Catching up to the Alaskan purple now very bushy have had to tuck and trim quite a few leaves this week by the next morning it’s always twice as full started getting buds this week just the first hairs but right on track the bud blood and igniter work well for helping in transition 2 feeds per week now

4/6/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 1- Last week in VEG, They are all looking amazing and no worry about stretch when I flip Next Saturday they are indica and I have more than 50% of distance from the top of the plant to the lights with a little more I can raise the lights if necessary. So going to really just enjoy this last week of VEG, and get my Cloning equipment ready. I will be taking 2 cuts for each this is also a PHENO hunt for HWG and he not only has the prize for the winner but he also has an additional bounty on a cut of the winner. I did have to take some from around the edges to keep them from touching. 4/7/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 2- Didn't do anything today but watch them grow.. They will be getting a really good flip trim and clean up for clone material on Friday/ Saturday. 4/8/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 3- Couldn't even get a picture of the #1 at first too much Foliage throughout.. So I had to clean that up and make sure they all still have some separation before flip. 4/9/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 4- Huston we almost had an issue.. I looked at my Res and she was in desperate need of 10 gallons to get her through until next water change on Saturday. So I added 10 gallons and the Nutes. I added 10 Gallons of Water I added the following Nutes: CalMag= 1.00Mil/Gal= 10Mil FloraMicro = 5.4Mil/Gal= 54Mil FloraGro= 4.2Mil/Gal= 42Mil FLoraBloom= 4.6Mil/Gal= 46Mil 4/10/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 5- Had to giver them a huge clean up today I couldn't even see the numbers in the first pic. I am also worried that #1 and #3 really, really are getting huge over the last few days.. starting to think I should have flipped them this past Saturday.. The interesting things is even though this is an Indica Strain, I might have to super crop just to keep them off the lights. The joys and sorrows of RDWC and timing. 4/11/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 6- Even though Flipping in Two days almost wish I would have gone at Week 7. I am really worried about #3, #1 and #2 are huge and when I put them in flower they are going to stretch out 4/12/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 7- Day of Work.. Lots of Work.. I gave all three a Cloning/Flower cleaning.. all three got cleaned up top Inside and bottom, I took 2 cuts of each to see which one come out on top then I will kill off the other cuts once I have a winner in flower. I clean up this thoroughly before I flip because it reduces the work load on the next major clean up I do on Week 4 of Flower.and they are so much taller that it is going to be a pain in the ass to maintain canopy space for #3, we will see how it goes and adjust as necessary..

Day 15 so start of 2nd week veg. The Strawberry Gorilla auto looks is growing every day. So far any problem waiting for her to grow a bit more before start training. Day 18 FIM time. Thanks for following my diary if you like i have instagram page too that trying to post photos and video every day.

D35 - The first day in the fifth week of veg for #2 and the fourth for #1. I gave both girls around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.3. I topped the second girl for the second time today, six days after her first topping, and I will top the first girl for the first time tomorrow. I also removed the large fan leaves from her fourth node as they have served their purpose. D36 - Today, it was time to top the first girl for the first time. Exactly one week after the second girl. She had grown a lot in four weeks to a height of 33 cm and a massive 50 cm wide, looking luscious and very healthy. I topped her the same way as the second girl, just above the fourth node, and removed everything below it. I stripped her down to the bare essentials and honestly felt a bit bad for doing that to her. I didn't keep any clones this time, as I still have the clones from the second girl. I might take a cut from her later, though, considering how vigorous she grew. Finally, I gave her around 1.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D40 - The first girl has recovered well from her abuse a few days ago, and I should be able to top her again in a couple of days. The second girl is still a few days out from her third topping. D41 - The end of the fourth week of veg for the first girl and the fifth week for the second girl. Sorry about the porno-light pics. I was a bit late, and my lights had already gone into sunset mode.

Day 77. Maybe a bit early, but no space and one Smoothie went for a date with bud rot ;))) didn't want to loose that nice top. Very frosty, nice gassy smell surrounded by fruits. Day 82. Second girl is down. Both small as you see, but with few branches will produce seed packaging cover type plant. Maybe second got some purple fade ... First was very nice by structure. Day 85. First went to jar. How lovely it sparkles and smells !!! Solid strain, even being so small by structure. Day 89. Second is in jars too ! Happy Growing !!!

Overall very happy with this plant grow. She was by far the hungriest of the four plants in this grow, but she still developed nicely, loads of sticky sweet smelling buds. Will update in 2 weeks, after the first smoke. Update! Smoked the first buds from this harvest, the smoke was smooth, light berry/fruit taste, it will get stronger as they cure in their jars. Overall, I am happy with the plant, the bud product and quality. She's not a super heavy indica, but she can still pack a punch!

The apparent potassium deficiency has got me worried about how to get some into the plants ASAP. Therefore, I have purchased some Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster, courtesy of Amazon Prime! Sadly, this seems to be of inorganic nature. However, I need to rectify the issue quickly, so this seemed the best option. Another possibility is light burn, as the plants have grown as tall as my tent! 6ft! So I have turned down the lighting to 60%. This seems quite likely as my FBP2 is considerably shorter than FBP1 and FBP3, and this plant does not have the same issues. The new dehumidifier has managed to get the RH down to around 49%. Considering it was up to 99% this week. I definitely am trying my best to avoid the dreaded bud rot! I added a large amount of Silica as the stems are decreasing in strength under the weight, so hopefully that will help. Additionally a Potassium deficiency itself can cause weaker stems, so I'm trying everything, (possibly overkill) to correct my oversights on this. All in all I've learnt many things from this 1st grow. Most importantly the necessity of LST, to prevent the plants from getting so tall, and that will avoid the light stress. The trichomes are still mostly clear through the jewellers loupe. From what I can tell as my eyesight isn't too good. It's difficult to tell milky from clear to me. 21.8.24; I just did a defoliation, I removed many more leaves today 🍃 things are getting super crowded in the 4x4, even with both tent doors open. I adjusted the plants, alternating so that each side of each plant gets correct lighting (as best I can manage)! I gave the plants each; *1ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Ecothrive Flourish. **2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. ****2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Cal-Mag. My fan also broke, so I moved my lounge fan into the grow room. It's a lot more powerful, even on the lowest setting, so I tried to disperse it trying as best as possible. 10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

Hello everyone hope you staying cool Cause the weather is over 100 degree and everything is drying and dying. We really need some rain! Anyone with the heat wave I trying keep this gals water up. The biggest one drink water like no tomorrow, well both of them. I give them a tea liquid compost 3.11.11 of organic fertilizers. Just to keep up with the flowering stages she using up a lot nutritions and I’m glad that I was on top of my game with these outdoors grow. Not bad for novice first timer. My family love them. I’m keep in the sun as thst will help with resins production and the bees are doing a fine job pollen them.

Week 5 Flower Stacking Watered in at 800ml Individual Recharge day. Epsom Salt 1tbs to 4l - bought at the local pharmacy.

Just starting to flower 😃 This week I foliar sprayed ChitoSal and Rubicon Marinis to help transition to flower. I also added nets to the rest of the plants since we've had crazy storms lately but they hole their own quite well. Roughly 30 gallons of soil inside cages wrapped in plastic about a foot and a half high amended with 3 cups Gaia 4-4-4 and 2 cups Gaia 2-8-4 and 2 cups Gaia Feather Meal 13-0-0. Topped up each month with a cup of each as well as worm casting/soluble kelp/molasses compost tea once a week. Also Fish Shit amendment added at recommended doses. Orange Kush Cake, Cherry Gar-See-Ya, Mac 'n Jack, Crescendo Rbx1 are all Ethos genetics at 25-35% THC Blue Afghan is from Jordan Of The Islands. Recieved clones in the mail in early May. This week was no less stressful, but the previous week prepared us. More and more snow turns white. The microscope is ready. Nutrient solution at the maximum recommended parameters. But there is a problem with the tips of the leaves, they turn yellow first and then dry up and turn brown. I think this is the consequence of the maximum ppm. direct sunlight, a running giant fan at a distance of 20 cm, and an unstable ph lvl. There were significant changes in temperature from 16 at night to 31 during the day. The funnest is when it rains after a hot day. and they turn off the electricity at night. A humid environment of 65-70% without a fan is my nightmare in reality. So a piece of cardboard and energetic hand movements created the wind and the impression that I crazy But there are often good times, when the temperature is 26-27 degrees and the humidity is 45% without a humidifier. The girls smell amazing 😎
