Day 51 - 1F - Trimmed up most fan leaves and lower nodes. Used some low stress training to keep the canopy low and even then lowered SCROG netting to start training through flowering stretch. Took a couple clones as well (not sure if i'll grow them out yet or not - just wanted to try my new fog cloner i built.

End of week 5 from sprout and end of the 4rd week of veg. Absolute fire! One of the most worry free vegetations in my career. After I was having few runs with only cuts, it's been an eye opening experience now to pop these regular seeds of BIG BLOCK, bred by Cannabis Brothers. Today we mark the first day of 12/12 light schedule but as you can see plants went through some HST (high stress training). 5 days ago, that was on day 30 from sprout, I performed topping and putting them into preservation for future if we see that one of those 9 plants turned out to be a "keeper". Canopy looks hella good at this stage but now when I flipped them, some might and probably will turn out to be a male specimen. We don't want males so I will have to remove them and the resulting canopy might look completely different 3 weeks from now. Let's see how it goes 🤞

Week 7 of flower starting today for this amazing Green Gelato Auto and man she's fattening up fast these last weeks and she's stacked with trichomes .. When opening the tent I can smell a gassy citrus smell with some sweet earthy tones too just like they describe thid strain on the site .. So for now i will slow down feeding considerably and then flush this bad girl with ph'd water and flawless finish.. Update Day 80: Hello everyone i inspected her with the lens and i saw even too many amber trichs on the buds this means the THC is already decreasing in favour of CBN so i decided to cut this baby tomorrow at night time so will post more pics after cut then going to make a final harvest update with the dry weight !! This strain took really well to LST and didn’t seem fazed by the training at all. She did become a really heavy drinker about two weeks or so into flower and she definitely seemed to want more nutes than usual. I believe I’ve got two more seeds so will be running this one again if the smoke is worth it.

📆 Week 13, 4-10 January 2024 4 January - Turned light time back 2hrs to a schedule of 14/10, and lowered light power to 50%. This will facilitate ripening by mimicking an autumn environment. 7 January - Flushed system, filled with RO water and 10ml p/gal HG FloraKleen, PH 6.2. 10 January - Turned lights off. 📑 This was the final week of flowering. It will be followed now by 3 days in darkness, giving a total of 7 days in plain RO water. This provides the proper nutrient flush and a small cannibinoid/terpene boost just prior to harvest. Which will be 13 January. She will then be followed by a 7-14 day curing process, where she’ll hang for 5-7 days until the chlorophyll has dried in the leaves, then trimmed, weighed, put into mason quart jars and burped until a RH of 62% is reached/maintained. While in this state the flower will reach its peak potency/flavor in about 30-40 days, and can last for 6-12 months. An overall interesting grow. Especially if you like the color purple. She grew rather rapidly for about 6 weeks as expected from an autoflower, then slowed down and flowered simultaniously. Buds are on the smaller side but tight. There certainly was no problem in resin development as she is quite frosty, sticky and smelly. The trichomes have purple and clear stems with milky heads, about 5-10% amber and 10%(+) clear. All white pistils have turned orange or brown. Genetics are very stable with no signs of foxtailing or hermaphroditism. The only problem I’ve had was with nutrient sensitivity in flower phase - specifically week 8. It will depend on the end product quality as to whether I will grow this strain again or not. My final update will run a few days later than usual, but will include the Harvest and Smoq review information. Finished really fast! Not expecting a very big harvest, they needed a longer veg time, pretty small at start of flowering, didn't use massive bloom this run either Going of the last run expecting good quality. Small buds.

Hello everyone! This is Ashoka's 11 and final week of life.(tho next week may be the official harvest) this week we are prepping her for harvest. Her trichomes are about 10% amber right now on her 72nd day of life. So on Day 71 we flushed her with 3gals of cold water and let her sit under the lights till they went out today(72) at lights out we took her out of the tent, put ice in her container and surrounded her roots with ice as well.
