Time to cut

One more week til harvest I believe. Still flushing

6/18/22 By now I’m sure all of you following along are sick and tired of reading about how large of a plant she is, but DAMN she’s big! She takes up more space by herself than the other 5 plants in the tent with her. She is moving along nicely up the feed chart, and is now on the mid-bloom step 5 stage. Step 5 is the same as steps 3 & 4, so really nothing new to report. She took a whole gallon of water mixed with the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. The runoff was excellent, and its pH was also 6.2. 🤷‍♂️ The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. I skipped feeding her yesterday because I was tired and not in the mood. Today she looked dry and somewhat flat before I fed her which is normal if I skip a day. However, she’s usually quick to come back to her normal chipper self after getting fed. It looks like I’m going to have to bend a couple more branches in the coming days ahead, but I’ll deal with all of that later. I’ll be so glad when she’s done growing! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Skipped another day of feeding, but she didn’t get all limp as she has in the past. I finally just sat down inside the tent today after removing all of the other plants and did some serious defoliation. In addition to defoliating her, I also cut off a bunch of smaller branches that didn’t look like they were going to produce much. I figure it’s better to cut the shrubs off, so that the actual nodes get all the nutrients in order to produce some fat ass buds! My previous DarkStar cultivar I grew had some seriously large and dense nuggets, so I’m hoping for the same from her. She took another gallon of water today mixed with the same nutrients as the 18th, so I won’t list them again here. The initial pH was 6.3, and I didn’t adjust it. She had plenty of runoff, and the runoff pH was 6.2. The tent was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Stella was practically naked when I finished with her today, and I’m looking forward to seeing how she looks tomorrow. I’ve cleared out all the clutter, and I was also able to raise the light up a few more inches today using some other bands to connect it to the top of the tents frame. She is about 10 inches below the light now, but she still has a couple long branches that are within 6 inches of the light. It’s still better than it was earlier today when some of the buds were above the light. My grow room is doing great right now, and I hope all of yours are as well. Happy growing everyone! 6/23/22 I’ve been a neglectful grower as of late! I was busy outside the house yesterday, and didn’t have time to feed my girls. They all looked okay today, except Stella. I defoliated her to the extreme the other day, so she looks dryer than usual. However, she is a wonderfully strong cultivar which can withstand a lot of issues; such as high heat, as well as long periods without water. But she does have her limits to which I don’t want to find out. She took a whole gallon today with plenty of runoff. She received the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The initial pH was 6.3, and was not adjusted. Her runoff pH was 6.2, which is excellent! The tent temperature was 85F, with 51% humidity. Stella is mainly bud nodes at this point, and all of them are just starting to fatten up. I love this part of the grow! Watching something turn from nothing, to something amazing is awesome! It's hot as hell right now, so she's back to drinking every 24 hours. Just fed her with FOOP for the last time (Friday). Will only give her water for the rest of her grow time. She's looking almost fully cooked. Will likely check her trichs on Sunday and start to consider a timeline for chopping. No pest issues at all. Smell is absolutely divine.

Day 28.

Flowering has beyond started, looks beautiful and healthy, smells fantastic lol. Hope these continue to bring me happiness. Just put the netting in, she is budding i believe hopefully i get some juicy nugs out of this

Началось самое интересное, цветочки начали набирать массу и пухнуть, появился слабый запах, мне напоминает зрелую дыню, очень приятный натуральный аромат. Поливаю сейчас каждый день по 2,5 литра воды, до дренажа, чередуя через каждые 2 дня с удобрениями, сейчас думаю поливать 3 дня чистой водой и на 4 день давать удобрение, так как дренаж выходит крепкий коричневый с ppm 700, с PH всё нормально, если залил 6.3 PH то 6.3 и выходит. Есть цветы под кроной, до которых не доходит свет, хотелось сделать дефолиацию, но боюсь что поймает стресс. Если есть рекомендации по растению, напишите, пожалуйста, свой комментарий.

SUNDAY 4/28: I plucked off some dead leaves and did some leaf-tucking. The two remaining colas on the good one in the big tent (the one I had to chop off 5 big potential colas) is really starting to bud up now. She'll make a pair of 10" colas. The bigger one in the small tent still has the big curl going on with her leaves..doubt they straighten up. The new growth looks more normal, but still I'm sure the problem was that the soil was just too compacted for her roots to flourish. I'll continue prodding and poking with a skewer to loosen the soil and get oxygen to the roots. The smaller, daintier one that I had to remove a couple branches from is stretching her remaining branches now and starting to put on the pistils. Daytime temps are still hovering around 87-90f, but I've got them sitting in 70-72f temps for 6 hours of darkness now.😁 I did a little video today and I'll take a few "glamour shots" tomorrow. MONDAY: I think I phuktup the PH again because they are getting fed everything they need and still showing signs of various deficiencies. I douched everybody with 1/3 gallon including some boomerang, calimag, bembe, bud candy, and terpinator. No time for glamour shots... TUESDAY: I was busy again today, so no glamour shots.. WEDNESDAY: I did a little training today and finally got around to taking some good photos.😎 A couple of plants in the tent, adjacent to one another, suddenly got crispy leaves..(contagion?) THURSDAY: The 'contagion' seems to be spreading through the garden... I'm thinking maybe I completely PHuktup the ph when I added silica last time and didn't correct it?? Not sure...but it's sad..they're all gonna be less than photogenic for the finish... FRIDAY: I plucked some dead leaves and misted everybody with perfectly PH adjusted spring water and increased airflow in the tent. Also decreased the dehumidifier to 45% RH. I moved a lesser plant into the small tent and a better Candesia into the big tent.

Day 57: not much to say at the moment. Let the pictures speak for themselves 🌱 Day 59: they are stretching and forming new budsights each day! Everything is looking super good at this point Day 61: I just did a light lollipop and trim and installed the second trellis net! They are still stretching so much. My ph meter is broken so I just ordered a new one I think it will come tomorrow!!! I hope so because they are little dry.

Yeah pretty decent this week. It didn't grow loads but it's looking pretty green and healthy. Changed the nutrients to bloom gradually. I think it's gonna turn into a weed bonzi which will be cool. She wasn't showing any sign of flowering just yet and is probably transitioning, so I thought Id do a quick defoliation to get the light on the lower bud sites and better air flow. Almost there! Plant number #1 is finally looking and smelling like it's time to get chopped down. Some colas have enough amber trichomes but not all of them. The smoke from plant #2 gets a very heady high so I'm wondering if I make sure I see amber everywhere the buds will produce more of a body high. I'm probably going to cut her down this week- stay tuned!

The Number's; Started with; 564g Wet on the Scale Finished with; 263g Dried Flower. Plus some Pollen for a Personal project.. IMO; Definitely decent yields for a pheno hunt. Week 6: Aroma, Buds, and Excitement! 🌿🌸💨 Hey there, fellow growers! It's time for an exhilarating update on my flourishing journey. We've officially reached week 6 of the flowering phase, and let me tell you, it's getting pretty amazing in my grow tent. Here's what's been happening: The aroma that fills the air when I open my tent is mind-blowing! It hits me right in the face with its funky skunkiness, and I can't help but smile. These ladies are developing some seriously potent terpenes, and I can't wait to savor the flavors when it's time to harvest. 🌿👃💨 Speaking of buds, they are looking absolutely stunning. The development is on point, and the density is increasing day by day. I find myself gazing at them with a sense of pride and excitement. These girls are going to be something special. 🌸🌿🌱💪 I'm thrilled to report that there are no signs of seed pods or hermaphroditism. The ladies are staying true to their femininity, focusing solely on producing those gorgeous, resinous flowers. It's a relief and a testament to the genetics and care they've received. 🚫⚡️ To ensure their continued growth, I've upped the watering to 5 liters every two days. These thirsty beauties need their hydration! Along with the increased watering, I've noticed some oranging on the tops and a touch of purpling on the leaves. It's a delightful display of colors that adds even more visual appeal to the grow tent. 🌿🍊💜 As for the nutrient solution, I've maintained a stable pH of 6.33, allowing for optimal nutrient uptake. The TDS level has remained between 1150 and 1250, providing the perfect balance of nutrients for the plants' needs. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm buzzing with excitement for what the next week of flowering will bring. Hello my friends! I have some good news and bad news this week, [Bad News]First I'll mention that all, yes all of my Purple Urkle's had to go 😰 I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while admiring my garden of green and I spy with my little eyes 😶 a pollen pod containing nanas. So as hard as it was to cut em down, I knew they had to go. I’m honestly relieved to have those time bombs removed from my tent, that’s all I needed was seeded product. I won’t let this discourage me, in fact I’m empowered knowing that I averted this potential crisis :) I’ll still keep me eye out just in case, you never know. [Good News] The other remaining strains, White Widow, Super Silver Haze, CBD Blueberry, & Mazar are doing well. Since I feed them light nutes last time I’m debating if I should feed them a 2nd time, or just use some good ol ph’d tap? They look so good I don’t want to over feed em, then again I want the girls to have plenty of nutrients to avoid potential deficiencies. The CBD was the first to flower, though it’s kind of been flowering on and off for a while. If these results happen with the other CBD seeds I’d probably avoid purchasing this product again, I’m not happy with the mutations that are going on with this plant (this is technically bad news). Back to the point I see signs of flowering in all the girls now! This is where it gets exciting, so pumped for this phase, I’ve waited 78+ days for this! I think that’s enough rambling, I’ll get right into the Individual Progress Notes, enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Height: 24.8” Tops: 8 Notes: This one is about 1 - 2 weeks ahead of the others, which are just showing their “hairs” now. I’m on the fence, I’m not sure how this CBD is going to be as a finished product. I hope the other seeds I have don’t have the same mutations... I haven’t had any contact from GCS since their reply. I’ll still write them a report when this girl is harvested, that would probably be better in the long run so they have more information about these mutations I’m experiencing. [Mazar] Height: 22.3” Tops: 16 Notes: I’ll just say she looked like a perfect orb when I removed the trellis netting to realign the family. A very even growth rate, with a consistent distance between nodes, beautiful. The genetics for Mazar here is amazing, now I can’t say this for sure but for now her growth and shape is fantastic and beyond my expectations. [Super Silver Haze] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Talk about sudden growth! This beastie was one of my smallest girls and just like my friend here on GD called it, she shot up! She also has the biggest fan leaves (not the most fingers). Now that she has more room to spread out and breath I’m sure she’ll grow even more. [White Widow] Height: 23.3” Tops: 16 Notes: Tanya here is growing so well, very happy. Her leaves still have that blue steel, green look. I love it! Other than the mazar she has the 2nd most bud sites. Soon, very soon we’ll see flowers starting to develop. I noticed some possible nute burn/deficiencies with a couple of her fans so I’ll use ph’d water next feeding to see if the condition stabilizes, I’ll know by then. ~ Final Thoughts ~ It’s been a long run so far my friends. I can’t say everything has gone as planned, but I avoided a huge blow to my product by noticing the pollen pods developing on the Purple Urkle females.
