🌿 Lava Cake – Week 6 (2nd Week Flower) | Morphing Into Bloom 🌿 The Lava Cakes are officially stepping deeper into flower mode. Stretch is slowing down, morphology is shifting, the leaves, the stance, the energy of the plants are clearly moving toward bloom. Even without a huge photo set this week, the video walkthrough tells the full story: happy, thriving plants under carefully tuned conditions. ⸻ 📖 A Quick Recap – From Seed to Here • Seedling Stage: Strong germination, started in solo cups with Aptus support, rooting fast. • Veg Growth: Transplanted into fabric pots, lush branching, topped and trained with ease. • Environment Setup: TrolMaster ecosystem dialed in step by step — exhausts, intakes, carbon filters, sensors. • Lighting Evolution: Black Series 600 → Future of Grow LEDs → ThinkGrow Model 1 → now with a Lumatek Zeus Compact Pro 465W and the ThinkGrow ICL-300 added to the lineup. The room is a galaxy of light. • Nutrition Journey: From Aptus start boosters to super soil base, steadily adapted feeding. Now, the recipe grows richer for flowering. Each step has built the foundation for what’s happening now, the Lava Cakes standing strong in early flower. ⸻ 🍽️ This Week’s Feeding Recipe We swapped Start Booster for Top Booster and layered in a new experiment: Plagron trio support. Current Mix (per L water): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml The Aptus All-in-One Liquid is on pause for now, pellets in the soil still provide baseline nutrition. This new combo is about flower initiation + terpene support + bio-stimulants. It’s partly science, partly intuition — but that’s how discoveries are made. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment This Week • Room Temp: Up to 34°C (AC unit coming soon to stabilize) • Humidity: 60–70% at times • VPD: ~1.89 kPa • Soil Moisture: Watered when dry-down hits 19–20% • Monitoring: TrolMaster WCS Substrate Sensor → reading EC, moisture %, and soil temp straight to Tent-X brain Conditions aren’t perfect, but the girls are handling it gracefully. Warmth makes them thirsty, and with careful irrigation + sensor data, they’re drinking daily and staying strong. ⸻ 💡 Lights of the Garden • Future of Grow LED • ThinkGrow Model 1 and ICL-300 • Lumatek Zeus Compact Pro 465W All tied into the TrolMaster network. The room is now a layered ecosystem of precision — light spread, airflow, and CO₂ distribution tuned for a canopy that can handle big flower production ahead. ⸻ 🐝 A Note for Nature – The Bees Alongside all this controlled technology, we can’t forget the real farmers of the world: bees. A photo this week shows a bee at work, pollinating. Without bees, there would be no flowers, not in the garden, not in the fields, not in the orchards. They are nature’s TrolMaster, carrying genetics forward, balancing ecosystems, ensuring that plants fulfill their destiny. In our indoor rooms, we simulate everything: light, water, air, food. But bees remind us of the real story outside, a world built on quiet pollination, day by day. A fairytale where the smallest wings sustain the biggest cycles of life. So this week, the Lava Cakes bloom under LEDs, and the bees bloom under the sun. 🌞🐝 ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC will stabilize the room climate and drop stress levels. • Flowers will set fully, with pistils stacking over the next 7–10 days. • Plagron trio will show its effects, watching closely for flavor, resin, and density changes. • More light power may be added as the canopy demands. ⸻ ✨ Closing Thought: Even on a busy week, even with just a video instead of many photos, the story of these Lava Cakes is alive. They’re moving into flower with strength, under lights, with data guiding them — but always with love as the main ingredient. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Growing like a weed..... up to my chin now and I'm about 5'11" I feel I'm going to have to add some serious reinforcement to these branches. The blueberry cheese has some heat stress as it's out in the sun all day, also s9me twisted growth I've never saw before.

God save the Queen!! Vitaminas: Vitaminas A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, E, A, C, K Minerales: calcio, cobalto, boro, magnesio, zinc, potasio, hierro. Two girls one cup week 2.. thanks for stopping by and checking out my experiment :) no need to rotate them.. they're doing it all on their own 🤣. hit the girls a little hard with the light last week when i turned it up to warm things up in there. kinda blasted em with 22 DLI and the light may have caused the curling on the Godzilla Cookies. all is well, and theyre moving right along. light currently 18in up, and hitting them with 14 DLI. running the 1/2 strength GHE light feed week 2 since last sundays RES change. will prob keep this RES until this sunday. just top off and PH adjust 8am/8pm daily. kinda excited to see the explosion of growth throughout this week. 3rd true set popping out of both GC and WG, and started LST them their separate ways as early as possible. contemplating topping after 5th or 6th node. havent made up my mind as to when yet. we shall see. roots poking their way through the drainage holes in the bottom of the upper growing chamber. Will have to add a stone to the RES here in a few days time. GHE light feed 1/2 strength week 2 (measurements are per 2gal on 500 scale): Total nitrogen - 47.5 ppm PPM range - 200-275 ppm Spring Water/Tap mix - 220 ppm (calmag and hydroguard already added) Micro 3.6mL - 144 ppm Grow 3.4mL - 77 ppm Bloom 2.6mL - 41 ppm Total = 482 ppm GHE is pretty damn accurate on that ppm range huh? *so far they seem to be loving life.. sooner or later this light won't be able to keep up with their needs. Probably sooner with the rate they're going. *figured I keep them on the 1/2 strength week 2 GHE Flora feed for now. They've been moving right along, and I don't want to over feed em. Next RES change will get bumped up for sure. Made a nozzle for the reptile fogger since the one it had was made for a 1" hose. MUCH better distribution of moisture now. *Wedding Glue def showing signs of being under fed. Taking up more water than it needs to get those nutes. Causing droopy leaves. Hopefully she can wait until the start of week 3 for a bump up. *Nute levels dropping every 12h as expected. Going to crunch numbers tonight to see how much on a 12hr basis to see if we're ready to get bumped up. If so RES changes will be weekly still, just on the week mark instead of Sunday. *WG said fuck 5 leaves and went straight for 7! Crossing my fingers she gets 13 of em so I can break a personal record of 11. That is unless the ruderalis takes over and puts a stop to them multiplying every node. *****anyone got some pointers on how to go about getting a sponsorship? Could use a little 300w artificial sun to brighten up a cloudy day. And to finish these girls right.

🌸 BlueBerry — Week 8 Flower | Shining Toward the Finish Line Here we are, my dear readers — Week 8 of flower. The room feels magical. Our BlueBerry girls, both phenos, are in their full glory — dense, fragrant, and sparkling with resin. From seed to now, it’s been a journey of patience, learning, and pure joy. The final stretch has begun, and you can feel it in the air — harvest is not far away, maybe one or two weeks more. ✨ The Girls Both BlueBerry #1 and BlueBerry #2 are magnificent. Thick colas stacking from top to bottom, glistening with frost under the lights. The pistils are slowly turning color, and the aroma is deep, sweet, and nostalgic — that unmistakable BlueBerry essence that makes this classic a legend. The trichomes are swelling beautifully, and bud density is impressive. The girls are holding up thanks to the yo-yos — these branches are heavy, bending under the weight of their own success. ⚙️ The Gear This week, let’s give a shout-out to the gear making this symphony possible: 💡 Lighting Setup We are running a mix of powerhouses — the ThinkGrow Model One and the ICL 300 inner canopy lights. Together, they create a perfect, even spread — deep canopy penetration from the ICLs and full-spectrum brilliance from the top lights. The inner canopy lighting has really proven its worth, driving light deep into the plant’s heart and boosting bud formation all the way down. 🌬️ Airflow & Extraction Two 6-inch extractors keep the air moving — one AeroFan, the other Spider Farmer, both with carbon filters for clean, fresh air. The Spider Farmer extractor runs through its own GGS controller, while the AeroFan is perfectly synced with the TrolMaster Tent-X system, ensuring ideal airflow at all times. 🎥 Monitoring & Control Our guardian eye — the TrolMaster camera — keeps a close watch, allowing remote monitoring of the girls in real time. The entire ecosystem (lights, fans, sensors, and camera) is fully integrated, giving us control and data precision from anywhere. 🌿 Environment & Feeding Temperatures stay warm — around 29°C — while humidity fluctuates around 55–60%. It’s hot, yes, but the airflow and light balance keep things steady enough for the girls to thrive. We’re continuing with our nutrient mix featuring Aptus Holland and Plagron products. The recipe is fine-tuned now — the balance between power and gentleness, giving the plants the final push to perfect those trichomes and terpene profiles. 💧 What’s Next As we near the finish line, we’re watching closely: • Trichome maturity is the main focus now — we’re waiting for that milky-to-amber dance. • Flushing is coming soon, preparing the soil and the plants for a clean, flavorful harvest. • Aroma intensifies daily — the room feels alive, sweet, fruity, and full of promise. 💙 Gratitude & Reflection From germination with The Cannakan method, through every transplant, every tweak, every experiment — it’s been a story of care and curiosity. Huge thanks to Zamnesia for these legendary genetics, to Aptus Holland and Plagron for their nutrient support, and to TrolMaster, ThinkGrow, Future of Grow, Spider Farmer, and AeroFan for helping make this environment as close to perfect as we can dream. And of course — thank you to everyone reading, supporting, learning, and growing with us. The haters, the lovers, the curious souls — all of you are part of this. 🌍💚 🌸 What to Expect (and Not) Expect swelling buds, deeper aromas, and trichomes that’ll make your camera cry tears of joy. Don’t expect miracles overnight — the last weeks are about patience, precision, and presence. 10/21/19 - I believe this week will be the final week of nutrients then straight to a one day terpinator/molasses feed, then molasses, and then straight oh water until harvest. Her buds even on the 1 gal are looking nice and frosty. This strain definitely looks like she could yield more if she was mainlined.. if the end product ends up being worth the grow I seriously might do it. 10/22/19 - Hairs are almost 50% dark and trichomes are almost all cloudy. Very few clear left with a slight amber amount. Next feed with be the start if the flush. 10/23/19 - 3 gal is almost ripe enough. Going to flush until harvest for her. 1 gal isnt as fat but slightly frostier. Going to give her another boost then flush as well. Feeding should be tomorrow. Should have both phantoms harvested by next week. 10/24/19 - Give or take the 2 phantom OG's are 8 weeks old today or 56 days into flowering. They have less than 2 weeks to go IF that. Flushing from here on out while they finish fattening and ripening. She smells like sour diesel, spice, and berry. Very strong terp profile and fluffy looking flowers. If I decide to grow again I'll definitely use hid grow lights in flowering and hst them. Will yield so much more due to my slip ups of being high lol.... I've already noticed the difference on how HST affects here. It affects her significantly in a good way. For instance I slightly broke a main stem near the main stalk. Left it to heal and in flowering the buds and growth are obviously much bigger than the one stem that wasnt affected. I will also make sure her vegetative state is in perfect sync before I flower here. I sort of rushed this grow to get some bud in my stash. 1st growers eagerness gets the best so that hurt my yields when I could have just went to HST from the start. Live and learn 👌 UPDATE* She was flushed with molasses and 1 tsp of terpinator. Next feed will be bush doctor and ph water and maybe molasses again or the chop. 👍 10/25/19- we are past the 8 week marker. By next Thursday I believe I will chop them. If not next weekend. Will dry some in the tent. Slow dry to preserve terps. Will do a regular 7 day dry in a closed cardboard box with ventilation as well. Hoping for 2 oz from these 2 phantoms 👌 10/26/19 - Girls a losing color in their fans. SO CLOSE to harvest. Uploaded the last video before harvest enjoy 👽 10/27/19 - No updates today! Girls are ripening up.

Ahhrrrrrggggghhhh PH imbalances! Don't panic. We got this. After a few theories and a bunch of research what I originally thought was light stress then a Cal Mag deficiency. Then I saw leaf damage and thought of Thrips. Wrong wrong and wronger. Turns out the soil PH is all out if wack. By which I mean waaaaaay too high. Like almost 8. That's what I get for not thinking PH was nOT tHaT BiG a dEaL. Now equipped with my PH and TDS meters and a little PH up and PH Down from Standard Hydroponics we can get thing back into balance. Lots of leaf growth this week. Looks like flowering is right around the corner. This will probably be the last week I'll feed her Grow Girls Grow from DSN and switch to Bloom Baby Bloom next week. I've also done some defoliation this week to get light to some of the bud sites. Again I had no idea LST was this powerful, she's gonna have such pretty flowers Looking forward to Bloom 🌹🚀🌻😎

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Thanks for reading. Have a great week 😊

Week 8, last week of feeding. Plants look good, smell is nice, super sticky! Round 2 with this strain has been better, compare to round 1, but I still find this strain very nutrient hungry.
