Checking in. Today is 7th day on a flowering light schedule and my girls are just about to show me their flowers. Vegetation is changing shape and a few pistils are growing on each site. I was struck by thrips the day after my last entry so spent the first few days sorting that problem and really giving them some attention. A simple smoke bomb has rid me of the thrips and in addition I've also given them 2 lost of foliar soap spray which I will continue to do weekly. Despite the thrips my girls have been very happy once again. Feed wise I dropped the nutes down below the recommendations on the feed chart. Feeding 1 in 2 days at around 1.6 EC where the chart suggests 1.8-2.0 EC. As of this week they will now be getting fed every day. I defoliated about 15 large fan leaves off each plant twice this week but they just keep kicking back and within 2 days the canopy is thick with vegetation. I also managed to take a few photos of the second largest plant outside of the tent so you guys could see how my training method has shaped them. Only reason I chose this one as it's the easiest to get out of the tent safely. It measured roughly 18" tall and 40" wide. Another good week but I'm now nervous about encountering problems as we move deeper into flower as I know they don't cope or bounce back like they would during veg.

10/06/2021 Harvesting #2 and #1 to prevent more loss to mould. #3 will tackle in morning. #2 hardest hit. #1 not much #3 less. Mould Weight will be added later as I have lost my scale in moving. On to curing for 3-4 weeks and I will update the smoke report

i over fed her big time this is my 1st grow DO NOT defoliate lol i did it twice in veg and stunted her big time tricombes look nice i got about 3 weeks till done she smells great and is frosty dence buds so far

Do you see that SWAMPMONSTER in the corner of the tent there ?? The Queen towers above the canopy and the rest of the plants lol. It's really interesting from using the Smart Proteins, i think how they work is that the plant is able to process them and compensate any kind of slight deficiency which means that each plant that gets the proteins is able to grow to it's maximum potential and at the same time grow to its **individual** potential... that's why each of these plants has so much "character", because if you look closely it's less a question of phenotype but more like "individual expression".... INTERESTING !!! Anyway that's about the visual... my main concern about these is how loud they f-ing smell !!! ITS PROBLEMATIC, so be conscious of that if you plant to grow these one day ! REALLY REALLY LOUD, honestly there should be an additional category on GD like "problematic" which is beyond the "strong smell" category. I have two large carbon filters on two 1330m3/h fans and it's a problem. Hope you understand how unusual that is for a plant in veg lol... I think the smart protein probably affects how strong the plants smell because all the plants seem more smelly than expected... TBH i'll fix the smell issue but hopefully it's a good sign and an indicator of the quality i can expect by harvest time? These also got two rounds of defoliation , and i flipped them to flower like 4 days ago. This was an exciting veg to me, but now is when it gets interesting, let's see how beautiful these flowers are !! Test genetics always have that little bit of mystery to them right? Germinated very quick. A Few endup with a long tail sproughting by the time I had been to work! so planted them asap. Straight into 15l pots but possibly slightly too deep. Misted the top with a spray bottle until it appeared damp each morning. The video is from 9 days after first germinating or I would have just had pics is pots of soil!

This Pink Certz I might take cuttings from to veg and flower but the main idea of this plant is for breeding with Jet Fuel Gelato. It’s doing well although I’m keeping it in the solo cup, reason being is to keep it small and if I decide to not take cuttings I’ll place her to flower sooner!

Wow what a week it's been! I'm surprised with how fast these girls are flowering! The stretch was a bit slow because of the last and training, the amount of coals I've gotten from these girls is amazing to me without topping lst has been great for this auto. I've got a lot going on right now I'll update tomorrow much love happy dayz Just posted up some new pictures for yalll! What do you think? Is one plant ahead of the other by a few weeks? Im thinking it is! Either that or i just stunned one of the girls while traning her! Any ways, some good pics of some healed super cropping with a good node now from healing, super neat!!! Having a lux meter has improved my grows so much. Knowing your DLI and where the hottest/coldest parts off your plants (ppfd wise) is just really the next step in adding that thing to your grow(s) that sets your next crop from your last. As I'm a long way from where I want to be. My next crop will focus on 2-3 plants. Doing 35 really is its too much work. Timing and moving plants around as there all at different stages. Like autos in pre fower will only take about 35-40dli before showing stress (drooping for ages after lights out or near the end of lights on) but, really you only see it about 20m after lights out. So its kinda of a ritual for me to check my girls after I put them to bed. Also doing 3-4 swaps and plant moves in and out of my dark room, or moving from the 70cm2 into my 1m2 (having a same spectrum of very close is a must if you're going to reg change lights/tents. As for this strain. She's really happy. Bit of wind burn you can see my 360degree ball fan is to powerful on its lowest setting. I'm thinking of putting something to break the wind on her. I did remove the 1st true leafs/nodes much later than I did with my 2 Fastbuds (that stalled for a wk) but they're back strong. And no early flip. Really only thing I can think of is the DLI and not stressing them day in day out with lights out has improved all my plants. (Lux meter id suggest any grower who wants to push their limits) Maintenance 1st True leafs/nodes removed to help energy move to the next more important sets. Very little to no feed. I'm keeping her going with Fish force and Royal mix soil. This week I'll be adding Xpert Nutrients.
