I captured some video of the sativa calyx jungle today d. this plant LOVES GHE Ripen! Day 82 - explosions everywhere a. the calyx like buds are exploding all over the place Day 83 - smells great a. love this classic haze smell! Day 84 - this plant is a MUTANT MONSTER!

-- Day 1 of Harvest -- It was decided that the plants would no longer receive water. The light intensity was also reduced from 500w to 300w. -- Day 2 of Harvest -- No significant changes. -- Day 3 of Harvest -- The leaves begin to turn autumnal in color and start drooping slightly. -- Day 4 of Harvest -- The autumn coloring becomes more pronounced, and the remaining fan leaves begin to dry out slightly. -- Day 5 of Harvest -- The plants are drooping more, and the buds are showing a beautiful gold-green hue. -- Day 6 of Harvest -- The lack of water is noticeably affecting the plants; the full color change of the leaves has occurred, and the plants are drooping. -- Day 7 of Harvest -- Unexpectedly, quick action had to be taken, and harvesting began because the buds were so heavy and dense that many parts of the plant started to bend and break. I decided to cut everything down and hang it, as I was concerned that the buds would stick together and potentially mold, or become severely damaged. 😁😁😁😁 The harvest was weighed by me in its wet, untrimmed state beforehand, and you could say that each plant weighed between 600g and 1000g. I must take a step back here, and due to the legal situation, I had to dispose of a lot of material that was either too small or not aesthetically pleasing. As a result, I ended up with a raw weight of about 2100g. The true final weight will only be revealed after drying and curing.

Transplanted into medium size pots :) they seem to have taken transplant just fine. The smell is also really nice given their small size.

Die letzten Tage gab es kein Wasser mehr und 48h Licht vor der Ernte. Anschließend wurde die Pflanze im ganzen geerntet einen Tag über aufgehangen und anschließend die einzelnen Buds zum trocknen in den Cannatrol verfrachtet. Nun harren wir der Dinge und freuen uns jetzt schon auf fruchtige Terpene.

Flowering Week 28: Blueberry – The Final Countdown Update: 25.09.2025 | Day 202 Hey Growmies, With her African BFF now harvested, the spotlight is fully on Blueberry – and she’s loving the attention. Here’s where we stand as we approach the finish line. Plant Status & Progress - She’s still asking for at least one more week, ideally two, to fully ripen. - Her structure remains gorgeous – long, elegant colas that keep fattening up daily. Compared to Durban’s dense nuggets, Blueberry’s buds are longer and more slender, but don’t let that fool you – they’re packing on weight. - Mold-free so far, even with all the rain. A true testament to her genetics and maybe a little grower’s luck. Aroma & Readiness - The smell is just… wow. Sweet, berry-bubblegum-like, and intensely aromatic even before full maturity. - My goal is to let most of her go until ~20% amber trichomes, but the weather is doing its best to ruin the plan. Weather Woens & Harvest Plans - Rain has been relentless for almost two weeks – nature’s way of balancing out that dry spring. - I may pre-harvest a few top colas next week to ensure I salvage at least some of this deliciousness if mold appears. As Mike Tyson said: “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.” Well, the weather is throwing haymakers. Hi! 3rd edition is on the way! Thanks for RQS /James/, Spliff Seeds, Emerald Triangle Seeds for these beans and support. Thank you ViparSpectra providing me this outstanding quality XS2000 light. 16/09/2021: Seeds are placed in the water and now I will leave them in it for approx 18 hours. 17/9/2021: Hiiiiii! They had been in the water for almost 18 hours. Tested them after several hours just a little push if they sink. They did so they supposed to be viable. Spliffs Strawberry was a bit more nasty the seed didn't want to submerge easy but it did. Northen Light is crazy tap root is already out of it was a race she would have already won it lol.... less the 18 hours tap root out in the water nice... Rest of them are normal nothing much to say! So I placed them between damp paper towel and we waitin' Let's gooooo 19/9/21: The winner of the race is Northen Light tao root was out even the day when I placed in the water. Cookies Gelato is the second and then Mastodon Kush and the Spliff kids. Well, 2 of them coud not make it they submerged in the water but then that's all not sprouting at all. This 2 Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry have been replaced with another try /seeds/. So hopefully those will be alright. Anyways, rest of them are planted with today.

Week 9: Late Flowering and Ripening Signs of Maturity As we enter week 9, the plants are well into the late flowering stage, with the buds ripening beautifully. The trichomes are becoming more prominent, and there's a noticeable increase in resin production. The aromas are intensifying, making the garden a fragrant delight. The plants are showing clear signs of maturity, indicating that harvest time is approaching. Nutrient and Watering Adjustments To accelerate the ripening process and boost bud production, I'm using FinalPart by Terra Aquatica for Banana Purple Punch and Blue Dream. As from T.A recommended I use it alone with no other nutrients combined. I use it at full dosage but I hope I don't burn them in the end. No risk no fun. However, for Tangie and Gorilla Cookies, I have not changed the nutrient composition, as these plants will likely need another three /four weeks to fully mature. The watering schedule remains consistent, ensuring the plants are hydrated but not overwatered, which is crucial during this delicate phase. Pest Management and Plant Health To combat thrips, I've placed yellow and blue sticky traps around the plants. Fortunately, there have been no further signs of aphid infestation. The plants appear healthy and vigorous, showing no additional pest issues. Individual Plant Observations Blue Dream: Some pistils are starting to change color, and the main bud is becoming denser. The fan leaves are also transitioning from green to yellow, indicating that the plant is drawing nutrients from them. The trichomes are becoming more cloudy. Banana Purple Punch: The plant is experiencing slower growth, with minimal bud expansion. The pistils are changing color, and the buds are developing a beautiful purple hue. The fan leaves are turning yellow as the plant draws nitrogen from them. I’m hoping FinalPart will stimulate a final boost in bud production. Gorilla Cookies: Bud development is also progressing slowly. However, all the large leaves are still green, so I’ll hold off on FinalPart until at least next week. My goal here is to maximize yield. The resin production and aroma are intensifying daily. Tangie: Still in a growth phase, Tangie is a real eye-catcher. While the bud production is underway, the plant may need at least three, possibly even four more weeks to reach full maturity. The resin production and aroma are not yet as advanced as with the other plants, but Tangie looks very vibrant and healthy. Seeking Final Tips and Harvest Advice As we approach the final stages, any tips or advice on maximizing flavor, potency, or overall plant health would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to gear up for the most exciting part of the grow cycle—harvest! Update 27.07: Today, I decided to switch my Gorilla Cookies plant to FinalPart as well. This should give her a boost in trichome production and aroma, and hopefully enhance the flavor too. Tangie is the only plant still on regular bloom nutrients, as she clearly needs another three, maybe even four weeks to fully ripen. Judging by her current growth, she seems poised to yield the most by far.

7/11 It's pouring. We got like 2 in of rain. I compared the flowering with that of the mendo breath I grew in a previous journal and they are real close. Tjat was DONE DONE in September. Judging by the small preflowers they are going to be ready approximately around the same time. I think I'm going to have a middle September harvest with some and some will go to October. Realistically, I should've changed this to flower. I like to call it "the stretch" though. Plants are stretching like a mother fucker. Seems like the less I fuck with them the better they do! No nutes yet. I'm going on vacation for a week and I think I won't feed before I leave either. Plants don't look like they are lacking in anything. Just because I have tons of nutes doesn't mean I need to use them. Still need to put up the secondary supports for flower. Went over after a break in the rain. Went through each plant one by one. Most had leaves that were either turning yellow or yellow at the bottom interior. I only removed leaves that were dead or dieing. I should probably have degoliated more but I'm doing the KISS method this year. Things seem to be doing good that way. Some minor pests. I found a slug but put out slug bait for those and earwigs. Noticed a few white flies and multi color flies (probably fungus knats but they are up at the top, not down by the soil. I'm going to think about it and do some research. Damage is so MINIMAL and pests are MINIMAL that im holding off spraying. I mat start nutes tomorrow though. I'm uncertain on a lot of things. I need to meditate on it. Just because those interior leaves died the plants are still a LUSH dark green so I think they're alright. It's going really good but I'm going to be on vacation for a week. I can still monitor daily with my camera's and my family that is watching them will FaceTime me every morning and show me what's going on. They know what they're doing and if something arises I have BASICALLY a growers union in my town. All family. We look after each other. That's the only reason I considered even going. However, the event horizons, sherb pie, toasted toffy and AT LEAST 1 GMO "LOOK" like they will be flowering early. Like I said they look similar to a mendo breath pheno on another diary that finished in September. We shall see. I'm excited that's for sure! 7/12 So far no rain! Super hot and muggy. Killed a jpn beetle and a moth larvae this morning and another beetle this afternoon. I'm seeing SOME pest damage which makes me want to spray before some of these plants take off flowering. There isn't much damage and tje birds sit on the top just WAITING for a chance to swoop in and grab something. I've seen tons of wasps tjis year. I killed a snail yesterday and put out slug bait around my pallets. I'm leaving early tomorrow. I'm CONSIDERING doing an application of Cap'n Jack's before I leave. I'm not sure. I made little DIY videos for dad and I hope he follows them. If not I'll have another grower come help. With all the rain I noticed some white flies when I shook a couple plants. I don't have time to really deal with it right now. There were only a few and I think spinosad would kill those too. Either way it will be fine. I can monitor via camera. I can even hit an alarm that goes to four different people. Still. I don't like leaving my girls. Especially in this heat. 7/13 Left early for a short vacation. Just got a picture saying it's sunny there and my plants are doing good. I'm lucky to havecthe crew that I do. I'm sure if I asked they'd put up yellow sticky traps. That's something I may consider. 7/14 Dad said it Rained last night and driving down here it was just PURE SHEET RAIN. He sent me pics I uploaded and everything looks GREAT! gonna get sun after all that rain and wind. They are gonna explode! 7/15 Still on Vacation. Dad showed me the plants and said they looked a little dry so I had him use the 4 GALLONS OF WATER I HAD PREMIXED FOR HIM TO WATER THE GARDEN. This way each plant gets a half gallon. It's supposed to be in the 90's with no rain tonight. Rains euppised to come tomorrow but I've seen how fast a bag can dry out in ONE day with super hot weather and high winds. The wind blows through the bag drying the medium out. Dad's right. Things do look amazing. I'm having fun but it will be nice to get back and see if I was right and those few plants are trying to flower. Looks just like those two mendo phenomes that flowered early. 7/16 still on vacation. Got a nice rain for the plants. Not much though. 7/17 Had DAD WATER FOUR GALLONS ON THE GARDEN. ANOTHER HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT. I really miss my girls.
