Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!

This weather's been crazy! We've been stuck in this deep freeze for over a week now. The temperature hasn't climbed above freezing for like 10 days – it's brutal out there. And to make things worse, with all this cold, the humidity's been acting weird. It's really hard on the plants, especially without the sun to help them dry out a little. "My Gas Tax x Obama Runtz plant is totally killing it right now! After a rough patch, it's finally starting to thrive. The leaves are this super bright green, and I can't believe how many flower buds I'm seeing. It's so rewarding to watch it bounce back." I can also make it sound a little more scientific if you want.

Week 6 . These ladies have certainly got with it this week and all been busy root building. They have all hit the bottoms with ice thick roots , ready for all that food coming. The Gorilla Glue#4 has been pushing so many new growth tips it will be sad to strip them out again Wedding cake is similar with a lot of height gains ( but encouraged to stay low again with some stem bending and bruising/crushing. This should make it easier to bend them once in the nft trays. her growth tips are numerous now too. Ghost of is another matter altogether, she has been struggling to catch up and now has at least drawn level with a recent newer growing. I have ow stripped it back to the 3rs and 4th node but oddly there were no real paired nodes. She seems to be growing more like a clone at this point???. I know once they hit the nft pace they will fly so I am hoping to flip them at about week 8 so I can keep them managable during their stretch. Have a great week Growmies.

I really enjoyed this strain and I’m very glad I was able to see it through until the end. I wanted to harvest 9 days ago or so, but got advice from a lot of fellow growers who told me to remain patient and ignore all wishful thinking. The average time from seed to harvest for this plant is 70-80 days, I managed to harvest on day 87. The smell is loud and she looks beautiful. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to get these genetics again in the future. Completely satisfied with using this strain as an introduction into growing.

We are at day 21 on this gorilla cookies. I think she would be quite a bit bigger if I didn't break one of the mains on week 2 but she is still chugging along and growing well. I upped the maxigro to .5 tsp per gallon and started them on a little armor si so they can build some strong branches. Still running them on 24 hour light and 24 hour irrigation. They are going to stay under the blurple lights for a few more weeks until I can get them in the big room under the quantum boards. I'm hoping they will flower around 4 weeks but my autos seem to enjoy staying in veg so we will see what happens.

Fast Buds has been very kind in extending me the opportunity to try our their new strain C.A. There's not a lot of information out there about this strain yet, other than it is supposed to be indica dominant. No solid leads on the name that I have found. I'd going with a guess of Cali Airlines for now (though I suspect this may be a CBD strain). Put the seed straight into the soil in the final container (3 gal grow bag) on March 3rd. I'll spray the top of the soil once a day until I see the sprout appear. Then I'll let the tap root do its thing and find the water below in the soil. The soil was watered heavily 2 days before planting the seed, then left in the tent to get the soil to temperature. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water as needed. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. 9/11/24 sadly the sun isnt hitting these girls as much as i wish. theyve got a decent smell and some decent trichome coverage for only being the begining of week 4. hopefully they chunk up and arent too far behind because of the lack of sun/ light penetration. ive had half a mind to move them indoors to finish
