11/2: Both Sweet Zkittlez are looking great, as is the first Black Jack. The other Black Jack has popped and is growing in the DWC cloner for a couple days. Neither Gorilla Girl has popped yet. 11/3: One of the Zkittlez, the Black Jack, and a few other seedlings suddenly look like they are starving, so I fed them and am foliar feeding with a kelp/fish emulsion product every few hours.😕 I can see some green just below the surface on both Gorilla Girls now...fingers crossed. 11/4: I planted the baby Black Jack today and foliar fed them a few times. The Zkittlez with the deficiency looks better today, but her first set of leaves won't last long... Neither Gorilla Girl has emerged yet... 11/7: The younger Black Jack is starting to catch up now. Both Gorilla Girls popped and got planted on the 5th, late at night. Both SZ's look great...the one that was deficient has corrected and is doing well now.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. The plant is stretching very slowly which i wonder. The nitrogen overdosing could also be a factor the plant is not shooting up instead forming indica structure buds. Waiting to see the full formation. This plant is 90days old, will harvest when the plant is 120-140days

Just put them in the towel today. Expecting them to pop within 24 hrs and ready to plant in 3 days so spending the time thinking up names for the 2 girls They've both popped bang on the estimate. One even has a 3mm long taproot already. My coir has been reclaimed from 2 previous grows and the perlite has degraded so rather than wash up stones from the garden I've thrown in a few handfuls of lego bricks. They're non reactive to anything I'm going to put in there so should work just fine. Plus I've got plenty of the shit kicking around. I went back today and nearly shit myself at the progress. 1 had nearly sprouted fully so I got the nutes mixed and stuck them in the coir with an extra drink and a bottle canopy. Week 1 will begin with the first ground being broken

Ztrawberriez auto has grown great in just perlite. Super frosty colas on her. She is showing lots of cloudy, and clear trichromes at the moment. I am switching her to just ph water as she ripens. Next update will be her harvest. She was smelling really good prior to the head cold I caught. Looks like she turned out great. In week 9 my 'Fruity Terp' ladies have grown substantially and filled out the space in my HOMEBOX growtent. Therefore its time to do a round of defoliation. I take out my plants one by one and cut off the lowest branches on the stem (the ones not grown tall enough to get good light) and also the biggest fan-leaves (the ones shading the lower part of the canopy). The defoliation will increase the airflow thru my plants, which will in turn help to avoid mold from a build-up of humidity between the leaves. The light can now also penetrate deeper into the canopy now and therefore lower buds will also get more light and can grow bigger. The SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing a GREAT job, my babies love their spectrum and intensity and grow like hell. The nutrients from BIO NOVA work EXCELLENT, all plants have a nice healthy green color. Since we are further in flowering now, I also add PK 13-14 from BIO NOVA following their 'SOIL-CULTIVATION' schedule.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Good week for the Red Hot Cookie, she is probably the smallest of the 5 strains, but she looks green and healthy, Day 3 from getting wet. I did start prepping the Coco Coir today by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I also have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. I have run several Sweet Seeds Auto Strains in the past with excellent resutls, but this is my first run of one of their photoperiods so I am excited to see what she can do. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. 11/20: Harvested all 3 Gorilla Cookies. It took them a week to dry. Dry weights: plant A - 121g plant B - 80g plant C - 100g Final thoughts: It was easy weed to grow, and produced a lot of dense/heavy/delicious flowers. Day 21 Shes looking a little better as her new growth is much better but shes still lacking some colour hopefully soon she will full take off. Turned the auto-pots + air-domes on to get water and oxygen directly to the roots 3 days ago. Feeding Cropsalt at 5.8ph, really enjoying it atm just look at their colour😍

First week! What a joy! This Banana Purple Punch is off to a great start, popping out of the soil with no shell on. Spending 36hrs in water, 36hrs in a paper towel, then 48hrs under the soil before popping her head up into the light. The light schedule I'm following is 20/4 under two 100w LEDs running around 80% at 650mm above the babies. They're receiving 150-200umol's at roughly 11-14 DLI. Organic medium and nutes so just watering in around 200mL of dechlorinated water at 6.6 pH per day. I figured I want to get this medium nice and moist for the microbes to thrive so I've been bottom watering 200mL extra every other day, with a gap day today as the pots are nice and weighty now. I'm running my ventilation on an hour on, hour off schedule during Veg to take the pressure off my heaters and humidifier. (power bill) We're heading into winter and my grow is in an insulated lung room in my garage, so the fresh air can get down past 0 celcius and 30% humidity although the heaters keep the environment at 23-25 degrees celcius. A few trials I'm working through, but the environment is pretty steady and I'm a happy gardener so far. Welcome baby BPP 🍌
