1-11 At the end of the day i chopped her down, did a small wet trim removing some big leaves, and hang the buds to dry. 2-11 Temps: 19.3 to 20.5 degrees Humidity: 55% to 64% 3-11 Temps: 17.1 to 20.4 degrees Humidity: 54% to 66% 4-11 Temps: 18.1 to 19.6 degrees Humidity: 62% to 66% 5-11 Temps: 17.9 to 20.1 degrees Humidity: 56% to 64% 6-11 Temps: 17.6 to 19.4 degrees Humidity: 59% to 67% 7-11 Temps: 17.8 to 19.2 degrees Humidity: 60% to 66% 8-11 Temps: 17.4 to 19.9 degrees Humidity: 58% to 67% 9-11 Temps: 17.8 to 20.1 degrees Humidity: 62% to 64% 10-11 Temps: 18.2 to 20.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 65% 11-11 Temps: 18.7 to 20.4 degrees Humidity: 57% to 65% 12-11 Temps: 18 to 20.1 degrees Humidity: 54% to 66% 13-11 Temps: 17.8 to 20.2 degrees Humidity: 61% to 67% Started trimming today. 14-11 Finished trimming. I was afraid of finding a lot of budrot, luckily it was only the one cola. The buds are very frosty, the bottom at the base of the branch looks a bit brownish on some buds, i inspected it with a microscope and didnt find any mold or weird things. There are a lot of amber trichomes tho. I think that's why it looks brown like that. It smells and smokes good, so i think its fine. If someone thinks otherwise, let me know! End results: Buds: 92 Grams Small Buds: 18 Grams Trim: 16.7 Grams Total weight of the buds: 110 Grams. I calculated that i used a total of 72.3 watts this grow, that makes it 1.52 grams per watt! Very happy with the end results, and its by far my personal record hahaha.

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. Just got back from summer holidays. Start flowering must be a couple of days ago started. She managed well during my 3 weeks out. It didn't rain for a single day during that time. They didn't receive water or any feeding. They will get a last foliar spray.

Candyman is now 108 days old and on day 58 of flower! Well the flush has began and I'm aiming for 7-10 days of pure tap water. Pheno 1 still looks couple of weeks so don't think will be at its best due to no drying room 😭 pheno 2 is ready for the chop but still needs flushing. Pheno 3 just looks perfect 😍 to me anyway 🤣

My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. The new pH-meter showed 8.1 in my regular tapwater, way too high. So now the buds has started to grow again, they were purple earlier and now since she got water and nutes with right pH-level, the buds are turning back to green. And I also added some more nutes to her menu, 2018-02-03 Added some pics of the grow room after I cleaned the floor and putting the girls back in, and also added a video of the reality of a grower having some problems with too high pH-level. Since I'm still a novice growing cannabis I learn new things everyday, and hopefully the next round will be more or less perfect - perfection needs practice.

Excellent Kickstart to Week 2 of flowering. Minimal leaf strip done and few stakes added to the plants what need it. Lights just over 75% Fans turned up to 65% as humidity was rising above 70% I like to have it sitting around 50-55% in flowering, less chance of powdery mildew defo helped with the minimal leaf strip 👍🏻👌🏼

Very nice this is my 4th run with triple and seems i have now mastered her! With extra supplements and additives i was able to acheive this beauty! Ok this week was a little exciting one of the plants developed an issue with one of its leaves. It's the only plant out of all of them it's hard to see from the picture but 2 out of the 5 fingers on the leaf had a burn and were shrivelled and also very very shiny. I looked it up and it suggested it was boron deficiency. I simply removed the affected areas and carried on as it was only localized too a couple of leaves and just on that one plant. The smaller plants are catching up now

The second defoliation of the bloom phase is done, and she’s already looking overwhelming in the best possible way. The canopy is packed with healthy tops, and opening her up revealed just how many bud sites are developing underneath. She took the defoliation like an absolute champ and barely seemed to notice it. Within no time she was praying again and pushing fresh growth everywhere. I’m getting really hyped for the weeks ahead. The structure is exactly where I wanted it to be, and she keeps responding perfectly to everything I throw at her. One thing she made very clear: she does not appreciate water-only feedings. I gave her plain water once, and she immediately let me know she wasn’t happy about it. Safe to say I won’t be making that mistake again.🙂‍↕️😂
