The Mentha de Croco sprouts are officially a week in, and they’re already showing off their unique personality, each one growing at its own pace. They’re rocking some funky vibes and loving life inside the dome! Here’s a full update on their progress, care, and setup for Week 1. Living Environment: The Humidity Dome Setup The seedlings are living in a humidity dome, where we’re keeping the relative humidity (RH) close to 100%. This level of RH mimics a tropical environment, creating the ideal conditions for delicate young plants that need extra hydration support as they begin to develop roots and leaves. Why High Humidity? • Encourages Strong Root Development: At nearly 100% RH, plants focus on root growth while pulling in moisture directly from the air, helping them establish themselves early on. • Protects from Stress: The high humidity reduces transpiration (water loss through leaves), which prevents drying and keeps seedlings hydrated. • Promotes Healthy Leaf Growth: With constant access to moisture, the leaves expand smoothly, giving each plant a strong start in the vegetative phase. Growth Status & Observations 🌱 These little mutants are showing some funky characteristics and growing at their own unique pace—a perfect reminder that no two plants are the same! Each seedling has sprouted its initial set of leaves, and I’m seeing great promise in their vigor and resilience. Key Observations: • Color: The seedlings are a healthy green, with some displaying slight variances in shade—typical of unique genetics like Mentha de Croco. • Structure: Leaves are developing steadily, with short internodes (the space between sets of leaves) that hint at nice, compact growth patterns as they continue. • Energy: Each plant seems to be finding its rhythm, which is a beautiful thing to watch! Some are taking their time, while others are diving right into rapid growth. Nutrients & Supplements 💧 For this first week, I’m keeping it light on nutrients, letting the seedlings draw what they need from the Root Riots and the remaining seed stores. However, I’ve continued using Aptus Holland’s Regulator and Startbooster, both at 1ml/L, to support foundational growth. Why These Nutrients? • Aptus Regulator: Adds silicon to fortify cell walls, giving the seedlings extra strength to handle environmental changes. Lighting Benefits at Low Intensity: • Prevents Stretching: With the lower PPFD, plants stay compact and focused on root and leaf development rather than reaching for the light. • Supports Early Photosynthesis: The FOG LED’s balanced spectrum provides all the wavelengths these seedlings need to kick off photosynthesis and grow with vitality. Controlled through the TrolMaster Tent X, the lighting schedule is consistent and stable. With this controller, I can manage humidity, lighting, and temperature settings all from one place, ensuring the environment stays perfect for these little ones. Day 43 - Starting week 7 and damn this girl is taking off. She’s starting to bud up nicely and doesn’t seem to have any issues from the feeding of bloom nutes yesterday. The pot is already starting to get light so will be giving her some pH’d water and cal-mag in the next day or two. Day 44 - Nothing much new today but she’s definitely starting her stretch. She’s stretching close to an inch every 24 hours and hoping she doesn’t get too crazy. Will be giving her some fresh water tomorrow. Debating on doing some defoliation, she’s pretty damn bushy right now so might just do a couple fan leaves here and there till I get her thinned out. Day 46 - The girl was pretty dry today and gave her a full gallon of pH’d water (6.4) and some cal-mag. Bud sites are definitely starting to fill in quite and bit and she’s looking great but I did remove a few leaves today to try and make her a little less bushy and will continue to remove a few every few days until she’s nice and open. Day 48 - Almost the end of week 7 and she’s filling in nicely. Will be giving her another feeding of nutes tomorrow and removed a couple more fan leaves tonight.

week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.

Growing fast, topped on the 4th And 5th of Oct first nutrient feed went light, REALLY LIGHT on the nutes

Gorgeous looking plant, very thick and dense main cola which is gonna hold the 70% of the weight, however the secondary branches develop dense fat and compact flowrs as well, I would love to apply LST on this strain by gea seeds when I grow her again because I think I will. Follow me on this journey, let's see how this lady performs!!

Day 9 flower: Orange Sherbet: This girl is a pleasure to grow so far. Her budlets dwarf the others in the room so far and at only 9 days flowering , shows a good indication of the overall finish she should have. she is packing buds on all over her structure now and following her defol on day 7 , she has really pumped them up. The shogun boost is a killer concoction it seems. Cannot fault this lady at all to date. She is slightly tacky now too which is a shock for her age. Cookie Kush : This lady is a midget !!! She is a lot smaller than other kush strains i have grown but looks healthy enough. I think her housemates dont help as they are all such good growers. She is big enough to keep up with the canopy but will need encouraging constantly to match them at some point.

After her intitial trimming , i could see the decent amount of heavy looking buds for the 1st time . I am amazed at her feel and smell too. She has a few days left to dry i think and i know a few weeks in a jar would leave her a champion grow. I am impressed as hell with the strain and it will be in my must do again list for sure. Cannot wait to smoke her delights. I have a sample bud to play with ( in pics) last sample nearly knocked me over and that was a lot earlier in the flowering cycle too !!!.

Sorry it took so long for an update. I got married in the meantime and went on a honeymoon. Before I went though I took the plants down and had a friend take care of the drying and curing. It looks like I got 2 pheno's. One is has more red hairs and is a bit more skunky and peppery. The other has bit more sativa like bud forming and smells a bitt gassy in addition to the tangieness. The yield is also definitely not disappointing. Plant 1: 76gr Plant 2: 68gr Plant 3: 65gr Total:209gr I am happy with that. Especially since it's my first LED grow.
