Welcome to week 11 of my grow diary. The plant has clearly enjoyed the weather this week. The branches have become so strong that half of the metal hooks have been pulled out of the soil. As the plant is now so overgrown, I think I will have to defoliate again in the next few weeks to minimise the risk of mould in the coming weeks of flowering. Unfortunately there is no picture from Friday this week as I wasn't at home and only came back late on Saturday evening. See you next week ✌️

This lady has grown up quite a bit now! Absolutely beautiful plant, looks very stable, looks stunning with those big leafs, looks like she's ready to start growing big, I can't wait to transplant this lady and start training her, the medium she is in its just a light mix soil without anything else, they'll be fed once they're in their big pots, because remember I have 21 plants fpr this 2021 outdoor season!! A tad late, but on Dec 20th we started flower! The pics and video are all from dec 20. To kick it off we did a small feed (1tbsp) of veg nutrients and over the next few weeks will transition to flower blend. So far she's taken well to the training and looks very strong overall. Week 3 Flower – Gelonade Run (Week 7 from Seed) The Gelonade girls are entering full flower mode, and both phenos are thriving beautifully. Stretch is nearly complete, pistils are bursting everywhere, and structure is stacking just as expected. Both are now standing proudly at around 80 cm tall and enjoying their rhythm. Growth & Flower Development White hairs crown every top, a sure sign of transition into proper bloom. The stretch has given them elegant structure, spacing out their nodes, and now they are setting the stage for bud building over the next weeks. Pheno #1 is strong, symmetrical, and classic Gelonade – exactly what you’d hope for from this lineage. Pheno #2, though… she’s the unicorn. Her leaf mutation continues to be one of the most fascinating traits I’ve ever seen. The way her leaves open like layered fingers, folding and unfolding in unexpected ways, is pure art. It’s as if nature decided to write a little love poem in her leaves. Different, unique, and unforgettable. She carries her own beauty, a reminder that not everything perfect is uniform. Environmental Conditions Still running a little hot in the room (peaks up to 31–32°C), but airflow and extraction keep them happy. Humidity is stabilizing better now, averaging around 50–60%, and VPD is gradually coming closer to target. The TrolMaster sensors continue to keep me on track with moisture, EC, and conditions, making sure the girls stay balanced. Nutrient Program The recipe remains steady this week: • Aptus Regulator • CalMag Boost • Aptus Top Booster • Plagron Trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation) at 1 ml/L Pellets in the soil are still covering the NPK foundation, so we keep EC around 0.6 with a pH of 6.1. Looking really good. Not super stocked on the structure of the buds themselves but can’t complain about anything else. Seeing lots of foxtailing in the GD and GG but not at all in the other two - which is interesting. My guess is that if I had thinned the plants much more aggressively I would be seeing more of the photogenic large colas that I was after. Next time!

The green crack has hit week 5 from germination. About 35 days old. And it already started pre flowering! I wouldve expected it to get bigger during veg but lets see what it gives us! Ive add Topmax and BioBloom by biobizz. The room temperature is around 28 which is abit high but not too bad. If i can get it around 26C it will be perfect.

This week isn’t much to update. Tied down some branches. Lowered my lamp for maximum efficiency vegetative growth. Got a 4x4 tent ordered so that I can flower in my current tent, and setup the 4x4 for veg growth next cycle and so on. The sun system 1850 will get put into my current tent 5x5 when it’s ready to flip this tent to flower. Got another ac infinity fan for the new veg tent. So things are all coming together. It’s been a lot of time, effort, and money, but it’s so rewarding to see all the pieces come together so I can grow some amazing medicine here at home. I run 150 light commercial grow myself, and its so nice to just have a change of pace at home to come work on and give each of my home plants the individual attention they deserve. Care Bears was an awesome plant to grow, it grew fairly smaller but massive colas on the whole plants. The fruity smells that come off this plant is amazing but also has a hint of that good old dank smell, awesome purple/pinkish colours off of it . Highly recommend growing this strain is you haven’t already. Breed by: firebuds genetics

Did defoliation on all three never done it before not sure did k over do it but they needed the trim I had a lot of fan leaves blocking bud sights Jan23 started to use the self watering pots from acinfinity gallon in each pot with fish shit

Seeds germinated no problem. Put straight into 3 gallon pots with only substrate around the young seedling - as the roots stretch they will move into the fertilized soil.
