Heya Growmies, this week was pretty eventful first off, the plant is in flowering in full force and doing really well despite a lot of user error throughout its life! I mentioned last week I was going to do two things, the plants last major defoliation and turn my DWC into a 2 bucket RDWC. I have managed to get around to both, I am always anxious when defoliating, scared of taking off too much but this time I really pushed my comfort zone, let me know what you think. before, in my other grows, I have a lot of larfy buds, I dont want those, I want tight, dense small nuggies, I think one of my bigger problems back then was defoliation amount, I just left too many fan leaves. RDWC.... Let me just say that I have proven to myself this week that I'm not destined to become a plumber, in my first iteration the drain line was too small, causing the pump to overpower it and overflow the plant bucket, I changed out the hose for some 50mm pvc tubing, which worked wonders, for the first few hours I sprung leaks and had to pull my plant out during her dark period to fix it; no bueno. All is well right now though, no leaks and everything is circulating nicely at 500 liters an hour. I could probably get a bigger pump, but its fine, I'm going to stop tempting fate. From here on out honestly, theres not much more for me to do other than go into the garden, pull a fan leave here or there, check flowers for nanners and balls and adjust the water. Happy new year every one, The girls are doing okay I think the runtz and blue cheese are entring flowering stage. Our star is doing great, maybe some feeding issues or light burn. Otherwise they are doing great. 7.01.26 We are going into flowering already I have increased the light to 70% and left it a bit as the runtz go so long and still reaching to the light. Blue cheese have choose to be compact hopefully we will see her Stretching in the next weeks. And our star the one and only pineapple expresses is doing extremely well I love how she looks 08.01.26 A slow day with the girls, nothing major just a little defoliation for the our star as she was getting so bushy so I give her a hair cut. And for the other girl just some of the old leaves.

Two of the LSD25’s are starting to show their colors, one is quite small but her flowers are densely packed. We will see if she starts to develop the purps soon! They have grown quite a bit since, I had to tie down the top cola on one of the girls because she was getting so tall and lanky. I have minimal room to grow in so I have to manage the height properly since LSD25 can be anywhere from 15-35in tall from what I’ve seen. I still haven’t fed them anything other than, volcanic spring water with Fish Sh!t and Bud Candy. I’m balancing the water out with TnB naturals since the volcanic spring water tends to be either base or slightly alkaline. The reason I use volcanic spring water here and there is to add, calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica and tons of other dissolved fulvic trace minerals from volcanic springs. I usually switch between Fiji and Waiakea spring water. It sounds a bit fancy but I alternate between this and distilled/reverse osmosis. I only use RO/D when mixing with nutrients or when I’m trying to flush nutrients from my mediums. I use volcanic spring water and local spring water from an artesian well when trying to feed a balanced water with minimal inputs.

Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Thank you for taking the time to read. 10-16 😍😍😍 Plants are starting to show deficiencies!!! Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

Still on auto cruise. This girl is doing great. Can't believe mt first cannabonsi has turned out so well so far. I'm giving her Fox farm nutes now. Just giving her some of the nutes my other plants are getting. Flower stuff. I water till run off with the nute fixture pretty much everyday. The pot is so small she soaks it up Was worried about over watering but I've actually under watered several times. She is starting to swell up. Not going to be a heavy producer but it's all about the looks. Been a really fun grow. Think this is my new hobby now.

Looks like I had a small deficiency of sorts (calcium I think) and I'm feeling optimistic about the corrective actions I took. However, I think it is time to change my nutrients up, the sooner the better. plants are sagging and are in need of soil to hold the nutrients so ill re-pot mid week

Finally back to the garden after 4 weeks away. They were really in need of love by the time I got back to take care of the garden. BIG NEWS! Now running a California Lightworks Solarxtreme 500 as my main light. Will add a second SX500 light into the room once I start flower. This Week On KeembBoomin The smells are amazing walking into the room no the mention once I actually open the tent, a very sweet tropical aroma at first sniff should I say. In tent 1 on the right there are two Bubble Gums(from seedsupreme) are growing completely different at the bottom right she is very orange but not as frost, but the girl in the back right is not so orange but very frosty. And then there is my favorite Amnesia Haze (Also from Seedsupreme) I always keep one of those girls growing never fails extremely frosty smells like gassy orange citrus and smokes just perfect for me and a nice yield girl for sure last time I got a little over a quarter pound just from one plant Tent 2 Now these plants were me having a little fun as well as testing some strains the see if I will grow again. So I’m the front I have a Peanut ButterPie x Royal Kandy(Won it on 420) this was a grow again I just have to many seed so I grow them 4 at a time, BUT this is the orangest most frostiest MOST dense flower I have ever seen. To the back right I have a GMO Cookies I found the seed in a shake bag from the dispensary I’m not really a fan of the buds are frosty the the nugs are so tiny looks like I’m going to have nothing but popcorn but anyway, And last we have in the back left corner some random bag seed I took off my friend hands cause I could not stand to see it look the way it did I SHOULD HAVE LEFT IT she is so shitty the only thing I like about her is that all her buds look like a amazing shape and size BUT no frost just plant like what????
