Fractal week Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. They had basically 4 months of veg and the colas are already large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Fractal had her spa day and had heavy defoliation of her voluminous fan leaves. It took me from 9:30 to 3:30 to trim her. Oh, and there are so many feeder and sugar leaves remaining, She will be a b!tch to trim at harvest. . weeks ago I indicated that I used peony cages ass a scrog, however, a scrog would have kept the colas beneath the grid. Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Start of week 3 of flowering for plants 2 & 3. They are showing signs of heat stress, three days last week temps in the grow room reach 35°c. Aside from some heat stress, the plants still look healthy and the bud sites are developing nicely. Light defoliation of each plant, removing the dying leaves and some of the ones showing signs of dying.

Sono nate tutte e già sono pronte per crescere in maniera abbondante. Dopo una settimana già sono dieci centimetri alte e tranquillamente si stanno adattando al caldo estivo italiano. È stata una germinazione perfetta e sono felice di avere scelto queste magnifiche banche dei semi mondiali. I cloni invece hanno preso bene e sono già posizionati a terra all'aperto e posizionati in penombra. Alcuni cloni non c'è l'hanno fatta ma più di nove cloni sono in perfetta salute e hanno iniziato a radicare. La pianta madre dei cloni è una Orange Bud raccolta indoor in gennaio e poi trasferita in outdoor per farla rigenerare e ad inizio aprile ha iniziato una seconda fase vegetativa abbastanza mostruosa perché sta formando centinaia di diramazioni biforcute e sta prendendo la classifica forma di cespuglio grezzo. Ne vedremo delle belle con queste varietà coltivate biologicamente. Un abbraccio a tutti.

All girlz are doing well. I'm not sure how many more weeks until ready to harvest. I get different information from different websites. Run off water is 5.9 on three plants and one was 5.7 Now that the plants are larger I noticed that I mislabled two of the when I first planted them.

My first soilless grow, i hope everything is gonna be alright They got out 03/07/2018 I started watering 0,4 l per plant with 167 ppm on the 4th day from seed, i used 0,210 ml/L Floramicro; 0,420/L FLoraBlomm; 0,05 ml/L CAliMAGic

Ciao growers ... I didn't think I would have come to continue this diary, because, as you can see in the picture, there were some problems that made me change my ideas ... After spraying the two plants (plus one in the diary "Cookies On The Kush" ) with a 3: 1 mix of neem oil + potassium soap, causes thrips ... these parasites have been defeated yes, but at a high price ... they must have reacted badly to the compound, triggering a phytotoxic reaction ... .I'm not a scientist or a biologist or anything like that, but reading online I think this was the cause ... because the leaves would seem to be eaten by caterpillars or the like, but this is not the case ... On girls I had also just done a Topping on one and a FIM on the other, before finding myself forced to spray them 😌...so, a lot of stress.... Well in the end, after they looked like they were dying, they recovered in growth, and now I have done a transplant in a geotextile pot from 20 l, consisting of about 50% Lightmix-3 0% cocomix-10% humus-10% perlite.. As soon as the transplant was done I gave them about 4 ml of root juice in 4l of h2o, in total divided by the two of them ... It will be a diary "random" / artistic/i don't know 😅".... I want to" play "a little bit about the malformation that they have suffered ... now I'm doing some tying so a bit for fun ... we'll see what comes out of it ... for sure they will be very particular .. ... to the next update ... thanks that you read, and I hope you like it 😉... Can I just say, these plants growth and development have been awesome, in the beginning she just grew horizontally and at a snail rate, but in my absence it’s like she was preventing her growth, and the problem with Monday’s Blue, it’s pot was not filled to the brim with grow medium (alike Unknwon Strain), unlike the other 4 plants so it did not get enough wind and sunlight, but guess what, nature always makes a plan. Look at her now.

These is a project in the we try (test) tge products of our sponsors to see how good they genetics are, for example we have know 6 seeds banks on these round. Sweetseeds with the dark devil auto have break the time record for seed on the ground , 20 hours , only these tine have the seeds from sweetseeds on the soil and they just jump out to 2 cm , simple amazing

As you can see I had some trouble with pests. It is very hard to find this green worms that eat the leafs. A tip I could give you is to search for them early in the morning or when it gets dark, because they eat at those times. Como pueden ver tuve unos problemas con plagas. Las orugas masticadoras siempre han sido un problema por lo difícil que es encontrarlas. Un tip que podría dar es buscarlas por las mañanas o por las noches, ya que comen a esas horas.

Dec 28 - Both plants are close to harvest. Had 5.5. hours of darkness after 24 hr period to prevent budrot developing. Also moved plants inside tent moreso, and closer to fans. Dec 28 - Watered healthy plant today at 2PM - I'll chop unhealthy plant tomorrow, so didn't water, instead inspected trichomes. Dec 28 - Unhealthy Plant is showing amber trichomes, but also clear - Unsure if I should chop tomorrow or not. Dec 29 - DAY 73 - CHOPPED - Trimmed larger fan leaves (accidentally trimmed a sugar leaf or two) and harvested to dry whole, upside down. I'm hoping for a half ounce per plant. Dec 19 - 11.50PM Trichome Calyx' were observed, there are new calyx' appearing. Calyx' are swelling. Dec 30 - Plant developing more senescence and calyx are swelling. Dec 30 - Trichomes are still clear, but I'm seeing some PM develop so I think I'll chop tomorrow morning. Dec 31 - Nice Senescence occurring, Happy to have left it this last day. Accidentally left temps up to 78F for a half hour. Dec 31 - Decided to push another week as per feedback from GD member. When watering I noticed she was perky after 3 days w. no water. Interesting and likely the frequency I'll continue watering at. Dec 31 - Watered at 9PM. Jan 1 - Removed small fan leaf with signs of PM at the base. This defoliation should help with airflow. Checked newly formed calyx' and they're clear enough not to document. Jan 2 - Buds are developing nicely, calyxes are noticably swelling nicely too. I see some green pistils appearing in the lowest buds. Clear Trichomes. Jan 3 - Watered at 8AM. Woke up to 90F temp. Unfortunately they'd been cooking for about an hour. Jan 3 - DRYING UPDATE - I'm seeing fluctuations in the drying room between RH 49% and 70%. As of 3.10PM @ 61RH after adding jars of water. I want to maintain this RH. Jan 3 - Senesence looking good, calyx' are continuing to swell. Will inspect trichomes tomorrow at latest.
