Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. Not much to report. Growing very well. Little to no issues.

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Well looks like these girls are coming to an end! Around 80-90% of trichomes are cloudy, some sugar leaves are starting to get some ambers as well so I’m going to be semi-flushing with microbes and molasses for the bennies over the next couple weeks until chop! Soon after the first flush, the colors started to pop, especially on the leaves! I have also noticed the smell has really picked up, but it’s almost like a ripe fruit smell. Based on the smell I can tell these girls are getting ready for the end of their life cycle. I’m planning to chop soon after week 9 but I will allow the girls to sit in 24-48hr dark period before I do so.

Went into this week just using mute from fox farm ocean then began nutrients due to deficiencies, getting in under control but overall doing well also started 3 new plants going to start a diary for them soon

Essa genética é uma cruza que fiz em algumas flores da Franco Lemon Cheese da Green House Seed. Utilizei o pólen da minha primeira planta que era um macho. Foi um processo a longo prazo. Coletei e armazenei o pólen por um ano e só depois de uns 4 ou 5 ciclos, polinizei a Franco Lemon Cheese. Todo esse processo levou em média 2 anos, e não foi nada planejado. Por aqui trabalhamos com o que temos e quando temos. A germinação foi feita no copo com água e água oxigenada volume 10. Após a radícula aparecer (3 dias) foi direto para o substrato, posicionei bem a radícula no solo e esperei a casca da semente se quebrar. Essa parte não é um processo fácil para uma pessoa ansiosa que já não estava conseguindo germinar as últimas sementes disponíveis. Mas quem diria, depois de tantos anos, uma cruza feita em casa de forma artesanal, viria a germinar… Vamos acompanhar o crescimento dessa guerreira!
