Well that was fun. First time delving into the homegrown world and I’m officially hooked. Following the cocoforcannabis nutrient schedule and method, I ended up with 200 grams of dry bud and an extra 40 grams of trim/larf for edibles. I may have had them in the dry tent for a day too long, the hygrometers in the jars have settled around 54% RH, but they feel pretty damn sticky and moist to me. Been toking the larf and the high is really nice, definitely smoother than anything I’ve gotten from a dispensary. Can definitely taste the 🍇 and I’m excited to see what a little more cure will do. Already have my seeds ready for round 2, thanks for checking out the grow!

So I learned from my last auto plants not to top them, these ones I have more done training (lst) by the time I would top my photos... they are growing good, one plant is and has always been strange. Giving tap water that I let sit but got a good rain and lots of rain water so I will be giving that from now on. Until now I watered less than drenching the soil, but today I gave a good water and I think I will do so from now on.

Ghost Train Haze — Week 11 from Seed (Week 7 Flower) 12/12 from seed — no veg, no limits. She didn’t ask for permission. She just kept going. ⸻ Quick Recap — How We Got Here This run was never about controlling size. It was about channeling energy. Straight into 12/12 from seed. No vegetative phase to stretch her intentions— just a direct line from seed → structure → flower. And still… she chose to become a 1.8m tower. That tells you everything about the genetics. Stable environment. Consistent feeding. No interruptions, no panic moves. We didn’t push her. We kept up with her. ⸻ Week 7 Flower — Controlled Chaos At this stage, she’s fully expressing: – Vertical dominance – Long, stacked flower sites – Increasing density without losing structure – And that frost… building fast now She’s not just tall— she’s productive across the entire column. And the smell? Louder every day. Sharper. More complex. This is where Ghost Train starts to feel like Ghost Train. ⸻ Feeding & Parameters — Why These Numbers We’re running: – EC: ~2.9 – pH: 6.5 And yes—this is intentional. At this stage, demand is high. She’s not just building flowers, she’s maintaining a massive structure while doing it. The higher EC supports: – Sustained nutrient availability – Strong flower development – Continued metabolic activity at scale And the pH at 6.5 keeps nutrient uptake balanced in soil: – Phosphorus & potassium availability optimized – Micronutrients still accessible – No locking out key elements during peak demand Nothing extreme. Just aligned with what she’s asking for. ⸻ VPD — Leaf vs Room (Why 26°C / 60% Works Here) On paper, 26°C and 60% RH might look high for late flower. But here’s the nuance: – Room VPD is one thing – Leaf VPD is another With strong lighting and active transpiration, leaf temperature often runs slightly higher than ambient. That shifts the actual working VPD into a more optimal range than numbers alone suggest. So while the room reads: – 26°C – 60% RH The plant is effectively operating in a comfortable transpiration zone, not a risky one. This is why context matters more than charts. ⸻ About the “Delay” — Sativa Expression She’s a Haze. So yes—compared to others in the room, she appears “slower.” But let’s be clear: This isn’t delay. This is genetic pacing. And honestly? For a Haze under 12/12 from seed… She’s actually ahead of where you’d expect her to be. That early flowering trigger shortened the stretch window and pushed her into production sooner. Without it? She wouldn’t be 1.8m. She’d be… a problem 😄 ⸻ What We’re Seeing Now – Frost production accelerating noticeably – Buds forming along the entire height – Structure holding surprisingly well for her size – Aroma intensifying into that sharp, hazy profile She’s not finished. But she’s clearly committed. ⸻ What We’re Watching At this size and density, attention shifts to: – Airflow through the full vertical column – Moisture pockets deep in the structure – Any signs of late-stage stress under high EC – Light distribution across top vs lower sites This is where big plants test your environment. Mr. Baggy is on patrol 🕵️‍♂️ Especially in the middle zones. ⸻ What to Expect Next Week – Continued resin production spike – Buds beginning to tighten and gain weight – Aromas becoming heavier, more defined – Possible early signs of maturation in upper sites She’ll keep stretching a little… but the focus is shifting toward finishing energy. ⸻ Final Thought Some plants follow the room. Some plants define it. This one? She changed the space around her. ⸻ Gratitude To everyone walking this journey with us— The OGs. The new eyes. The loud ones. The quiet ones. The supporters and the skeptics. To the platform. To the community. To the genetics behind this powerhouse. To the partners walking with us. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Update - Aug 11, SLH grew 2 inches vertically from last week. She looks healthy, just slow to grow. I trimmed off some of the smaller inner branches and leaves, as this strain does stretch a good amount in flowering, which will start in probably 2 weeks. I also cut the nutrient dosage in half, going to run this SLH at half the nutes, compared to my previous grows of this strain, just to see if there is a difference.

Starting to show their fruits now .. so happy on how the girls are progressing … defoliation to help penetrate them lower bud sites and while putting them through the scrog i ended up snapping 2 as you can see in photos unfortunately I couldn’t save them But she’s still thriving and the aroma off them is already a Bubblegum / Marshmallow so really looking forward for these teens to become lady’s

8.3. - Last week for last two plants. These Fritters look really tasty and buds are hard as real apples 🍏 This week I won't use any nutrients, just pure water. Watered 💧 11.3. - Plants have been in dark for last two days and without watering. Considering that I'll harvest today as my next seeds are already soaked in water. 8.3. - 14.3.2024

12/26/2022: gave both plants 1 liter of water with ThermX-70 and some mosquito bit tea again. Have I mentioned how much I hate fungas gnats. I've been so happy with my switch to organics, except for these damn gnats. This should be the final week. Plants are fading hard, and tricomes are starting to amber. 12/28/2022: watered about 1 liter each with ThermX-70 and some mosquito bit and neem cake tea. Also threw some mosquito bits and neem cake directly into the soil to see if that helps at all. 12/30/2022: not much new to report. Watered again, 1 liter for each plant with ThermX-70. Both plants continue to swell and ripen. Between 5% to 10% amber. Was originally planning to chop at the end of this week, but I'm thinking I may give them one more week. We'll see how they look in a couple days. 1/1/2023: moistened the top soil with some plain ph'ed water.

Week 3 starts Poundcake #1 is on Day 15 as of 25/07 the rest are between day 11 and 14 Poundcake #1 suffering slight light burn from me putting the se3000 power up to 75%. Its back down to 65% now 😅 The two smaller pots on the right are in coco not living soil. Just keeping them indoors for now why not 👌 Added a organic seedless straw mulch for more microbe friendly activity and help prevent the fast drybacks I'm getting with the current heat 😰

🌿 Woche 3 Eine weiter recht normale Woche. Und bis jetzt läuft alles nach Plan 🛸✨ 🎶 The Grow must go on! 🌱🔥
