Just chopped last night. About 8oz wet weight. Did a good amount of wet trimming, will do a final manicure once it is dried. This grow has been an absolute blast - the girls were good to me and didn't give me much trouble. I am a man of variety, so I always try new things - so not sure if i will grow it again but if I had to, I wouldn't be mad at all :) Smoked some scissor hash it is sure was tasty! and strong - got me feeling reallllllly nice. Will update in a week or so when it is dried to report on the dry weight. And then some time after that I will report on the smoke once it cures :) UPDATE POST HAND DRY: The plants hung for 6 days, and have now moved into the jars. Dry weight of exactly 2oz. 51g buds, 5g trim. I had no idea that cannabis loses its smell a bit as it dries - so i got super worried at first, only to realize this is normal and the beautiful smell returned shortly. Will continue to update after curing for a taste/effect review. UPDATE ~ 1.5 Weeks into cure: Looking back it think I did too much dry trimming. It had been cold at that time, and I was paranoid about mold. It dried quite quickly, and I might have been out a day too long. I was aiming to get them in jars and have it sit at about 60-65% humidity - but when they went into the jars it never went higher than 54% and kind of settled down at 48%. But the buds aren't crispy by any means, so maybe my humidity meter was off. They do seem a little too dry though - and the buds are definitely quite airy. My grow light is pretty small, so I'm not expecting super dense buds. From what I've read, I'm worried they might have over-dried past the point of "curing"? Or maybe I'm reading too much into this, idk. This is all a learning process and I'm enjoying it regardless. It was my first grow so I definitely have room for improvement within my current setup. I couldn't wait to try it so I've been sampling throughout the curing process. The flavor and scent profiles are definitely changing, and for the better - but it doesn't have that same "dank" smell it had when she was a living plant. Not sure if that's normal, but probably just didn't have the best drying process. Obviously this early, I'm not expecting amazing taste and smell, so let's see how some more time does. I will say it gets me stoned, for sure haha. It's got a nice dark green, purple color too it with a decent amount of thichomes visible. Honestly, the smaller plant (#1) that I stunted early on has a better scent/taste already, versus #2 that looked so good. Not saying #2 is a bust at all either. It has this earthy, almost cheesy flavor profile. Interesting. Back to the effect - it worked to the point where I feel laser-focused writing this update haha. It definitely has a hybrid effect, with a nice euphoric uplift, while helping me relax and ease tension. I'll try to keep updating this as it cures!

Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

Blütewoche 8. Let's Go. Die 7 war unspannend. Ich habe mich mit dem Mangel abgefunden. Meiner Einschätzung nach bekomme ich diesen nicht in den Griff in diesem kleinen Topf. Also immer weiter düngen. Ein Ende ist auch noch nicht in Sicht. Buds werden dick und die Pistillen langsam braun. Die Trichome prüfe ich wöchentlich, bisher passiert da aber nichts :) Weiter geht's.

This week hopefully i will get some good growth rate so I can perform topping and lst in week 3, my temp is quite high today reaching 34 degrees it just shows the resilience of these little plants. Humidity is at a steady 40% which I don't mind as then flowering plants need that. Day 18 on barneys watermelon zkittles and I changed the light and installed the ac infinityn 6 inch just need to put the filter on but need brackets its a beast lol. All mounted and tested all is good. Tomorrow I will be feeding molasses and phed water and topping the barneys watermelon zkittles. Day 19, good growth nodes are getting longer now, im not sure.if to top and lst or let it run and grow and minor lst and defoliation. Any input would be much appreciated. 12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. She looks great and is growing really quickly. Ill update with more pics as it goes along.

One of the seeds is not good, it grew poorly, I put a Gorilla Cookies to replace it, also from fadtbuds. Let's see how it goes Day 12: The strawberry bananas are recovering well, one of the seeds is starting to get normal leafs, sounds perfect Day 13: Watered each plant with 0.25L with nuts 480 ppm, 1027 us/cm, 1 EC Lights at 50% Day 16: Watered each plant with 0.3L with nuts 668 ppm, 1423 us/cm, 1.4 EC Performed foliar callmag while the lights were off

Okkk so we did fimming to this lady And she responded very well Now she is all good and growing wild She is also in a bigger pot plus We started adding bloom nutes We hit her with 1500ppm to begin IT was just 300ml/400ml top And I believe 50ml of water or more But its all good tho Temp is around 23/25 at day Temp at night lowes to 19 when really cold And humidity always around 45%/65% Usually 41 when really dry and 78% when top humid I always keep them between 50/60 Anyways lights are on around 16/18 hrs per Day and just been using these nutes Floranova bloom and veggie Probably will add some big bud And some other great stuff Anyways thanks for your support Blessings and happy growing

Trichomes are everywhere around this 2 purple punch. The middle plant is more frosty due to the nutrient feeding stress( bat guano powder topdressed). Most of the fan leaves have burnt off crispy but the sugar leaves are not disturbed. I will be watering plain PH water once a week to stimulate draught and humidity and temperature down. I noticed that when the plant is in stress mode during mid flowering, trichomes tend to form fast i guess it is the defence mechanism. The genetics from my local nation is top notch. The centre plant i am keeping a 2week time frame to harvest if the sugar leaves yellow soon.

Day 74. One more victim of war against bud rot. Prevention needs sacrifices sometimes... Day 78. Second was sacrificed for more space too ;))) Day 84. First girl is Jared . Fantastic bud quality !!! Day 88. I said fantastic quality about first one ??? ;))) That's till I touched second !!! Purple phenotype is pure joy for eyes !!! Happy Growing !!!

8/3 Went over to treat the 10th planet that needed water with plant doctor around 10:30. I was in the garden at 6 but didn't have much time. That plant seems to be curled up or "droopy". It DID need water. I defoliated a few sep leaves off it but I didn't see any today. I guess I don't ever really see the leaves "up" or praying like I do with the rest of tge plants. It's starting to flower like the rest though. Today is the day everything is supposed to get its second or third plant doctor dose but I decided to wait until they need the water. I don't think 24hrs will mean much. I've been staying on top of defoliation but I'm seeing some pillar damage. I'd like to spray bt but what my buddy said about spraying with septoria is still in my head. Maybe I can use citric acid. That way it won't "wash away" spores it will just eat them. At least I think. And I hope lol. Birds get most of the pillars but I hand pick some too. I need to pick up nutes. Wondering if I should just get grow big again. I don't use much but plants are switching to flower and leaves are fading. I have big bloom and kool bloom bit neither have nitrogen. I still need some sort of nitrogen. Especially since that could be a deficiency. Not sure if it's the transition or a condition with the sep. I see some interior small leaves bleeding out and some dying. I'm wondering if what I thought was earwig damage years prior was really a combo of sep and they just ate the evidence. I'm super grateful though. I've got some resilient girls and they're doing well. The special kush in flower is gorgeous as well. Looks like I'll have an early plant. Short flowering time on this strain. Smells pungent.

She grew 10cm this week! Next week I'm going to change the HID bulb I use in the tent. Currently it's quite a red spectrum. I'm going to swap it to a more blue/daylight 1000w item.
