Welcome to the pink feno hunt. I have a good feeling about this pack of 3 from fast buds. Very exciting. This is an attempt to recreate that one strawberry smoke... We will be growing these in bottles first so i can have a humidity cap on them (my tent is busy). After about 2 weeks we will have more room. The bottles have air circulation holes and a drain on the bottom. Plan is to top these in their temporary homes and then transplant them in larger 20 L pots so they can be trained. No nutrients for the first week. I will just be spraying their pots with PH water when they need it for humidity. Look for weekly updates.

Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. 1/25/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 1- took 2 Tops today and cleaned up a few lower leaves that were hanging down. The FiM seems to have worked well and looks like I have three branches coming in where it was FiMed. 1/26/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 2- took 2 Tops from the sides and took a little of the foliage that was touching the lid. She seems to be doing very well.. Water change day tomorrow.. YAY!! will get a good picture of the roots and see how she is doing. 1/27/2024 Vegetation Week 3 Day 3- Water Change Day! I noticed a slight red coming in on the STEMS which I added a pinch of EPSOM salt to help correct. bueno se hizo una por primera vez una cosecha por partes, como indicamos en el post anterior, se cosecho los cogollos donde la luz pegaba mas al parecer y estaban mas desarrollados, la cosecha fue con tricomas blancos tendiendo a transparentes con pocos ambar, en opinion ya luego de una semanas y una segunda cosecha, es que cosechamos pronto por temor al pasarnos al ser primera vez, entonces posiblemente nos apresuramos un poco ligeramente o confundimos los tricomas tendiendo a ser transparente por los blancos que es lo que indica la teoria el punto de corte, pero no nso quejamos quedo genial! subiremos el segundo punto de corte luego de 2 semanas . Explosive growth during the first week of flower, also turned the LED from 380 to 500w at a distance of 48cm. Only thing on my mind is when to defoliate, torn between doing it once now day 7 flower and again at day 21 or to wait until day 21 and do it all at once. Left the EC at 1.2 as they look happy.

Well, it looks as if one of the 3 plants is a male. I live in denial for one more day and then I toss it. Not sure which plant it is, as I painted over the strain names when I painted the cups grey. Smooth. So I will find out soon. Otherwise, good weather and some good growth. Roots are balled up at the bottom of the dutch bucket reservoir, Im sure, because I let the drip go dry for a day or two and the plants were droopin (coco)

Day 7, Week 7 – Flowering 🌸 It’s Day 7 of Week 7, and everything is on track! The buds are swelling nicely, and the trichomes are glistening under the lights. The grow room has that classic dank aroma, and it’s getting stronger by the day. I’m keeping an eye on the trichomes as chop day gets closer – I can’t wait! Almost there! 🌿✨

Week 7, one more week and i will harvest this precious girls, they dont require lot of attention and even slightly less nutrients would have done the trick! I still have 1 of these ladies in veg so i now what to expect and what to do! Great strain, very generous with very little attention, the perfect strain, a very nice sweet smell, it reminds me of candy very sweet, its going to be delicious for sure!

I’m lightly defoliating each and making sure my bud sites are exposed. Everything seems to be swelling up nicely.

What can I say? I love this little plant! 2 regrets—- didn’t veg it longer (contest is over soon) and did not pop all the seeds (you guys know about light space shortage). This thing grows easy, greasy, and happy. Just love the ease of this baby. Probably will take it down to the wire for the contest entry, but she is a beauty. Only thing I did this week was a little added a little more soil for a top dress— normal water and lotus nutes and added some Roots Lush soil just to cover some exposed roots. ✌️🏻💚🌱🌿
