Og candy dawg auto is into week 7. She has got super bushy and has a load of bud sites.... But i would rather have 8-10 good chunky colas rather than 50 small bud sites. The trimming kills me. So i experimented... I have never defoliated an auto this severely before, i really massacred her. Probably stripped about 60% I know its a risk and i might have stressed her to the point of hermie but im curious as to how much abuse she can take. We will see in next weeks update if there is one

My gorilla cookies from fast buds is really starting to fill in now the buds are getting nice and large. Also the buds have really really pretty tricombs there super white and just pretty. The plant has a super strong smell a carbon filter is a must with this one for sure. Even with one plant it’s to much for my carbon filter you can smell it thru the hz. This plant has a very high potential for making extracts

It was a week with a lot of activity. First of all, she had her first full week of flowering and did a bit of a stretch. Also I switched her to the left side of the tent, to space the plants more evenly. We are getting to a canopy, although one of her roommates probably is male and will be removed. More about this when I update my Xtrakushh Diary. Also had time to fit the scrognet. It fits way better than last grow, much tighter. We had some problems with the lighting. I probably hit my timer with one of my sausage fingers, making my lights turn on in the middle of the night, thank god I found it out in time. They maybe had an hour or two of light for one night. Still something she really doesn't need with this strains tendency to hermie under stress. She still looks happy. Did some gentle leaf tucking, some LST under the net, and a little defoliation. The branches might be short but they are very sturdy and should be able to carry large and heavy buds. And we had won the @Sweet_Seeds Halloween give-away and got to choose three of their legendary strains: Tropicanna Poison, Red Hot Cookies and Runtz XXL auto!! Thanks guys!!! Almost there ..... 4 weeks to go... a little strange because I switched my super loud noisy ass metal 4 inch inline fan for a plastic 4 inch VORTEX brand inline fan and its great for being stealth but I noticed I developed a rust spore problem which is an air circulation issue I have my ph perfect and nutes dialed in I even started cleaning my roots with cannazyme its a dead roots nutrient that enhances the breakdown of old roots and keeps things regular. Now I am just dealing with strange orange colored rusty leaves but the bud development is great and stickier and stinkier than ever .... 4 weeks left for these baby's to swell up and puff out looking forward to this dry chop and trim then the final cure.....

Week 6 2nd week of flowering: Slowly but surely, the whole thing had taken shape. And in the way I'm usually used to. "Sow love, reap happiness." I usually start at the end of flowering week 2 and combine it alternately with the enchanting Bio PK - Booster from Biotabs until shortly before the end. I am firmly convinced that these two components complement each other super nicely.

Week 3 day 7. Buds are getting icey and stretching around 1-2” a day. Dropped the carboload and is going to be replaced by a PK booster (big bud). Watering everyday. Plain RO on every 3rd water. The kind LED is pissing on the hps if im being honest. Bud development and vigor seems a lot nicer. Stay baked.

Anyone got any thoughts wheter i should switch them to flower now?

Shaman zeigt seit ca 7Tagen Ansatz für Blüte, das 2. fimmen hat anders funktioniert als das erste mal. Dennoch hat es funktioniert, einige Arme bilden weiter Nodien aus. Alle samt gehen Weiter in den Stretch. Das Ameisen Problem hat sich geregelt. Habe Speisfässer untergestellt und gieße täglich beide großen Pflanzen mit ca 10-15l Wasser. Sehr zufrieden bis jetzt, bis dato keine femis gehabt die Mitte des Jahres in Blüte gehen!

Almost half done flowering. Shes fully recovered from defoliation. She’s starting to smell pretty darn nice too! The stretch is completed. NOw we wait.

Week 7 let's go ! Day 152 - 04/11 : The plant symptoms have seemed to slow down. The soil is also starting to dry out a bit more which might have been a problem. Day 155 - 07/11 : She was flushed in the morning with about 4L of water and 2L of a 30% strength microbial+trichoderma tea to innocculate the soil in case the microlife took a hit. The run off was 1L. I also switched the 400W MH for a 400W HPS to finish off with a little extra boost of light + different spectrum and see if it makes any differences. The light were moved up by approximately 20-30cm. They are now at about 70cm from the plant. I wondered if the light were maybe too close and caused all those strange symptoms. Let's see if there is any change in their behaviour. Day 156 - 08/11 : It seems the plant is a lot happier. It has only been a day but I feel like she is fattening up faster suddenly. Or it could be that she has recovered from the slight chock from a few days ago. Day 158 - 10/11 : Yep she is definitely happy again. I am convinced it was the light or at least it was part of the problem, I am seeing a lot of growth all of a sudden, on all plants and not just this one. Trichome are up, pistilles are up, calyxes swelling, everything is running smooth again. She is looking ready already, from a bud general appearance I could almost harvest now, but the trichomes are still mostly clear and I have a feeling she has a little more in her. I suspect the reason for such large amount of already brown trichomes might have been the light excess they went through.

1/28/24 - Day 83 - Here we are on day 83 and the trichomes are looking good. I bet one week, if not two weeks before I start to flush with water. There are some photos of the Trichomes a couple of weeks ago and then again today. 1/31/24 - Day 86 - The buds are starting to get FAT and grow outward. Tons of new buds coming from the buds. Sounds werid but the buds are growing buds now. The smell is out of this planet strong. Im looking forward to the next couple of weeks!

She got the chop and is now in the process of drying out stoked to see how she yield and ends this journey. She smells so good and is sOo sticky. Amazing.

Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Or I'll give them out to some friends and family maybe a little gorilla gardening project, but I will wait before getting ride of them all as I'm still kicking my self in the ass over the Blue Cindy loss. really liked that plant and wish its clones I gave out where still aorund. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% till flower is initiated then up to 100%, Will test out 13/11 I think as the schedule to give them some more photons for an extra hour vs 12/12 . Formerly "Outdoor Spring Failure (Autos)" ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── 11/06/2021 Day 70 - First day of the 11th week. Last update before harvest. Lot of sun but also lot of rain this week. Had to check weather constantly to move the babies in the shelter in case of storm, since I don't want water causing moisture in the buds. I reported the usual temperatures graph provided by a national meteorological society. They are so cute. - DD ( PS. I'm using stupid diary info (lamp distance growing outdoor, nutrient = none, ...) because of how GD algorithm work. Sorry for this. )
