I started the flush on Tuesday 4/19. I chopped both plants on Saturday 4/23. The Trichomes are just about perfect in my estimation: > 5% clear, 10% amber, 75% cloudy. This is my first time drying the whole plant (I have always wet trimmed in the past). I read a bunch of good stuff about how hanging the whole plant and dry trimming makes better bud, so I'm giving it a shot. My main concern is possible mold with how tightly compact these plants are. I am keeping the humidity between 50% - 55% right now. I am hoping these plants will be dry enough by next weekend to start trimming and jar curing.

Everything is on schedule, I saw pistils within 4 days of 12/12 on both. Not a surprise because they’re feminized seeds, but there’s always a chance. Does anyone scrog with regular seed? I can’t imagine that being a good idea. Still tucking from now through to next week. I’d say the scrog is at 90% full. I could have vegged one more week I bet. This plant isn’t a huge “stretcher” and I knew that. The scrog is now “floating” above the ground on the plants. None of the legs touch the ground. Nbd just interesting. No complaints, issues, problem. Touch wood. I’ll check in next week.

Happy days my friends 😏 I'm going into the flush periode so I'm thinking one liter with 1 ml flawless finish after 5 or 10 minutes another clear 4 liter water and repeating this every day. Constructive interference is the phenomenon where two waves combine to form a new wave with a larger amplitude. This occurs when the peaks of one wave align with the peaks of another, and troughs align with troughs, causing their amplitudes to add together. For example, if two identical waves meet, their amplitudes will combine to produce a resultant wave with double the original amplitude. Constructive interference is a fundamental phenomenon based on the universal laws of nature, specifically the principle of superposition. 👋Top is a clean cut, no confusion for the plant, road ahead is clear, by completely removing the main growth tip, the auxin source is eliminated. The plant permanently halts vertical growth from that main stem and immediately sends its energy and hormones to the two new, evenly spaced branches just below the cut. Fimming slightly different because a small tuft of the top growth is left behind, the auxin disruption is temporary and less severe. The plant recovers more quickly and sends its energy to multiple surrounding growth points, often creating four or more new shoots from the same spot. It will eventually regain some vertical dominance after a few weeks if left to its own devices, but with a little more LST, bending the apex to the same height as the rest of the internodes, this shatters dominance, hopefully creating around 8-9 main shoots growing at equal height once recovered and grown out. The amount of photosynthesis (water splitting) directly determines the availability of H+ ions (protons) in a plant. 90% of water is for cooling of photosynthetic apparatus the other 10% is split for its H+ among others things. Carbon sugars, like glucose, do oxidize in soil through a process primarily driven by microorganisms, which break down these sugars for energy. This oxidation converts the sugars into carbon dioxide (CO2) through cellular respiration, a key part of the soil carbon cycle, though some carbon may also be incorporated into soil organic matter. The rate and extent of sugar oxidation depend on factors like oxygen availability, the presence of Fe oxides, and soil redox conditions, which can all influence the process. My understanding of why we flush. Just plain water, what does it do? Strips the medium of salts and nutrients making it empty. What does that do? Triggers nutrient recycling within the plant. What's nutrient recycling? It is a natural part of plant senescence, which can be triggered once you know the switches. A 24:1 carbon-to-nitrogen ratio will also trigger. Why won't it trigger autophagy for me? Nitrogen needs to be gone, gone, gone almost. Ammoniacal (organic) nitrogen takes 4-5 times more water to separate it from soil particles than nitrates so what happens is most people jist flush the nitrates, leave all the ammoniacal in there and this prevents autophagy initiating. Nitrogen decays differently depending on its form during the dry. Ammoniacal nitrogen will oxidize in the air, leaving no trace. But nitrates do no decay and turn volatile and smelly and remain trapped until smoked, no matter how long you cure it does not oxidize. This is why you need to trigger it and begin the denitrification process prior to harvest to get rid of all the nitrates. Otherwise, you will smoke it. Flush till autophagy begins, just make sure you add no nitrogen afterwards. Micronutrients for trichomes. Don't leave the medium empty for 2 weeks, that does nothing but reduce yield 10%ish. Trichomes are another thing. Trichomes themselves are not directly affected by flushing; rather, flushing affects the plant's nutrient uptake, which influences the development and final state of the trichomes. Trichomes are filled with antioxidants in the last weeks, which is what makes them cloudy. A lot of the processing of antioxidants requires energy and nutrients (mostly micronutrients ), so you don't want that soil empty for 2 weeks, you just want the carbon nitrogen ratio 24:1and no higher. She still wants what she needs to ripen. Processing antioxidants is energy-intensive; heat and light accelerate the rate at which THC converts to CBN. This is why you lower DLI, lower temps. By doing so, you reduce the oxidative workload caused by photosynthesis, which opens up the oxidative capacity for the production of antioxidants. THC is mostly processed at night when the plant's oxidative capacity is generally moreso "free and available" for work. Oxygen is the alchemist's "fire"

What a plant! Grew very well, buds fattened up nicely towards the end. Humidity went up to 60% from under 40% in the last day. 27.08g - main cola 62.21g - upper buds 39.56g - lower buds 5g - payment to friends for helping trim 😂 133.85g total

Had bend her main cola over again!! She was growing into the light. She just keeps spreading out too! Wish I had a bigger tent for her. The buds are starting to fatten a bit. I defoliated her again. Trying to get some better light penetration and air flow.

23.04.2025 Day 51. God Dang these ladies are beginning to pack a punch. In the past week the chemdawg has strected. No smell yet on chemdawg. As for the others, the flower are terping up. The struggling one has begun showing some nice purple flowers and smells like bubblegum. Another one smells sour like a green or unriped mango and the next one just smells sweet like candy. Flowers are swelling and begun to put on weight. During the past week I topped up reservoirs with nutrient solution but today i changed out reservoir with fresh nutrient solution. No training was done This week.

This lady grows very good so far... She shows slightly stress because of the HEat and Sun the last days.. But she is very strong! I increase the Nutrients from 1tls to 2tls(6gram) of the Nutrient Salt

Topped this little herercane on day 11 and she is starting to grow some little branches. I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp per gallon. Other than that just playing the waiting game....

This week all I wanted to see some kind of growth and I kinda see it, they both still look sad , the first plant looks like it's doing "ok" I do see new roots developing so that's a good sign. The 2nd plant still some brownin' appears on some leaves I don't know BUT I do see new roots growing on her my question is: should I still keep her going? OR let her get the axe? The deficiency still appears and I've done everything on the book but don't wonna give up on her (just yet) but I really don't know what to do with her? I wonna give her sometime see what she tells me or if u guys know what am doing wrong I would greatly appreciate

Hola! Bueno, qué decir! La planta ha crecido a niveles que nunca esperé. Intenté enredar las ramas con la red, pero es difícil. Logré alejarla un poco de la lámpara pero no se me ocurre cómo. Hice el cambio de agua y empezamos con la primera semana de flora. Estimo 8 semanas en total de flora, en principio. También corté las ramas inferiores. Gracias por seguirme!

First day of my first Grow Diary, friend gave me these so I thought I would see what they got, 4 x washing machine and 2 x Jaffa Cake, I will be scrogging, topping and performing some LST to open them up. Transplanted cuttings straight into the 12lt pots, I used the white shark powder around the root area during transplant. Food Making Notes: 1. Canna A, Canna B, Startbooster 2. Measured E.C at 1.2 3. pH'd from 6.5 down to 5.8 4. Added White Shark (just a sprinkle) Feeding was done primarily around the root zone, after a few days I will begin to saturate the whole medium. Update (+3 days): - Washing Machine have really settled in and has had some great growth, I have started doing LST and topping at the 4th node, video and pictures added. - Jaffa Cake not doing so well at the moment, they seem to have transplant shock, I am taking it easy for the moment, spraying them with a Super Thrive foliar spray, within the next feed I am planning to reduce the E.C to 1.0 and add super thrive to the food, along side the start booster and great shark. Update (+6 days) - Washing machine growing really well, got two growing perfectly and two of growing three leaves and many branches. - Jaffa Cake is now recovering from it's transplant shock, made a dome for them to create a high humidity environment while rooting in the pot, dome was sprayed with a mix of water and super thrive, I also made up a different batch of food with 50% of the nutrients, E.C around 1.0 (500pm).

Absolutely High quality strain! This strain is pure gold, strong smell very freaking stinky, you can't believe how much this little monster stinks, the colas are huge man, very hard dense like authentic Rocks, Brutal resin production very stinky, I can see her parentales of Zkitzy Gorilla because of the crazy amounts of glue she has produced, fat colas for real, I'm in love with this strain, I could grow her forever!
