. Overall, I'm very happy with my Cream & Cheese CBD+ from Seedsman. She's in the lead with just overall looking awesome!!! The buds are long and super healthy looking with tons of leaves along the branches and I've defoliated a few times. The remaining leaves don't seem to be blocking much because most branches are bent over due to the weight of the buds! She is supposed to be in the 20's with BOTH THC and CBD. I'm looking forward to smoking this one! 💪 This week I fed MegaCrop and Cal-Mag Pro (both by Greenleaf Nutrients). I fed according to their feeding schedule for late bloom. I think I'm going to stick with Greenleaf Nutrients for the duration of this grow rather than changing it up as I have been. Its super easy stuff to work with. 👍

She is barely growing taller, which is probably fine, as she's mostly supposed to focus on blossoms by now. We're still feeding according to the full biobizz schedule, even though I am reading more and more often, that we might need to give a lot less.. but at least it doesn't seem to do any harm, so at least for this grow we just keep on following the plan. I am a little bit worried, that the buds are growing to close to each other. Also put the dehumidifier in the room, to keep humidity under control. Update: After getting feedback to our question regarding space between buds, we tried our best to gently bend some branches more towards the sides, as can be seen on the latest pictures I added. Still really dense in some spots, but partially also becauae of thw tight node spacing. We will maybe remove some leaves in these areas, but we do not want to stress her too much at this point.

My microscope finally got delivered, so I can add some photos of that. The smell increased. The Buds got thicker this week and browning pistel appeared

Thursday - Day 124 10 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Slowly continuing to fade. - All is looking great. - She’s just recently started giving off some really nice odours. In the third week it was still very cold. at night 5-9°C during the day up to 23°C. 1 time completely filled with rain sewage

Cruising through the week. Stopped stretching around 4 ft 1 inch. From measuring from top of soil to the top. Such a beautiful plant. Dark purple on all the leaves. Bud sites are really starting to come in now. Going be a nice yield. So happy to have gotten the purple pheno. Beyond thrilled. Currently she getting fed every 2 days about about a gal of water each time. I 4 grams of mega crop 2 gram of sweet candy 1 gram bud explosion Ppms at runoff using my Tds meter is 2250. I usually keep this high during early and mid flowering then towards then boost it up until I notice some burning then cut back with water. No issues at the moment everything seems to be growing fairly smoothly :). Another 4 weeks should be close to harvest ^_^

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

If anyone can help with the purple on the stems it would be greatly appreciated!
