Another BIG week for the gals. They got lollipopped on Monday and it took them about 5 days to fill back out and start stretching vertically again. Saturday-Monday they seems to explode overnight, had to adjust the scrog net and do additional LST to keep the canopy as level as possible. PE#1 is not as tall as the others and with this system I can't really stand her up on anything. Hope that she catches up this week. I discovered some purple petioles, and a little spreading to stems on each plant and read that it's likely due to a mag deficiency. I added CalMag to the res. Also noticed the water temp is a little warm at 26-27C but I am not going to spend the money to get a chiller and pay for that electricity, so we will see what happens. Doesn't seem to be too big of an issue right now. To counter this a little I turned on the autopot air domes. Hoping that the extra oxygen will do them well since the warm water is likely low in DO. This week the light was lowered to 45cm above canopy. Reading back through old grows it appears between 37.5-45.5 is the sweet spot for this light. I also started checking the pH and the ppm's of each tray and noticed that the pH rises slightly from tank to tray. Tank is at 5.5 and trays are 5.8-6. Something to keep an eye on later. Tonight I will clean the tank with soap, peroxide and water and plan to snag some hydroguard this week at the store. I added Bud explosion to the nute recipe this week and will begin to decrease Part B Nutrients slowly over the course of the next two weeks. They are still a little shorter than I would like, but the good news is there is literally no more room to scrog so its all vertical growth from here on out. Hoping that they have a good stretch this week. if they could be between 65-70 cm by the end of flower week two I would be very pleased. All other conditions in the tent have been great.

Northern Lights Auto is looking excellent! Her autoflowering genetics are supercharging her into flower. She's in the stretch & has grown 6"-8" in height the last couple days. Did a light defoliation & have been tucking fan leaves for better light penetration. She smells wonderful. Extremely strong classic smell. Testing the capability of the carbon filter. May have put another carbon filter into the room.😵‍💫

Wochenbericht – Pflanzprojekt (12. Woche – 4. Blütewoche) In der zwölften Woche setzen die Pflanzen ihre Blütenentwicklung fort, doch die niedrigen Temperaturen bleiben eine große Herausforderung. Trotz aller Bemühungen ist es schwierig, ein konstantes Klima in der Box aufrechtzuerhalten. Um die Auswirkungen der Kälte zu minimieren, habe ich beschlossen, provisorisch einen Unterboden zu bauen, damit die Töpfe nicht direkt auf dem kalten Boden stehen. Dies sollte helfen, die Wurzeln besser zu schützen und die Temperatur in der Nähe der Pflanzen zu stabilisieren. Leider zeigen einige Blätter Anzeichen davon, dass sie von der Kälte betroffen sind. Dies äußert sich in leichten Verfärbungen und einer geschwächten Blattstruktur. Dennoch entwickeln sich die Pflanzen weiterhin vital, und die Buds zeigen langsames, aber kontinuierliches Wachstum. In den nächsten Tagen liegt der Fokus darauf, die provisorischen Maßnahmen umzusetzen und die Pflanzen so gut wie möglich vor der Kälte zu schützen, um die Blütenentwicklung zu fördern.

Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. Jungle is growing on top of my washing machine! On the last day of week 6 I lowered lights to 35cm from canopy, this week I’m going to monitor that number and adjust as necessary because the plant is still in stretching + bud setting phase. I’m feeding with high N+mag and I’ll continue until growth slows down, than I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts. I expect that to happen end of this week, 10 days max. Day 42 - changed the fan Day 44 - finally installed the blumat auto irrigation system. It wasn’t that easy since branches are really near the substrate but at least I had the carrot already placed so I was able to do it. High frequency fertigation on coco is a must, you can’t take advantage on coco great qualities watering 1 or 2 times a day. My system has 5 drippers placed in a Pac-Man shape, more or less. Day 45 - This is an important day since it marks the halfway point of this crop, based on my previous results. Coincidentally I’ve also spotted few small trichomes on a leaf, I guess the plant is now ready to build up mass and flavors. I did a minor defoliation to open up the inner canopy and to get rid of some plant’s nitrogen reserve. I prepared 20L of my bloom solution and mixed that with the veg solution in the reservoir. For a week I’m going to use this transitional feeding. Lots of sulfur, seems to be on a volcano 🤣 Day 46 - spotted a minor P deficiency. There is probably too much calcium in my solution that is antagonizing P absorption. I mixed another batch, this is the ppm breakdown N 100 P 100 K 280 Mg 85 Ca 150 Before I had P 40 and Ca ~190, my tap water has 80ppm of Ca that is already counted it. I’ll keep this value for a couple of weeks than I’ll lower everything except K. (Edit from the future - K is too high) Day 47 - plant looks happy and bigger, it drunk 3+ liters yesterday. There is no need for humidifier anymore so I’m getting rid of it. Temperature is 30-32C with 50-60% humidity. Day 48 - buds are swelling, some branches are already showing the spiral structure. Plant drunk 5 liters yesterday, impressive.

Purple Lemonade is getting absolutely purple, flowers gets density and aroma. Cinderella !! Wow !! Here is an interesting one. She is huge, I never had so many flowers sites on one plant. She's tall girl 118 cm !! Bruce Banner, she is a real mystery. She started to blooms like all her sisters, but looks a little shy. I think she need just more time. From previous experiences, I know that the "shy" ones gave best results. Fingers crossed 🤞 Day 44 Purple Lemonade 81 cm Original Cinderella 118 cm !! Start of the week. Flushed both plants using Fox Farm Bush Doctor Sledgehammer. Flipped to 12/12 & turned on the 5 Watt bloom enhancers today. God's Vagina is a little smaller than the clone but that's to be expected seeing as the clone had such a large head start. They're really going to start stretching now! Each week they get hungrier and hungrier! Will be updating daily this week

She's doing amazing. Leaving for holiday in a week, so hoping my roommate will be able to take care of it. Was hoping she'd finish before I left for holiday but it doesn't seem like that's happening... She's smelling amazing, a bit kushy and pretty sweet. Looking very icy too.

Sorry for late update friends been in Jamaica for 10 days 😀 So plants look amaizin gonna flip them tomorrow i think its time any opinions guys.

Super Orange Haze: This beauty really seems to be doing quite well. The buds are starting to fatten up, and there's frost everywhere. Some orange pistils, but it's few and far inbetween at this point. I was increasingly aggressive with pruning this week chopping off flower producing stalks that looked like they weren't fattening up like the others in an attempt to get this thing down to 6-10 main colas. She seems to be handling it like a champ, and I think at this point I'm done with pruning until it comes time for harvest with the exception of the occasional fan leaf blocking a bud site. As a total newbie, I'm thinking we're about 3-4 weeks from harvest, and I can hardly wait! She smells like candy, and when I prune her scent gets all over my hands and I smell it for hours later. I hope she tastes 1/10th of how amazing she smells! Creme de la Chem: Well, let this be a lesson to everyone about the importance of early pruning and training. She's a plain old mess, and she's gotten into the lights. I've been bending stalks over which results in super cropping, and I've been tangling them all together sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident. I'm just trying everything I can think of to keep her from roasting, but nothing is working. She's just doomed to be a complete and unmanageable mess. She's producing flowers, and appears to be about 2 weeks behind the Super Orange Haze. I'm hoping to just get 4 or 5 good colas that don't end up bleached and withered by the lights at this point. My next grow will be way more controlled! RDWC stuff: I swapped her water out last week, so still running with what I've got at the moment. I'm out of RO, so I've been adding hard tap water when they need a top off and then nutrients in the ratios listed until PPM is at around 1000-1100. I've been rotating in ice packs and trying a few other things like added insulation to the top of my grow sites in an effort to keep water temps under 70 at all times. I've experienced limited success in this as you can see by the temperature chart for underwater. The big dip you see early in the week is the reservoir change I did (last week's update was late, not on Sunday like normal).

Hey guys, update week 2 this week I decided to do a video update to change it up, I also didnt take the plants out of the plant this week just gave water. They are all happy and grow at a nice rate, still no fertilizer just water in Sonnenerde living soil, even though the size of them compared to the pot size makes me worry a bit. Lets see what the next week has in store as we continue this journey together. I have to say I like these genetics a lot, all making nice trichomes and developing a beautiful aroma, solid plants, not one of the 4 doing funky things. Solid genetics !
