Says they are an ibl strain so the genetics should be stable, which is less chance of 10 different phenos ( update me If I’m wrong here, still learning ) Day 54 - today I did the last defoliation and lst 2 days before swith to 12/12. Middle growth was insane so spread them out abit by screwing small screws in to the pot and using the as a tie down Day 55 - all plants seemed to have bounced back the day after and look exactly how I planned so far so good Day 56 - final day of vegetative growth all seems good, all females showing white hairs , have raised the lights and turned Intake to full to maintain humidity levels and switched lights to 12 / 12.

Week 4 , day 1 plants are doing well some putting on more weight than others blue gelato are getting really dense and frosty . Watermelon punch buds are getting big aswell . Terple and wedding cakes are doing well

So I started LST and the girls seem to be responding well to the method. It has now been 4 weeks since the sprout and am I very excited. Might continue veg until it's eighth week and then switch to flowering.

They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! this went basically as bad as i couldve expected for a first harvest. i didnt flush, it obviously is very harsh, but actually not as bad as i expected. to yield a gram though, i mean i had some serious issues and inexperience. but i hope to try again with expert seeds down the line

It was time for harvest. the video was taken outside - a little bit of real sunshine before the chop. With out a microscope it was particularly difficult working out the colours of the trichomes. So I guessed.

So 3 weeks in, 4 were males, unfortunately all 4 were descendants of mephisto’s gen’s. Bit disappointed about that but what can ya do. After growing 10 of the bitches at once I am NEVER doing that again. People always talk about how many they want to grow before they do… to those that haven’t started in this pursuit yet, heed my warning lol. They just hit their pre flower growth spurt, I did have 30 days marked on their lives on a reminder on my phone to defoliate because last grow I had so much larf. The fog dog grows nice and stout, the glue sniffers tall and lanky. Both phenos differ very little. I cut off like 3/4 of the bottom nodes off each. Fingers crossed they take it well.

Thanks to growdiaries I followed the entire growing stages of the plant seeing all the little details usually not seen. Sincerly I expected more than 30g with the nutriens and light utilised anyway it is a good result.

First day of week 4 flower day 22- Took some shots of a few bud sites, that are looking well and that should start to frost up pretty heavy once in full gear. Increasing the EC slightly 1.6/1.7 around 800ppm for those that don't know. Trying not to overfeed but get to the sweet spot of tlwhat the plants want and require. Respectfully it is my first run with this strain and Breeder but nothing but good things so far. I managed to take some clones so that I can push the strain better the next run and incase I get a special pheno! But so far so good. The buds should start to go through a fattening period once the flower stretch is completely out the way. Will be back to report and show some more pics/videos as the week goes on. Mixed nutrients today. Last night I added 2 ml of oxy science h202 to 18L of Kamloops City water filtered through our homes water filter, no idea what it does exactly lol. I put an air stone over night and let the water bubble off any chlorine and the rest of the h202, I use microbial mass so I just wanted to sanitize the water but not kill my soil. Mixed in bases first into 21.7 C ph 8.1 Water in the morning. Important not to mix concentrated solutions, I used syringes that I rinsed well between products. I find that with this product you just follow the instructions and it’s pretty awesome results.

Very easy to grow, amazing aromas very mango strong tropical smell, very delicious, just like her sisters, I think it's a very stable genetic because 3 out of 4 were purple and the 4 of them have the same mango smell, very good automatic strain! 🌱 💚 💎
