Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Steady as she goes..... 🎶🎶 I put the ladies on the flip a Week earlier than I anticipated on the schedule matrix . I thought to myself best just get them done. 10 weeks from seed Vegging is enough. 3 weeks of that I count as seedling so 7 weeks Vegging. Started the flip the night before rather than on the day. With my micro I inspected the lady Phenom C on the right and 3 days at 12. Shows a tiny flower forming. I haven't fed them this week so far that's why it's not been logged. But after some experiments. with the TDS metre. I come up with a solution of 2ml grow and 5ml bloom for weeks 1 and 2. I have to say that the grow stuff is far more potent TDS wise than the bloom The bloom is far weaker the TDS value is 900ppm with that 2 week solution. My 3-7 week solution is 2ml grow 5ml bloom and 2ml plant magic ok booster lands at 1300 I could maybe knock back the bloom slight by a ML but let's see.

Weather is getting hotter and hotter every day now and will be for another couple of months, so it's going to be a hot harvest... Temps getting close to 90°F now every day for a couple of hours... Plants seem pretty happy so far, taking the heat, hopefully they won't stress too much over that... Flowers getting FAT, QUICK. Need to get some sticks for support for the taller plant. Im feeding almost nothing this week, mostly just plain water. They did get a worm castings top dressing a week ago, along with some diatomaceous earth, and that should be kicking in about this week... My FoxFarm Trio is almost empty , so i will make it last until the end. Pretty happy with this grow, my best so far, and the easiest too... I do have better gear now though... Specially the dehumidifier.... Now im going into the weeks that always kill me with mold. The difference is, now i have a proper dehumidifier and mold should get under control, so i can really explore the 8th and 9th week in flower... Let's hope it works out well Plants smell and look awesome.

Las altas temperaturas han persistido es por esto que el riego ha sido más seguido variando siempre entre fertilizante y agua. Esta vez ya se utilizó Flawless Finish para este último proceso, una vez secándose el sustrato se comienza con la cosecha. Ha sido un buen cultivo. Veremos como termina esto. Seguimos ! 👽💪

Una planta que dude mucho si crecería bien por un pequeño problema con el humificador, pero le sirvió para hacerse fuerte y al final ha sido la ganadora en peso de las 3. Recomiendo cultivarla por la fuerza que me ha demostrado tener ante el problema que tuvo de humedad, y unas temperaturas altas de 32 de máxima. Es además una planta que se ha cultivado muy fácilmente.

I buds sono estremamente compatti, profumati e di un colore favoloso, come potete vedere nei ravvicinati delle apicali.😍 Ho eseguito un lavaggio delle radici massivo nel giorno 92 con ben 20 L di acqua ciascuna per pulire bene e poi dopo aver aspettato che asciugasse per bene, ho innaffiato loro nel giorno 96 con 1,5 L di acqua.💪 Nel giorno 98 ho eseguito anche una voluminosa defogliazione per dare concentrare le energie suo buds negli ultimi giorni.👍 Eh niente ragazzi! This week has been a good one! Not too much more stretch just simply filling up both the spaces with foliage and swollen buds! I’m now watering 6L every 3 days and she’s soaking it all up! Will feed strong for one more week then 2 weeks of flush :) Dehumidifier turned on and set at 40%, ambient air temp dropped to 23/24 day time and 18 with lights off, air flow changed up daily to really help her. Getting keen to harvest/cure/smoke and then put in the next round! 😊 I hope all my followers and readers are well and have great holidays! Keep growing, keep smoking and most of all keep smiling! Update of the garden

So start of week 9 and start of my flush only using flawless finish at 2ml per litre every time I water 🍒🍒🌱🌱☮️☮️🍒 still using lst added another net to open her up and they have exploded with buds this ones defiantly a giver 🍒🍒🍒🌱🌱🌱coming to the end of week 9 had to put some more netting up to open these plants up there literally staked with bud from to to bottom opening them up has increased airflow through the plant after a couple of hours I could see this had helped they look geat I think

Day 57 (2020-07-05): Feeding @ 5.8 PH. Removed a few leaves. Day 58 (2020-07-06): Noticing a few amber trichromes on the CBD Crack. Wondering if it might be time to start thinking about pre-harvest flushing. Day 59 (2020-07-07): Fed today @ 5.75 PH. Day 60 (2020-07-08): No news today. Plants are kind of on autopilot at this point. Day 61 (2020-07-09): Waiting to feed until tomorrow. Day 62 (2020-07-10): Fed today @ 5.6 PH Day 63 (2020-07-11): Leaves on both plants look pretty rough at this stage, but buds are looking nice all around! Guessing 1-2 weeks left on the CBD. Will probably start flushing sometime next week. G14 seems to be running behind at least a week.
