We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

She has so many buds and the stacking is tight and looks amazing. these are going to be huge buds. Remarkable stacking and structure.

Hey growmies, It looks like she has recovered, and didn't enter flower. Signs of strong genetics right there. I covered my hydroton to prevent algae, it works great. I'm not sure if I can clone this one, her first weeks of life she was too focused on recovery, as a result the plant is a little stunted for its age, but I will re-assess next week, as she looks fine now. Just not sure how much time I have before flower. Stay safe, warm and high. It's rough out there. Hopefully, this is the last week for the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. Fan leaves are getting yellow and the pistils are getting brown and also keep checking the trichomes that are getting milky. Watering 125ml 2 times per plant, so altogether 700ml for 2 plants, and now the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. is being flushed so no fertilization. Purple Punch will be fertilized with the same way before I did and now it is flowering. I removed some yellow leaves from the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe that was dried so the lower buds might be able to receive more light. Monday: Sunday is the scheduled harvest day for Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I can't wait to happen. Petty much everything is okay. Last day of the 9th week so I trimmed the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe before harvest and also this is the last day when I gave her water so I added extra today 2x 250ml. Until Sunday no more water and Saturday no light also so 3 days no water before harvest and 1 day no light. I removed the oldest biggest fan leaves from the Purple Punch because those were getting yellow and the plant looks much better, let her focus on her buds. :) As I cut off the leaves the Purple Punch has like citrus smell in really like that. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is stronger, very strong smell, for me stinky, but the flowers have fruity smell I really like it. So the end of the week Purple Punch is 40 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70 cm.

Strain #2 is purple !!

So this or these ladies are performing splendid..I like the fact that each plant has its own personality..One is nice and tall, the other short and stocky ...I mean it's a joy watching each of them move through a different stage but collectively...it's insane... actually she is doing quite well. the buds look good. unfortunately she got mildew. i tried to remove everything as good as possible. unfortunately not 100% possible on the outside. i hope she makes it until the harvest. pictures will follow.

It's been a big week for these girls and I have a LOT of photos as well as a video. It's a lot to rearrange because I should have uploaded them in better order. Maybe I'll fix it later, but for now most of the content from 8/5 is before 8/1 On 8/1 I purchased some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled them around the base of each plant. My main reasoning was because of the Night Nurse that's been having some problems, but in the end I think all the plants will benefit from the added mycelium, especially during this flowering phase. The mycelium will spread through the root network allowing a greater uptake of nutrients in trade for sugars, which I'm supplementing in the form of molasses. I also defoliated the fan leaves on 8/5 since we're only a couple weeks from harvest. I think it was a good sign that those leaves were strong and weren't easy to come off. We got a lot of rain that day!
