Day 57 Day 15 flower - what can I say? No issues reported so far, did some more defoliation below the scrog and tidied up some of the flower sites, removed a few of the old fan leaves and checked on Zkittlez OG, she is frosty already and starting to look really sparkly and beautiful 💎😍 The others are also showing some frost and bud development is going well!! Exciting times ahead! 290319 day 59 flower day 17 - no issues apart from slight heat stress for the girl in the middle, will adjust the light tomorrow to ease the stress. Bud candy just arrived so I will add 1ml/l on next feed tomorrow morning! Overall the bud sites have came through in numbers and are looking very strong and healthy, OG Zkittlez auto has turned into diamonds of trichomes and the others are following suite 😍 more updates to come! Sugar cane was very easy to grow with no issues whatsoever. I'm new to growing so they were easy by my standards. It was everything I had hoped it would be, as far as growing and appearance. I hope it will smoke as good as it looks! The aroma is a very mild, sweet smell, but man the frost on these! the Super sticky icky! 🤪 I would have preferred letting these go another week, but had to chop now because of upcoming circumstances. Didn't see the option to put the dried weight in but out of 3 Sugar cane, I got 9.1oz. Taking a hit of just dried Sugar Cane nug, I was surprised how smooth it was even before cure. Pine/gassy taste. A couple of hits and it was a very uplifting creative high. Then a creeper wave came on shortly after..... almost like that feeling when an edible kicks in and you forgot you ate one! Lol. I couldn't believe I was that high from a couple of hits! Two hit wonder stuff right here! This should last me quite a while!

Trying to be more hands-off. So far this week all is well. Gave each plant about a quart of plain distilled water this weekend. Looked good all week, but by mid-day Thursday, they were drooping quite a bit. So today (Thurs.) I gave them a thorough watering with nutrients. Great news, little Cheecha is officially 2 inches taller than Chonga!

Day 86, 5th of December 2020: Craziest group I have ever had... Honestly I just want to see the end. I will be away for 2 weeks almost. Original Sensible Seeds ladies are dope. Gelato is very nice proper shape one of my favourite she is just nice and not problematic.... :) Runtz Gum is amazing nice big buds are on the way really nice! The same no problem with her at all!!!! Do-Si-Dos OG is just crazy.... She is not an easy lady... problematic... never met a plant like this one. ... Too much strech and now I need to tie and stand her up somehow i broke one branch.... I put a tape arounf so hopefully saves that bud tho....🤣 Her flowers kill her lol Black Ghost OG is sweet and good girl she is the easiest player from them she is good for begginners similar to Wedding Gelato even is shape haha.... Wedding Gelato from RQS is just perfect no problem with her at all... good for begginners as well... :) So This is how it is 5th week has started I just wanna get it done really long journey :) The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.

However, this adjustment caused a slight drop in temperatures to 24.5 degrees Celsius. ⏰ Day 61: During the evening feeding session at 18:00, the plants received a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and a pH level of 5.8. Furthermore, I elevated the light intensity from 25 to 28 dli, positioning the lights 50cm above the canopy. The temperatures have stabilized around 25 degrees Celsius during the day, and the relative humidity ranges between 55-60%. This week I added CO2 to the garden. My pH in the DWC dipped to 4.6 which was scary. I knew something was wrong bc usually I'm adding water every 36 hours and it was still alot left. I adjusted it to 6.1 and hopefully she recovers...I must say the dwc is so sensitive compared to soil..good grief. During week 4 they only got hit with nutes once then water throughout the rest of week. Update: I decided to drain the dwc and just put in 1gal of water at 5.8 pH. I'm being extra cautious since it's up in the air if the issue is light burn or nutrient deficiencies. Update: Two days before the end of week 5. The purple punch is doing great so far..glad I took cuts. Ice cream cake is absorbing nutrients but the pH is still dipping to the 4s almost every 6 to 8 hrs. I'm just going to keep adjusting the pH and keep her rolling.

Wow, I can't believe the sea of green my tents turned into! I'm actually amazed all 6 are doing really well for my first time! I've started to add some dutchpro explode to my feed and the buds have done what it says on the tin! Purple queen is still taking the lead and I cannot wait to try her! 😍 she's so sticky and oozing with Trichomes. I've made my own spray that has organic honey, brown sugar, bicarbonate of soda, green tea which I spray on them before I turn the lights out and I'm not sure if it's helping but they are looking amazing weather it's from that or not. I'm not sure how longs left to be honest they seem to be all at different stages at the minute. Hats off to Royal queen seeds for this amazing purple queen pheno I wish it wasn't an auto so I could take some clones 💚

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

9/10 Went and shook the plants off. I don't think it rained. I think it's just dew. Plants with ailments seem to be progressing well and it looks like they'll outrun the pathogens. It may not be a banner year yield wise but the quality will be great it looks like. GMO is stacking up real nice. The ones in further flower are swelling more and more everyday. Earwigs MAY be back because I noticed a couple of plants where I left a tiny little branch on the bottom have been lollipopped on tje sherb pie and rather quickly too. I suppose it could be leaves dieing and rotting bit I doubt it. If they are here there aren't many and most plants are too far in flower for them to bother. They eat the lower newly developing shoots. Not big dense buds. Luckily. I noticed some pm on the gmo with pm. Looks like it's time for another treatment of k bicarb. I'll probably do that tonight. That could be why I'm seeing coke cans on the bottom branches of that phenome. I've got some decisions to make. I mixed up enough water to water in the morning. I'll mix up feed in the morning. Tje garden has gotten a lot of attention lately. I hope it pays off. I'm leaning on a multi staged harvest of the event horizon amd toasted toffy but we'll 9/14 Hurries morning. Mixed water for this morning last night. WATERED AND FED EVERYTHING (BUT TOASTED TOFFY AND EVENT HORIZON #2 DUE TO THEM BEING CHOPPED SOON.) Everything got a gallon of water and a qtr of food. I had to cut a couple small interior secondary branches on my shottiest GMO due to the appearance of grey mold. I also found some botrytis in both the event horizon and toasted toffy that I plan to take the tops of today. I scoped them and I'm planning to do a staged harvest. Trichs are milky with some amber. Everything is blowing up! I'm not sure what's happening but like it previous years there's a couple plants with leaves dieing near bud sites and an overall yellow appearance. Maybe it's late stage septoria. I cant isolate it due to local laws but if I have to I'll deal with it. Nothing else had anything like that. I hace noticed SOMETHING nocturnal that can eat a small branch and leave it bare. Also eat the small newly forming shoots at the bottom of plants. I shouldve taken off ALL the larfy stuff as it draws bugs but I did things a like different with each plant this year. I'm going to go through the plants again today and I'll update what I decide. Chances are the top half of those two plants are coming down. I'll do a video. 9/15 I'll have to add pics and videos tomorrow. Last night I did a final check of the trichs on event horizon #2 and toasted toffy. Everything looked great so I proceeded to do a "wet trim" outside (ill use the leaf blower to clean up) and cut the tops off the plant. I know this injures tje plant but it also makes them go crazy thinking they are dying and the buds and trichs swell. I had one plant last year I got two harvests off and a bunch of fresh frozen for concentrates. I looked this morning and I madecthe right decision. These plants are DONE. I've got another event horizon but it's not quite there yet. I'm going to leave it as long as I can. If the injured plants pick up pm or something (already had septoria) then the flower will be used for extracts or I'll do a Cervantes wash. I imagine concentrates though. One GMO isn't doing as good as the rest. Yesterday I had to cut three branches off due to grey mold on the stalk. If laws allowed it I'd isolate that plant. Luckily since I spend so much time going through the garden I'm able to find this kind of stuff. The GMO'S look wonderful (even the one with some yellow leaves that I cut the branches off) . K bicarb has kept pm at bay so far. This strain has TONS of trichs. It's like trich on trich on trich. I can't wait to try it. It smells amazing. Sherb pie is completely purple with rock hard buds that smell amazing. It's quality over quantity this year. The big one in the 50 (I think red runtz) is swelling more everyday. I'm going to switch to ch ching soon. The plant in the 10 had TOTALLY SUPRISED ME. I've never grown a plant lime this. It started out with dark purple in the middle now buds are swelling and calyxes are EVERYWHERE! This plant is growing extremely fast! You'll see what I mean when I put the pics and the videos up. I'm not going to do the event horizon harvest until I get both plants and all of both plants. It will be a while before I finish the toasted toffy one as well. 9/16 I'm glad I took those plants. Weather is good but plants were soaked thos morning. I need to go out at night and see what is eating new shoots. Flowers are looking great. I need to do another app of k bocarb sometime. I'm suprised the pm has pretty much stayed with that one plant. That two other GMO's flanking it are doing awesome! Purple, sticky stinky. It's got the whole package. The one in the 50 has some huge flowers that won't require much longer. The one invthe 10 has some time left. This is clearly a sativa dominant hybrid. The buds are swelling like crazy. It went from NO buds to having little purple calyxes to flowers that look like cat-tails! I can't wait to see what rhis year brings. Once I get things dry and manicured I'll give you guys a look at how the first stage of the first harvest went. I'm super happy. Spent a large part of this morning shaking plants by handcand removing any dead leaves or anything that could cause rot then I went over them with a leaf blower. I'll need to water tonight I imagine.
