Realized just how intense manual feeding for coco is. Takes up to 3 hours to mix the nutrients, water, and wait to empty the saucers. And I'm just doing this once a day, imagine the experienced growers feeding 3+ times a day. Definitely would be ideal to have a drip/drain system installed in the future. Pheno 2 got so lanky and heavy it fell over! A scrog and bamboo sticks would've helped a ton. Placed a peony cage to support the branches but it's hard to get it angled properly with the branches grown out. Boosted the PK again this week and halved the Bloom Nutes.

Yay... NorCal Cannabis Cup today & tomorrow up in Santa Rosa. Gonna load my bud buddy in the car and head up there this afternoon for the Phil Lesh show. One day is enough. 😎 It's only the 2nd ever licensed cannabis consumption event in California ... so come be part of history if you live anywhere in northern California. ------ The Durban girls are doing quite nicely. Leaving them out in the sun for 30 minutes today to do a little acclimating before I head up north. It's HOT today by recent standards but the wind is light. Three of the 5 gallon girls will be moved outside permanently in about a week. The 3 gallon container and the (former) runt in a 5 gallon pot will grow inside this summer.... and we'll probably flip the lights to flowering as soon as everybody gets moved outdoors. ------ For heights this week we have the 5 gallon girls are two at 19", and one at 18.5". The 3 gallon girl is at 15", and the former runt is up to 9". Fed all the girls today because I won't be home early from the show tonight to feed them then. ------ Updated to add some photos from the Cannabis Cup in Santa Rosa. It was a LOT harder to consume alcohol at this event than ANY form of cannabis. Big fun.

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

This was the week I decided to take a look at my trichomes with about 2-3 weeks left why not see what’s in store for me. And what I saw was some pretty milky stuff with surprisingly some amber to me that just means I’m going to get some good thc levels I’m shooting for at least 22-25% thc wish me luck we are almost there final stretch

Well this week has gone a bit pear shaped. I think it is a combination of light stress and the new soil I'm using. Also the soil had fungus gnats. I won't use it again but it was an experiment and I've learnt that soil isn't my substrate of choice! Back to my super coco mix! 😁 I'm going to see if I can pull it through. I've got plants through worse! Wish me luck. I watered twice this week with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6-6.5, containing 1ml of Ecothrive Trace and 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys. I will say that the soil is very difficult for me to judge the moisture level to water accordingly. Just growing through the net now, slight defoliation only when needed, cleaned out some low hanging leaves underneath and a few hopeless bud sites under the canopy. I feel like I could probably defoliate a bit more but not gonna push my first plant, just doing as much tucking as I can to help out. Its adding an inch plus everyday of height now and I am not sure how tall she is going to stretch, Im running out of room above the lights so from here on nearly every inch of stretch will be closing that gap. 18” now will be keeping a close eye and hopefully will not have to dim my lights. Currently running 200w @ 100% veg tuned.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. At the beginning of the week I added a duct fan and ran a duct to the window for more fresh spring air. They seem to like it. After adding the air intake I didn't pay them much attention this week. I trusted the process They seem to be doing ok. I wonder?

Day 77. Forced one, noticed nanners and bud rot. So had to take fast actions !!! Easiest trim jail ever ! ;))) Two down, one left for extra week. Day 82. Last one is down ! Very smelly and hairy ;) Day 85. First two in jars ! Day 89. Last one went for curing. 347 g from 3 plants ! Happy Growing !!!

Day 87 (30.12.18)

Weight on the first two Charlottes Angels are 33g and 25g. Grown about ten of these seeds and can't seem to get a decent yield with them. Day 102 Malana Bomb harvested. Weight on her is 72grams. Happy with that. I was thinking around 2ozs. Really tight buds liked the extra wattage I was giving at around 200watts Day 105 Orange Bud harvested weight is 48grams. Was expecting more but still some nice buds Just feeding the last 2 plants overdrive, bud candy and drip Clean at 550EC

The first in breaking the shield was the pheno number 2 on this pair of jack orange! Let's see how they keep developing!! Out of the 2 seeds that I started only one was good and I decided to discard the #1 because of a deformation or a genetic fail. So I just kept #2, hope you like this strain!

7/5/25 plant is stretching. Not sure if its preflowering or just being outside in a bigger pot. Im just going to let her grow naturally and see how it turns out. I may end up with just one diary of each strain at the moment. But im also not sure whether im going to be doing indoor or outdoor based on personal circumstances.

This week I made the decision to remove the ScrOG net because the plant has stunted growing and the leaves were droopy before and after watering . Given the fact she is an indica dominant strain, my approach to training wasn't the best. Also the light intensity has been adjusted to PPFD level of 700. The light schedule is 18/6, so the DLI is about 45, which is the recommended maximum for autoflowers. I will keep my eyes on her, how is she will react.
