They're all doing well as far as I can tell. I've put a tubular heater in-between the pots that comes on when the lights go off as the temperature drops quick in there. Watering as usual but other than that I only check on them about 15 times a day. I tested the run off water for the first time and was 6.3 pH which is what I put in. Was also the first time I'd even emptied them as they normally just dry up by next feed. There's orange hairs on some of the lower buds now guess they're maturing 🤔 Was looking in to getting a microscope to have a look at the trichomes but tried using my phone camera first which I thought didn't do a bad job 😊 is only a S10 so would imagine the newer phones do an even better job 👍 Have what seems to be a CalMag deficiency in all 3 plants but only just came up in rusty spots from 12am to 6am they just appeared was really pissed off and worried about them all day at work 😪 gave them all a CalMag and 6.5 pH water soak of 500ml each and a 200ml foliar CalMag spray for extra effectiveness haha 🙄 and then gave them their normal feed til run off.. the trays were a bit slimy 🤔 hopefully it sorts itself out and have learnt to just use the CalMag every feed to be sure.

Both plants have appeared to stop growing in height settling in at 48Inches. This week felt like the run really started cruising into flower mode. The smaller, darker pheno – the one that got transplanted from the 11L into the 35L pot – finally bounced back. Especially after that little defoliation session, she’s been pushing steady growth and stacking some nice biomass. She’s compact, chill, and now showing she’s got some solid drive. The bigger, lighter pheno on the other hand feels like she hit the brakes a bit. Growth slowed down, biomass stacking isn’t as intense, and she looks a little lazier compared to her sister. But that’s kinda intentional – I took off a bit more foliage on her to keep the stretch in check and slow her roll. So, nothing to stress about, just part of the plan. Hope that It works out and she'll start to be a little more on the energetic side of things next week. Funny enough, the darker pheno seems to be catching up and maybe even overtaking the lighter one now. That contrast is rad to see – like two boards riding the same wave but in different styles. Curious how it’ll play out in the next couple of weeks. I also pushed the PPFD to about 1000–1050 depending on the spot in the canopy. Bud sites are soaking it up, and the canopy looks nicely balanced. From here on out, I wanna keep it chill – minimal interference, let the plants ride it out, and bring this run to the finish line. Main focus is to wrap it clean so I can flip the space for the other photoperiod girls waiting in the small tent.

D49 - Today is the first day in the seventh week of veg for #2 and the sixth for #1. It has been a week since I topped the first girl, so I went ahead and topped her for the third and final time. #2 is thriving, and I'm using LST to spread her out while keeping her flat. With the toppings now done, I can install the scrog net soon-ish. As for the thrips, I haven't noticed any additional damage, and hopefully, the mites are doing their thing. I realized, though, that I had one extra package of mites. Instead of waiting for slow release, I went full Rambo by cutting up the package and sprinkling the mites/sawdust all over the girls and soil. I also redirected the airflow to not blow directly on the plants. I'll leave the sawdust there until tomorrow and then brush it off. The slow-release bags are still on the plants, so there isn't much to lose with additional shock-and-awe tactics. DIE THRIPS!!! Finally, I started a compost tea heavy with neem meal, which should help create an inhospitable environment for the thrips. Worst case, I have neem oil, but I don't want to go down that route unless I have to. D53 - I did some additional LST to both girls and removed a few leaves and branches on the underside of #2. I also cut back the cover crop and gave each girl 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3. D55 - I gave both girls around 2.5-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. The first girl has bounced back strong after her final topping, and in a few days, it will be time to flip, but I need to do one last defoliation before that. Sorry about the porn-light pics. I was a bit late, and my lights had already gone into sunset mode.
