Let’s see how they recover from that, but I guess they’re big enough to take that blow like champs. Durban’s Pistil Surprise: Spotted early pistils (white hairs) on the Durban – wait, already?! Stay calm: Durban Poison is photoperiod, so this isn’t full flowering. Likely causes: Light stress? Double-check nighttime darkness during “indoor curfew” – even small light leaks can confuse photoperiods. Longer days in late April/May will keep her in veg. No need to panic! What do you guys think? UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Some of them will be processed to oil and edibles. If I find time, I might document some more. Until then, happy growing everyone, peace 🙏 Tried 2 different drying methods: 1. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. It grew quick it's an early bloomer. The green buzz were great I kept the ppm lower than I typically do staying around 950 for the crop and 880 for this one. If you like the purple autos this is a good one to start with.

Did a little Defoilation in the garden trimmed of any branches thar werent going to reach the top cleaned up the fans leaves that were blocking air circulation so far so good getting these ladies ready for transition😶‍🌫️

Saturday, 12-02-2022 Plants not looking too bad at all. #1 Is smaller than all others but still looking ok. No visible ill effects remaining from DE treatment on all plants. Rain and cloudy conditions throughout the week have limited my feeding. Was only able to feed today since last week. Mix was runoff rainwater with 10 ml/gallon C AB Beta 3.12 and 7.5 ml/gallon Cytokin. Also foliar sprayed with same mix. Runoff water has not insignificant amount of "sand" from waterproofing membrane applied to roof last week. Need to monitor for effect. I cut back on nutrients to 10ml/gallon because the feeding charts of the nutrient I am copying has 10ml/gallon as being the appropriate heavy feeding rate for this stage of growth. Want to start incorporating humic acid to account for the reduced potassium in my nutrient mix. I noticed what appeared to be whiteflies escaping when I LST'd the two plants. Cotyledons seem to have disease. My IPM plan needs to get going next week. I need to remind myself that this Grow is a true trial for me. When growing other plants in the the past, I have sometimes been too "precious" or cautious or lazy. I have loved to death countless plants. I want to to try new techniques I have never done, feed on reasonable schedule and just live in each moment of the grow. I am binging Dog Whisperer now and one of the biggest things you can learn from that show is the benefits of just living in the moment. Forgetting the past, prepare for but don't stress about the future and just enjoy right now 😄. The plants are too underdeveloped to do the topping techniques I want to try but my urge to just do something on them led me to try LST on the two most developed plants. I was in two minds about this. The guide I am following about LST (https://www.420magazine.com/community/threads/the-quadsquad-thread-a-community-for-quadlining.464769/), recommends topping first then training. But again, the urge to just do something to the plants after a week of mentally refining 😅 my techniques was just just too strong. Now that I actually did it I don't feel too bad because I see that nodes 1 and 2 are below my first tie downs so I am interested to see how that will work out. That said, I only have three plants left to grow the "documented way" so I need to control the urge to just act for action's sake without a clear goal from that action. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Last week of flowering, since couple of days we are only giving water but the last shot of ultra PK did some great work here, she swollen up and got really fat the last weeks. wonderful strain, really generous and easy to grow, vigorous and a really nice old school smell with a sweet mango like touch!

Switched to the Bloomspect/Bloom mode last week. Can’t decide if I should use the spider farmer sf1000 and use the Bloomspect for the seedling I have in another tent.
