One more week till flower

1/15-Started developing yellow/brown spots last week. Gave first feeding of FF Trio at 1/3 strength a couple days ago but she's continuing to look worse. More spots, lack of color and droopy leaves.

AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

So this week I got the heat problem taken care of by insulated areas of the garage where air from the outside would leak through. Now that I have temps and humidity lockdown hopefully we can expect some tremendous growth

Amazing bud development with thick stretching pistols and getting fatter and taller each day and the thrichomes are starting to appear with the side branches are streatching and flowering props to the additional lighting strips

11/5 -- They now have 2 weeks of 12/12 under their belts and it's truly been a tale of 3 plants for the past week and a half. GZ2- This one has the opportunity to meet its full potential. It has stretched to give me this beautiful canopy and very few signs of over feed or stress in it. Hopefully she stays this way. Moby- look like it may have been developing some deficiencies. I fed it a few days ago and it seemed to respond well. Some leaves have gotten yellow but the plant is do thick and dense I'm not worried about a few falling off. All in all, it's been steady eddy for Moby Dick that I now believe is also a Barney's Farm Freebie(the seed is now listed where I buy mine from) I'm not going to change it but if you're keeping track, this is most likely a tent full of Barney's Farm. Gz1- and now the music gets a little more serious. I really started recognizing problems with her right at flip. She has lost a lot of fan leaves due to yellowing,, dark stems and I can tell her branching has suffered because of it. Growth at the bottom looks weak and even wrinkled in some spots. She has burn spots and signs of deficiency galore. But also VERY dark fan leaves. I've just come to the conclusion that flushing was probably my best move. She can still have a week of solid growing. If I can get it corrected now, this plant will still be respectable but the trend is disturbing and alarming to someone who knows how fast they can decline. So in conclusion, things are getting a little hairy. Flowering always brings on a new set of challenges and I'm still learning every single time. Finally the final chapter of the Big cheese twins chronicles!! Those twins were not identical at all and they had diff. pots too I will show you the diff: 5lPot: 151.98G wet harvest 28.42G cuttings and buds for oil. She was not that big (50 cm) but her buds were fat as fu*k! did not have big colas with flower but all the buds were fat, shiny and full with trich.😎 i can even use some of the big leaves for oil..👌 i love the smell, only in early stage of flower they were a bit skanky but later on the smell became more flowery and herby 😋 had a lot of pests and bad weather and did not get a lot of daylight.. But still she couldnt get cheddar than this!😁 you fetta believe it! (😳yeah im feeling very cheesy 2day) 11L pot: 75,45G ~75,45G for oil she was a freak with very strange leaves, i almost wanted to teminate her..but i gave her a chance..😎👊 she grew tall and was foxtailing all the way (very sexy 😁) So the buds were not so big or fat but very white, filled with trichomes! so maybe i will make oil with all of this (i made a diary about that if you are interested) i will see how she dries 👍 Must also not forget they were in my fridge for almost 2 years, waiting... Day 70 Bloom time checking trikes. Clear but think and long. Good head forming on trikes. I'll try to take some pics. Check em out. Day 71 Bloom. Day 72 Watered them because the pot seemed light. I also upgraded my grow room with a sensor that records humidity and temperature 24 hours a day and uploads it to my phone to see high low or potential problems. I checked the trichomes with a Jeweler's loupe in my microscope and they're still clear possibly turning cloudy. Maybe 10% cloudy Day 73 Same for trikes at day 72. The plant in the front left looks like she's suffering from some deficiency. So I'm going to give her some spot treatments of some quick nutrients. Day 74 I hope I don't burn her. But I feel I need more than a micro dose. Friend dropped off some Overdrive. I'm gonna dose them tonight. I keep thinking of the song should I cut or Let It Grow. If no cut tomorrow maybe double should I cut or Let It Grow now. LOL can you get the song Day 75 Bloom plants not showing signs of stress from feeding. Gonna hold off on pics for a few days to show a greater change. Day 76 The plant is showing nanners so I'm pulling her from the grow tent for 48 hours of Darkness then I'm cultivating her. The other plants are still fattening their buds with white stigmas so I'm going to let them go a few more days.
