The plants are now growing slower in height and start to develop real flower clusters at all tops. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants are bushy with lots of budding sites, but plant#2 is now 15 cm taller than plant #1, which is a little more bushy than #2. Both plants are healthy and still enjoy the normal recommended feeding schedule from Advanced Nutrients.

WOW she is a monster! Just shy of 2 meters! Well 1.7 meters. Still good for a strain that is rated for 0.9 meters. She is developing quite an impressive stature with an abundance of beautiful bud sites.

05/21/24. Going into week 3 flower Things are going pretty good with these girls health and happiness wise. As for Betsy I’m honestly not thrilled with her be the trellis. I don’t think it’s really worked well for her and most of her growth hasn’t even made it to the trellis. Tree has really amazed me. The turn around she’s had is crazy. From a terribly structured, goofy, no branch having weirdo, to a decent looking little plant. I’m glad I didn’t toss her when she was little and I take back saying she wasn’t worth putting into the tent. She’s small, but strong, and the branch I broke has done fine in healing and is growing a bud so yay. :) Haven’t fed as I’ve still seen no reason to.. and somehow still see what seems like a bit too much N, which with no feeding..I’m still not understanding. Just been giving water with silica and calmag as of now. Still have these girls containers up on wood to keep them near the same as the rest of the canopy as possible. Lights at about 75% and 22 inches up. Temperature 73-82. Humidity about 50% I’m not sure what I’ll do as for under trellis cleanup here. B has most of her self under the trellis, so if I removed everything under I think she’d have like 3-4 branches LOL. Tree seems pretty chillen. I don’t think much even needs to be done. got these clones of wedding cake from a local grow buddy, Thought I had room for them indoors but I was wrong. So outside they go for the year. They really wanted to reach for the sky indoors lets see how they do outdoors!

It’s-a-growing... Not too stoked on how quick the top layer of soil is drying out with the hot weather. Definitely see a decrease in predator mite activity on the surface... hopefully they’re still busy down below. I added straw to help keep the upper layer from drying out... This decrease in beneficial bug activity could also be from switching to tap water... I did some rain water from my barrel to begin with, but got scared of pathogens because I know crows take lunch breaks on my roof and their scraps definitely means rodents coming in to clean up 😩 The tap water has no chloramide in it, so that’s a good thing. Hopefully my tiny air pump and stones bubbling a 5 gallon bucket for 24 hours gets rid of enough chlorine to keep the micro biological ecosytem in balance 🙏

Hallo und herzlich Willkommen, Die Purple C. K. auf dem Balkon verlangsamt ihr Wachstum enorm. Seit dem Rausstellen ist sie noch gute 15 cm hoch gewachsen. Um Schimmel vorzubeugen haben wir nochmal ein wenig entlaubt. Das Durstverhalten wird auch geringer. Die Purple C. K. im Garten macht sich gut. Happy 4/20 all... Still on auto pilot. I've made very few changes this week. Process/Environment changes: -turned one of my ts1000s down after chopping my cheese auto.. it wasn't needed as much and it helped cool down my tent around 2 degrees Celsius. - humidity is set between 45- 55 percent. (45 lights off, 55 lights on) - rotating each plant in the tent so they they can get even light coverage I'm going to do a trichome check on Saturday. They are both pretty much close to being finished at 62 days post germination. Both have heavy trichome production Both smell very sweet

Started low stress training this week. Kind of in the style of mainlining, but I didn’t really start early enough for that. Tied all branches down to try and give all inside flowers some equal light. White widow leaves turned yellow and she just stopped growing. Need to figure out what I keep doing to kill my seedlings. Root system looked pretty healthy, not sure what was the culprit. Also used farmer freeman to determine sex since I used regular seeds. One male one female. And then there was one.

What a fun run this was ! These Ogreberrys finished up from 81 days to 102 days with nice hints of gassy , sour purple , sweetness and glistening with frost! These ladies will cure up for a month an will be ready to test out ! So much fun , I highly recommend this strain if your looking for some oooy gooohy resiny grape smelling nugs !

August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

Final steps for harvest , trichoms are awesome and the smell incredible, only few days left and everything is prepared for a perfect cure

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: Hi there! Here we go let's say half way. Plants are pretty these Original Sensible Seeds genetics are fantastic! The 2 OG and the Runtz Gum is very strechy. Black Ghost is pretty shorter bushier plant. Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG approx the same height Do-Si-Dos OG is taller a bit. Wedding Gelato is really cool little, bushy anf nice buds forming not problem with her all she is quiet. Do-Si-Dos OG has some deficiency and leaf gets dry but nothing very serious..... Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.
