Growing report: The growth through veg stage was amazing couldn’t fault the plant or the feed BUT then flower stage is where these genetics goes all wrong! So two weeks into flower I see one plant had Hermied, so gave this one the axe, and then spoke to acouple of other growers that have the same strain Had the same problem So it’s now named (hermie pie) then in week 5 all plants Hermied. I managed to keep the seeds at bay mostly and slow down the process of them seeding until harvest on week 7/8 I got signs of bud rot but dealt with that quick enough it didn’t damage the rest of the the harvest. Once harvested they got a light trimming then hung up for 5/6days at temperatures 20/28 and humidity 45/60. Used Trimbag for the rest of the trimming process, got 6oz off 3plants 😬 curing for 2weeks in one ounce Jars 75% full. Bud report: Smell; is sweet and tangy Taste; sweet spicy taste Density of buds out of 10; 8. Some seeds found in buds😞 Thank you all for watching another stressful but fun and learning harvest.

Overall this grow was smooth and didn’t notice any major issues, other than a calcium deficiency early on in flowering. She was a beast of a plant just didn’t get really compact buds with her and she’s definitely got a lot of airy buds throughout. I’m still pleased overall with the grow and want to do another one here soon.

Looks like this might be the last week for this girl. Was hoping to see more change in tricomes but not sure if worth the wait. Give it a few more days and see what the loop says.

Amended soil with 2 weeks worth of Gaia Green to get them through veg their veg period.

All round the grow went well first time grow the forbidden runtz and I'm pretty happy about it.

11/4 Week 6 Light training to get the buds in light and keep her dry. Watered 11/3 one gal @6.5PH - Fish Sh!t 5ml - Karo syrup 5ml Just keeping an eye on her 11/5 Gorgeous smell coming off her purple buds, reminds me of a taffy shop. Drooling over her Growing well got her into the canopy better. 11/7 Update and bragging! Watering/feeding day today, she loved it! She is turning so pretty! The deep purple looks like fairies stole in the night and are using the little brushes to color her leaves. He hairs stand tall! First strain I have seen with them this tall. The smell is sweet with a warmed fruit smell...for those that bake, closest I can come. Still have some questions as if this is a true Runtz. From her coloring and bud development and her leaf shaping she is a good match. Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.
