Week 7 of Flower has come to a close, and my oh my, she's a smelly one 😍👌 It's not overwhelming, but really powerful nonetheless. Im an olfactorial idiot so i cant "put my nose to it" on how to exactly to describe it. Fruity-cakey-berry like? 😨 Im not good at this. It smells NICE, i hope this suffices. Watering again every 3-4 days still, 6L ~6PH, 5ml/L Terra Bloom 1ml/L Green Sensation. She is continuing to bud up nicely, no signs of deficiencies, some burnt leaf tips and tacoing but thats on my and somewhat intended. 😬👻 This week i present to you some close up trichome shots, all bud sites are still some way out. So we will see each other again next week 😜

The end of week 9. This week was a bit of a struggle due to temperatures. Airco was missing and a replacement was found after a week. The increasing temperatures caused heat stress to all four plants and slowed growth. The buds are now starting to mature and ripen. The fade is starting now. The trichomes are still underdeveloped with 50% cloudy and 50% translucent. EC will be lower again this week. I'm hoping it will be ready before day 80. Check my other diaries for the progress with the other medusa plants.

Day 20, about 20cm wide and 15cm tall, they have been bushing out! 4th nodes are on their way. Was recommended I start upping the grow side of coco GH nutrient duo at three weeks, so thinking I try that when I wake up. Stems have fattened up a bit too. Q: I'm going to lst weekly, when should I begin?

03/22 - Night/Daytime shots - Both have grown about an inch since last week and are thriving - I will be running drip lines on them probably by the end of the week for consistency with feeds. 03/23 - They got a little funky on me last week so I fed them both to run off and realized their PPMS/PH where insane!! - Flushed them out hard last night and in less then 24hrs they are already bouncing back - Will stick to just clean water feeds for now - They will begin a low-dosage nutrient feed (Micro-dosing) in about a week.😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

🌸 Permanent Marker – Week 3 Flower Update Genetics: Permanent Marker (Zamnesia Seeds) Project: Dognabis Cup Example Grow 🌍 ⸻ 👑 Pheno Differences – A Tale of Two Sisters This week, our two Permanent Marker phenos are really stepping into their own identities: • Pheno #2 – steady and compact at ~90 cm, balanced and symmetrical, a queen that keeps her structure tight. • Pheno #1 – aiming straight for the sky 🚀 … currently standing at ~1.95 meters! A true rocket, stretching nearly twice the size of her sister while still keeping the same elegant leaf formation and bud structure. It’s fascinating to see two very different expressions of the same genetics side by side, a reminder of the beauty of phenotype variation and why selective growing is such an art. ⸻ 🌱 Why Week 3 Flower Matters Week 3 is one of the most critical weeks in flowering. Here’s why: • The plants are finishing their initial stretch and stabilizing in height. • Bud sites are setting in, pistils multiplying, and the true architecture of the flowers begins to show. • Nutrient demand shifts from pure vegetative growth into a more balanced call for energy to support flower production. This is the week where the plant defines her frame for the buds to come, too much stress or poor nutrition here can limit yield and structure later on. ⸻ 💧 Nutrition – Simple & Effective We’re keeping it straightforward, leaning on the Aptus Holland super Soil and organic program: • All-in-One Pellets – mixed in the soil from the start, slowly releasing balanced nutrition. • Regulator – helps with nutrient uptake and strengthens the plant structure. • Top Booster – added gently to encourage early bud development. • CalMag – to support strong cell walls and avoid deficiencies. The beauty of this system is its simplicity: the soil does the heavy lifting with the pellets, while liquid supplements fine-tune the performance. It’s a sustainable and efficient way to grow, avoiding overfeeding while keeping the plants happy. ⸻ 🌡️ Conditions – Heat & Resilience Temperatures have been on the high side — a challenge in many summer grows. Still, the girls are holding up beautifully: • Room temp: peaking around 31°C • Humidity: ~60% (a bit higher over the last few days) • Soil temp: ~25°C • PPFD (PAR): • Pheno #2 (compact at ~90 cm): 760–780 μmol/m²/s • Pheno #1 (tall at ~1.95 m): 1,000–1,100 μmol/m²/s, reaching closer to the light This difference in PPFD is a natural result of their height difference — with Pheno #1 stretching closer to the light, she’s getting a more intense dose. It’ll be interesting to see how she handles the higher intensity compared to her more compact sister. 💡 Grower’s Note – Balancing Different Phenos Under One Light It’s common in multi-pheno runs to have plants finishing at different heights. Here are a few ways to manage light distribution and avoid stress or uneven growth: • Raise the fixture slightly to reduce intensity for taller plants. • Dim the light (if possible) to bring PPFD down into the sweet spot, while adding supplemental side or under-canopy lighting to support the shorter pheno. • Low-stress training (LST) or gentle bending/tucking of the tallest colas can help bring the canopy closer to even. • Stools or risers under shorter pots can bring compact phenos closer to the light. Every grow space is unique, so it’s all about finding the right balance to keep both phenos thriving. Even in the heat, both phenos are thriving — a testament to both the genetics and the resilience of plants grown in living, well-prepared soil. ⸻ ✨ Summary • Week: 3 of Flower • Highlights: Stretch finishing, bud sites forming, pistils stacking • Pheno #1: ~1.95 m tall, strong stretch, receiving 1,000–1,100 PPFD • Pheno #2: ~90 cm compact, balanced, receiving 760–780 PPFD • Nutrition: Aptus Holland organic super soil program (pellets + Regulator + Top Booster + CalMag) • Conditions: Hot but stable; humidity up to ~60%; both phenos adapting beautifully ⸻ 🌿 Reflection – The Beauty of Pheno Diversity Pheno diversity can be both a challenge and a gift. On one hand, it asks the grower to adapt, balancing light, nutrition, and space for two very different personalities. On the other hand, it’s a privilege: seeing how the same genetics can express themselves in unique ways is part of the magic of growing. It reminds us why documenting and sharing is so important, because every plant has a story to tell, and together, they teach us more than any single run ever could. ⸻ 🏆 Dognabis Cup – Officially Opening! This week also marks an important milestone outside the grow room: the Dognabis Cup is officially opening! 🎉 📦 The welcome packs are arriving at participants’ doors, and growers are already starting germination. Soon, diaries will begin to appear, and the Cup will truly come to life. A few notes for everyone joining: • The more complete and detailed your diaries are, the better your chances of winning. Sharing not just the results, but the process, is what this Cup is about. • Every participant received two genetics — one autoflower and one photoperiod. That means two chances to win 🌱🌱 • This Cup is about more than competition: it’s about sharing experiences, learning from each other, and celebrating the plant together. From my side, I want to wish everyone the very best of luck. May your seeds sprout strong, your flowers shine bright, and your journey be joyful. 💚 Let’s make this first Dognabis Cup an unforgettable experience. ⸻ This week closes with a sense of wonder — two sisters, same genetics, but two completely different stories unfolding. 🌿 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. This is actually Week 6, little delayed on this diary. Grease Monkey is performing beautifully, noticing first signs of fade. Was going to give one more feed before I start flushing, as it could definnetly still use some nutrients! Buds are bulking incredibly, fat golf ball sized nugs, that real of rubber tires, fastfood/garlic burger, with notes of an oil spill or diesel spill. Super intoxicating aroma, never smelled anything like this before Packing on frost amazing, bulking up super well. If it wasn't for the Herm, would've been my best grow yet!

Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

Divine Seeds Auto Contest Candy Outside Grow 👉Sponsored Grow👈 W7F3 7/13-19 The weather was rainy with thunderstorms early in the week becoming hot, humid and overcast. I only got to fertilize once this week and thankfully with all the rain we’ve had she doesn’t show any deficiencies. I fertilized with I49 grow 1 tbsp/gal & 2 tbsp I49 Flower. With the extreme heat and rain, my auto Candy grew 11 inches and is now 39 inches tall. She had a some minor bug damage last week but no worries. She is standing next to a plant with powdery mildew and demonstrates resistance to fungal diseases. ( I did move her further away to be safe and Im spraying the other plant wth H2O2 solution. In the background noise on the video is Cicadas. When they hatch, they crawl onto a tree or plant and molt. The adult has wings. This is the empty body casing. This year there are some but not a lot as in many years of their 17-year cycle. As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the likes and most of all growers’ love and support. Stay green, growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫
