So, day 65 of the 🔅Root66 auto project🔅 and this is the last update before harvest: ❎- GSC (2) are the only plants that didn't make it so we didn't defol --> 15-20 days late. Strong plants, high ppm feeding --> no probs at all.[Same phenos]. ☑️- Cream mandarine xl (4) more than a week (10 days) before maturity. Besides that CMxl is a great yielder, tall plant with light brunches. Average ppm needed. ✅- Jack 47 (4) 5 days before maturity but that's enough for these Jacks to pass the test. Smell is unique (pineapple), no stress probs, really dwarf plants.[Same phenos]. ✅- Gorilla Glue (2) pass the test and ready for harvest. Not what I really expected, average yield,growth etc. ✅- Fast berry (3) pass the 66 project. We had 2 phenos (2 green and 1 purple), beautiful plants with great aromas. Nitrogen issues, don't overfeed. ✅- Crystal Meth (3) pass the test from day 60🤯, 2 phenos. We experimented with these. The green one (with a little purple inside) had a topping and is already mature one week before the end of the project, purple #1 just defol and purple #2 supercroping. A really fast strain, good yield n hungry.

In 16-22 days I will add another 1 g per l cocos. Today, like every two weeks, I added 1 g of GHSC Enhancer. I also removed the bottom shoots. As every day, the tent was cleaned, the humidifier was refilled and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. 21.09.Update – Day 54 • We’re now deep into flowering, and unfortunately the thrips problem has not improved. • On the contrary, the population has completely taken over and has had a strong negative influence on this run. ⸻ Pest Situation • Despite thorough cleaning before the run and multiple measures during the grow (Neem, Nematodes, Predatory Mites), the thrips kept spreading and finally took control. • The infestation has weakened the plants noticeably, reducing their potential and overall performance. • For the next cycle, I will need to take even stricter preventive steps to avoid a repeat of this issue. ⸻ Plant & Bud Development • Even though the plants were heavily affected, the buds themselves are still relatively solid: • They are compact, firm, and nicely structured. • The terpene profile is very appealing, with a rich and delicious aroma. • Yield will certainly be lower than expected, but there is still a chance for a satisfying end product. ⸻ Notes & Outlook • This run shows how devastating thrips pressure can be, even under careful preparation. • Nevertheless, the buds are giving hope for a decent harvest in terms of quality and flavor. • The plan now is to finish strong, harvest what can be saved, and then prepare carefully for a fresh, hopefully pest-free start. ⸻ 🌱 Day 54 – Thrips have dominated the run, but compact buds and great terps keep the outlook positive for harvest quality.

Der Grow: Es gibt nichts mehr zutun. Ab jetzt ist zurücklehnen und den Buds beim wachsen zuschauen angesagt. Was sie auch tun. Bei den höchsten Trieben beginnt ein leichtes Fox Tailing. Entweder sind die 1000 PPFD doch ein wenig zu viel, oder es ist Genetik bedingt. Die LED dimmen werde ich aber nicht solange es kein Bud Bleeching gibt. Die Fox Tails finde ich zwar Optisch nicht sehr ansehnlich, aber der Qualität der Buds schaden sie nicht meiner Meinung nach. Die Blüten riechen mittlerweile sehr stark. Der Geruch hat sich nicht verändert. Bin schon auf den Geschmack gespannt, ob dieser den Breeder angaben von Minze und Vanille entspricht. Der Geruch tut es nicht ist aber trotzdem Geil 😀. Day 7 of flowering: Now we are moving. The Mimosa lemon is getting her groove on without doubt. She has taken to the l.s.t training perfectly now andnher many tips are all in a good position for the stretching period now. She has a lot of really vibrant looking budlets forming on each tip now and providing I can keep them where they are as they try to go vertical, it should lead to a good stem filled structure of long colas. Below decks is looking nice and healthy too with some airflow already . If I can keep them in good light and air then I will avoid the defoliation with this happy girl. So far they have still only had water as feed and there is no sign of any hunger or deficiency to concern me. I am very impressed with this strain and as a Christmas bonus to the purchase too. 16 seeds of it free. So far a great grower. The fact she is so well laid out also gives me hope of a good yield. Being a 9 week flowering hybrid of Auto Tangie and Purple punch , we have 8 more weeks to get her to show her beauty and produce that cocktail of citrus and berries. Working her to this point has been very simple and she has met the l.s.t challenges without trying. A very easy to grow and work with strain so far. Glueberry is looking very odd at present. She isnt looking overfed or deficient but something is amiss. She is in flower but still very bunched up looking with a few curled tips to the fan leaves. She isn't stretching out like the Lemon has at all and looks like she doesn't like something. !. I am holding back on her waterings for the next few feeds to see if she is too damp maybe. I am not too worried about her yet but I am also moving her to a better lighting position to hopefully help her get stretching out properly. So there we have it growmies. Both doing OK and hopefully a lot bigger for the next update. be safe and well.

Me están pidiendo magnesio a tope, aparte de abonar con cal mag vía riego, también he abonado foliarmente... También he aprovechado y he añadido delta 9,... 5ml litro... Los tayos de las plantas y hojas algunas las tengo rojas, hay quien dice eso es la genética..., pero mis genéticas,no son rojas... Es falta de magnesio debido a la potencia del led... Les crea déficit de magnesio, también me pasaba con los LEDs chinos, pero la luz era rosa y no sé apreciaba ... Total que quiero indagar sobre el tema, yo creo que es carencia magnesio debido a la luz led ,la planta no da abasto,a asimilar tantos lúmenes y crea carencias... Mañana y pasado mañana abonaré foliarmente, solo con magnesio haber que pasa....

This one's going to be super fun with one of my favorite autoflower strains from Seedsman Seeds, growing in a little 2qt. popcorn pot and entered in the 'Best Rarest & Smallest Pot by Seedsman' contest, this one's gonna be a champ! 🤩 Today I went ahead and planted a seed directly into the medium which was pre-moistened with tap water from my well. After I placed the seed about 4-5mm deep, I gently covered it with medium and poured approx. 1oz of water on it. I'll keep the pot in the tent with a Solo cup over it to retain the moisture until it sprouts... Fingers crossed! 🤞🤞 11/3- When I checked on the Zkittlez this evening I was elated to see that it had broken ground sticking up about 4-5mm from the medium! I removed the red Solo cup from her and replaced it with a clear cup that has ventilation holes in it and which I misted the inside of with water to ensure adequate humidity for the seedling. 11/4- This morning I checked on her and she's already up to about 18mm tall but has not shed her shell yet. I'll make sure that the medium stays just moist for now until she's a little older. By late in the evening she had shed her shell and her cotyledon's began opening. I noticed, after taking a close look at her, that her first tiny set of leaves were brownish looking with light colored tips. I immediately thought back to when I was pee-moistening her medium and had a 'high moment' using my other plants nutrient solution which was around 800ppm in her pot instead of the straight well water I usually use. I thought that she was getting nutrient burn causing the funky color of her first leaf set but fortunately by the end of the 20 hour light cycle, she had her first leaf set out and the were a healthy green! 11/7- Well gromies this girl has a week behind her now and I'm elated to say that she's healthy and doing marvelously! Up until now all I've done is make sure that her medium didn't dry out using straight well water ph'd to 6.1 @ 75℉. Today I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.6L of well water with Dutch Pro Grow 'A' & 'B' added @ 10ml/g, Dutch Pro Multi Total @ 7.6ml/g, Dutch Pro Take Root @ 3.8ml/g, Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig Special @ 1.2ml/g and Earth Juice Oily Can @ 5ml/g which was then ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. The Seedsman Zkittlez Auto is doing great and now is at 2 inches tall with good color.
