Yesterday I planted 5 seeds of Candy Dawg auto in a germination tray using all-purpose potting soil. They are now covered with cling film and are being kept warm. Prayers were said and thanks given for this, the first (serious attempt at an) indoor grow. The aim of this and subsequent grows is to grow high-quality organic indicas so I can make RSO to help my father who is extremely sick after mainstream medicine failed to rid his body of cancer. The video got cut off when the battery died - I just mentioned that flowering plants need their sleep as much as we do :-)). Day 4: 4/5 of the seedlings are above ground! I am making the most of my space by growing a quick batch of microgreens (sunflowers and peas) At the moment they are germinating in the large tray with the weights and bricks on it. It is really dry in there (35% RH) so I filled the tray with water in an attempt to increase the RH. If anything it has gone down not up!! Time for a new plan.

I'm not sure it helps with autoflower, but i need to finish it faster

I have started flushing with pH-adjusted Flawless Finish solution, expecting to harvest somewhere around the end of this week, although I will continue monitoring pistils and trichs. Upd: Added back 50% base nutrients and some flowering additives after researching some of the first responses to my flushing question. I learn every day. Even that which was scientifically proven true one day, might be even more scientifically proven absolutely false some time later (not related to flushing specifically). Thank you kings! 26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it.
