12-16-2024 - Plants continue to do well. Found some rust spots on several of the leaves for the Granite Runtz...could be a bit of over-feeding as I top dressed recently despite being on Grow Dots...not too worried about it though. These guys are drinking like crazy so there is plenty of time between feedings where they're getting a little flush action. I'm going to guess that we're about 3-5 weeks out from chopping these down and I'm impressed with their size so far. Now I'm really just waiting for the buds to continue developing and see what kind of size we can put on these gals. This grow has gone unbelievably well and I feel like I have the tent dialed in pretty good. More to come! 12-17-2024 - Well this morning the girls got a bath in Recharge and Sweet Berry. They were very thirsty! The nuggs on these plants are getting massive and I'm expecting to see branches start to struggle to carry the load. At this point I'd say they're probably 3-4 weeks out from chop...but that is a very loose estimate. I'll keep a close eye on them as we go. Having so much fun watching these girls grow huge. CANNOT wait to weigh these things dry. I really think I'm gonna be close to a pound with this tent. 12-19-2024 - Got some nutrient burn going on with the Granite Runtz...just the top leaves and other than some orange speckles on the leaves the flowers look good and overall the plant looks healthy. The GR's have by far the thickest/most dense flowers of the three. The Frosted Cherry O's look very balanced and is the most attractive plant in the tent. The Mystery Seed, which is the only one I topped, is just growing in every direction and has tons of flowers but is clearly behind the rest in terms of maturity. I'd say in a few days to a week it'll be much thicker. Today I watered each plant with 3 Liters of dechlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.5. I'll take a look at them on Saturday morning and see how dry they are. Basically they're drinking a half gallon of water per day. Probably 4 weeks out from harvest is my best guess right now.

Week 18: 😅 I hope the work we put in this week, sets us up for a successful next couple weeks. We really pushed through the rest of our flower defoliation. I think we learned alot through this process. Every branch can not live on. Branches and primary growth points are two very different things. We also learned that flower and veg have different needs. I am now noticing the soil is almost bone dry in about 4/5 days, so by the 3rd day the plants need more water... This is important to note.. as we will be traveling for the holidays for the next two weeks (NOLA, HOU, RIO). May God be with us over these next few weeks. I'm glad I have a ring camera installed in the tent for times like these... but I would not recommend purchasing this camera for the purpose of a grow tent cam. Will be trying the Wyze or another type of camera for more timelapse content in the future. Will check back in later this week with pictures from my friend that will be watering for us.

Sto usando tutta la linea full cream (con qualche aiuto della linea minerale tipo il loro CALMAG(SI) ) che oltre ad essere un semplice Cal Mag contiene anche silicio e ferro! Veramente adatto a le piante per fare assimilare meglio potassio e fosforo! Credetemi che con solo due applicazioni ho potuto vedere delle differenze esuberanti! Day 51 : Watered with 2.5L each lady. I added as always 1 co2 tab per 4.5L . Also i added nutrients. The next one will be pure water. She is smelling like bubble bug. She will be very tasty and it is obvious from the terpenes she produces, but she will not be heavy yielder. Edit (Day 56) : Watered 1.5L pure tap water of 7.5ph and 360ppm. No co2 today. Just pure water with 0.5/L Cal-Mag. Buds are fattening nothing else.

She smells amazing, and is starting to really get her fade, flowers are sticky and smell very pungent, with some notes of fruit. She has slowed down lots on her water consumption and is in the final days of her life cycle.

Switched to bloom nutes. The lowered screen has already filled up to the second level and filled in very nicely. About ready for autopilot.

Hello. I'm starting my Dos Si Dos #33 diary here. These clones have been growing in the veg tent all summer. I had stuff growing in the greenhouse all summer and it gets really hot in that cement room in the middle of summer, so I shut down that grow room till now. I got it up and running last week but I was a little embarrassed to make a diary starting last week because I had treated the clones badly and they looked rather leafless. They look much better this week, so I'll start. I would like to start playing around with making feminized seeds. So, I need some extra clones to spray to make the feminized males. I've read about it, now it's time to try. Some of these clones I take will be turned to males next year. I gave some clones to my friend Jerry for his summer crop. I was over to his house the first week in October, to take pictures of his plants. Some of the lower plants that were not getting sun anymore were just starting to show some powdery mildew on some of the big fan leaves, so he decided to cut them down. He did a real good job on growing them this year. I think he said he was going to cut the big bud off the ends of the branches and let the smaller buds fatten up, under cover, in the sun, on the deck. This is the strongest plant I grow. It gets me pretty baked with 5 or 6 tokes. It grows on the taller side, so I'll make lots of tops to slow the growth down. And it tastes like fruity ice cream!!! Yummy!!! The other plants in the room are Amnesia Lemon by Barney, Pink Kush the original clone I found 27 years ago, Nova OG by Anesia Seeds, Sweet Sensations by Sweet Seeds, The White (Whitey) by Dr Greenthumb. I will put in next week more Fat Freddie's Cat cartoons and I have some more puzzles to finish off that puzzle book. Then when that's finished, I'll put in some Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers cartoons. Man, the spiders are getting big around here. We've had 1 mm of rain in 3 months and it's very warm for this time of year, so they are getting big!!! Keep Growing Straight. Chuck.

Forgot the mykos, but there should be plenty of activity with the mychorrhizae, and they didnt shock at all (my main reason for adding). I did put the mykos on the peat puck and in the small propagation pots, at least, so it should be innoculated. Watered in with, and then foliar with, activated and aerated Recharge. As noted in the video, I also forgot that these are symmetrical as theyre not clones, and did not orient the plants properly to make sure all the good horizontal branches were going to be horizontal. Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. Temperatures above 27 degrees push the stems to lengthen more and more and will propel the potential of sativas to push as high as possible. Heat lamps that are positioned too close to plants create an intolerable environment that will grow large, soft plants that will potentially wobble until they fall and lose flowers in its fall. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. May the force be with you 💪

Traditionally, apart the hand rubbing method, dry sifting through a mesh is the most used way to obtain resin, from 🇦🇫 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 or 🇳🇵Nepalese 🇳🇵 Mountains to 🇲🇦 Morocc 🇲🇦 Rif passing through Bekaa valley in 🇱🇧Lebanon 🇱🇧. The average size of meshes used vary from 90 to 180 microns and are mostly made by silk and for this reason uneven. I think the most productive ways to sift are Dry Ice and  rotating pollinator + CO2, I've tried a DIY pollinator built by a friend and it can reach up to 20/25% of resin extracted at 120 microns and 15% at 90 microns. But smell and taste don't reach that traditionally extracted but this is another story. Morroccan way is good compromise between a stashbox or more evolute methods. It requires less than 10 dollar of expenses. You need: a basin or pot  without handles a heavy-duty plastic bag that contains the basin a pair of chopsticks a good 120 microns net an elastic band tape Kif or trim q.s.
